Good overnite stay. Not a real neat appearance. Large muddy holes in entrance driveway.

Nestled snugly between Route 66 and a very active rail line, this campground gives the average traveler a chance to experience homelessness with no long-term commitment, unless one desires to adopt the lifestyle permanently. Add to the mix of permanent residents who have lived on site for at least six months and you have the true sense of life in a homeless encampment.

We had an outstanding time at the KOA in Seligman. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean, and the bathrooms were second to none.

Great except for train noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Nice central location to visit points west and east of Seligman.

Great people run this site. They are very helpful and have plenty of time for you and go that extra mile. I could have done without the quarter-mile long trains going by but they're really no noisier thatn the usual traffic. I hope Route 66 goes on forever.

Stephanie does a great job keeping this place clean and neat. Love her envelopes she puts out for those that arrive after the office is closed. Very Impressive.

Simple but effective. It had everything we needed, abd we especially enjoyed the pool. The RR track are closeby but the trains don't blow their whistles.

I thought charging $5 extra for each kid was a bit much with no activities for them!

No problems with our stay. We got there a little later than expected but were greeted very nicely and taken care of. This was our second stay and will probably not be our last time.

Small but spacious site. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Restrooms were very clean and in good repair. Good swimming pool. Shop expensive but catered for basic needs. Laundry facilities excellent. Nearby rail road track added to the character of this site. We liked this site very much and would stay again.

Thank U for being in Seligman AZ-we had the choice of staying @ the campground behind the General store or the KOA we preferred to have the choice of KOA even though we didn't have reservations-It was clean, safe & all the camp personel were very friendly and accomodating-liked the Rt 66 mdse at the store-Scenery & view was fantastic-didn't even mind the trains-wish KOA was in link w/Good Sam Org-

The campground was clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the frequency of the trains and the noise they made. It was hard to sleep in a soft-side camper with the trains going by at night. Probably not a problem for those in a regular camper. We stayed an extra night despite the noise because the location was convenient to everything we came to see in Az

While camping there, I slipped and made a 6 inch laceration on my leg from bolts on my trailer. Stephanie, the owner, not only called 911, she stayed with my wife and I and then drove my wife to flagstaff (70 miles) and then brought us back to the KOA at 3am. She was awesome!

Good one night stopover, but NOTHING there

It is the most clean and relaxing place to stay!

Trains!!' Only feet away from the campsites, and every 10 minutes, until midnight, and they start again at 530 am! The person at the front desk interrupted my query to say something to the effect of, " I'm getting to that, hold your horses!". After driving almost 600 miles, I was tired, and didn't find it funny, just rude.
