Check-in time for all sites is 1:00 pm.
($15.00 early check-in fee)

Check-out time for all sites is 11:00 am.
($15.00 late check-out fee)

RV Sites: 48 hours prior to reservation $10 fee, within 48 hours first night deposit forfeited. 
Cabins: 7 days prior $10 fee, within 7 days first night deposit forfeited.
Winter Long Term Stays: $600 non refundable deposit required.  
Holiday and Special Event Cancelation Policy 
The highly attended holidays and events are as follows: Mother's Day(May); Memorial Day(May); Father's Day(June); 4th of July(July); International Folk Art Market(July); Traditional Spanish Market(July); Indian Market(Aug); Labor Day(Sept); and, Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta(Oct). There is no change in the KOA cancelation policy as it is written. We do not however refund any unused nights during these special days of the year.

Due to limited space at each site, 1 vehicle (plus your RV) is included in your stay. Size permitting, a 2nd vehicle may be allowed for an additional charge of $5 per night. We do not have extra parking spaces. Please contact the park directly to check availability.

Propane is available for purchase.

Every site has a fire ring. All fires must be kept in designated fire rings only. Firewood is available for purchase inside our gift shop and we will even deliver it to your site. Each site includes 2 adults per reservation. Additional guests ages 14-17 are an additional $5.00 per night, and 18+ are $10.00 per night. Please have all visitors check in at the front desk upon arrival. Tent sites, RV sites and Deluxe Cabins are limited to 6 people (including visitors), Rustic Cabins can sleep 2-4 people.

We are pet friendly and allow pets in our Rustic Cabins for a fee of $15 per night for up to 2 pets. We do not allow pets in our Deluxe Cabins. No aggressive pets. If unattended, they must be crated. All pets must be on a leash at all times while walking through the park and cleaned up after. We do have an off-leash dog park and doggie bag stations located throughout the campground.

There are two large dumpsters located at the front of the park. We do not offer trash pickup. Thank you for helping our campground stay clean!

Various types of wildlife may be found on and around this campground. Stay alert and give them distance and respect. Hummingbirds can be seen frequently from April through Fall. Please keep pets on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies.

The speed limit is 5 MPH. Please drive with caution as kids and pets are at play.

There is NOT a pool or hot tub at this campground

The best part of owning a campground is our guests!  Enjoy our beautiful weather and breathtaking scenery.  We are nestled in the Santa Fe mountains and only a short drive to the historic downtown area. National parks near by with many outdoors activities available.  This is simply a great place to visit and relax.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
