There is train noise, but after a night, it didn’t bother us. Lots of rain during monsoon, and the drives flood some. We could still get through, but may get wet feet if you’re walking. Would be nice if pool was open a little longer during the extra hot days. Most of staff, friendly and helpful. Store has good selection of rv items you may need.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Great overnight stay on way to California. Some train and road noise, but not bothersome to us in a travel trailer.

We only were there for 1 night, but easy check-in, easy to get to our site. Very clean and well-kept grounds.

The property, restrooms, and showers were very clean and well-kept. The pool was sparkling and the customer service was friendly. The only thing that would have made this stay better would have been a way to get cash (ATM or cash back) at the on-location store so we could use the coin-operated laundry facility. Unless you have cash on you there is now way to get quarters.

This KOA was a good choice. There were no rest areas & I was desperate for a place to spend the night. Luckily, this KOA had vacancies. The stay was great, but I could do without the train noise!

The campground is older but clean. Staff are great! Our space was level, and the rest seemed to be also. There are train tracks about 100 yards away, and trains run every 10-15 minutes day and night, so if you love trains, this is your place. But bring your earplugs.

Nice campground only problem was the grounds needed to be scraped and leveled. Due to desert storms there is alot of rain and some sites the entire thing was a puddle.

I needed a break for a couple of days before getting back on the road and I certainly did choose the right place. Such a peacful and calm place.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Nice place to stay. NOTE: Location is very, very near a busy railroad line.

This is our favorite place to stay in the area. We have been there several times, and will always go back. Mike the owner is a top notch host, and the work campers are awesome. Laundry, bathrooms , and showers are very clean. We have stayed weeks and months. Seligman is a fun town to tour.

Staff was friendly and decent layout for an overnight. Level site, low water pressure, couldn't get a wifi signal but tmobile worked fine. Loved the dog park. Entry and interior roads need grading, our motorhome got covered in mud and road is full of big holes.

Nice park. We had shade and a level site. No TV stations over the air or cable TV but the Internet and Verizon signal was strong. We’ll be back.

The Staff was friendly, helpful, and a great resource on where to go get something to eat or pick up thing's I forgot to get. The park's pool is crystal clear, and the park is very dog friendly and clean.

We stopped into this campground unannounced and received great friendly service. The noise from trains and traffic was a little louder than l would normally like at night, but not really noticeable during the day. The campsite was clean, level, and had tree shade for the picnic table.The only real complaint I had was the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I would definitely stay here again due to service

Our stay was great. Level space, hook ups all worked very well. Laundry, showers, restrooms very clean and Dog walk clean and set up well for pets. Second stay at Seligman and we will be back.

It was fairly full but still peaceful and quiet. The store was well stocked. Restrooms were clean and stocked with the needed paper products.

Very well kept park, friendly staff and very easy to access both entry and spaces. WiFi is a bit sketchy but not totally bad.

Bathroom floor had a half inch of water in some areas, a sign in the bathroom said floor is wet, give me a break,, that should’ve been cleaned up immediately!!����

Was a great place...get a Site spontanous... Great stuff,very friendly and helpful. Got a Site next to the Pool..was great for the children... Clean restrooms and laundry. We would stay again. Thanks Die M&M's aus Woosten

It was pretty nice. The staff were nice. The restrooms need some updating and the pool needs to be cleaned more regularly. It was pretty dirty when we were there. We would most likely stop again.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet this campground has to offer so much, that we came back after a month. Staff was friendly and so helpful. Laundry (washers and dryers) were clean and worked well too!!

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

This place is adorable 😍 very nice staff. We stayed in a camp cabin and we had plenty of room for the two of us plus 2 unused bunks for kidlets perhaps. It has a pool, dog park, hot showers and clean bathrooms. I loved it, we will be back.
