This was my first visit and I really enjoyed it! I loved the large hot tub and pool and all the fun things for the kids to do. I appreciate how dog friendly this location is. The Manresa State Beach being only 1 mile away from awesome too. Wish the cost was lower but I understand this location offers a lot of amenities.

Our tent site was clean and spacious! Perfect for the four of us. We had two vehicles and two tents and plenty of room. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. We hope to come back again!

My kids loved riding the Christmas train to eat s’mores at the Christmas village. They had wine and cheese for the adults. The grinch was there and a couple other Christmas characters that made it memorable. We ate breakfast both days of our stay and it was convenient and affordable. The showers are the best showers I’ve ever used at a KOA. The water pressure was amazing!

Absolutely loved this KOA! We have stayed at quite a few and this one is AMAZING! We have two young kids and they could have been entertained for days. The staff was great! Would definitely come back again!

WOW! We took a trip from the east coast and have to say that this was the BEST KOA we stayed at: clean, great tent sites, safe, and fun. We hope to come by again if we ever do this trip again. Great job guys!

We had a great time at the Halloween weekend. We camp at this KOA at least 3 times per year and always enjoy it.

The campsite is great, we had a really good time. We just really wish you guys would bring back the haunted/scary trail out on the dirt after dark… that was one of the highlights of our Halloween weekends!

Nearest shower hed no hot water the entire stay and the bathrooms smelled bad especially right outside. Also quiet hours are not inforced; specifically people/ kids making lots of noise at 5:00 in the morning.

Awesome well laid out campsites for tents with solid fire pits with grill and water right at the site--and the bathroom 40 yards away. The pool and jacuzzi were sensational! Honestly, the power of the jets in the hot pool surpassed any jacuzzi at any hotel I've ever stayed at--well done! WILL BE BACK!!

The grounds are beautiful the pool wonderful. More cleaning staff needed, the configuration of the “comfort station” was not great for women’s privacy. Bathroom was a mess clogged toilet floors not disinfected daily opening into coed showers. Party central close to Santa Cruse beach’s and board walk and other attractions. Friendly people and staff lots to keep the kids busy.

I stayed at the KOA Watsonville/Santa Cruz site. The staffs there are really nice and accommodating. I booked 2 sites and they were far from each other, but the staff here helped me with getting them next to each. This made the entire experience much more special for my groups.

So we love this campground and enjoy the area. This was are 2nd visit to this KOA (2019 + 2023). We had Electricity & Water in our tent site which made the stay much easier. Lots of activities for the kids. The playground is AWESOME! My only gripe, the bathroom by tent sites for woman is a little tricky to find. My wife said she had to walk though the public showers to get to her bathroom.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. Our staying at tent site was very comfortable and we'd like to visit there again.

Feels a bit cramped. We were in site #3 and had to endure constant smoke burning across the fence in the maintenance yard. After repeat requests to stop the burning we asked to move to a different site. Was a total pain, and was not compensated. Lungs still havent recovered a couple days out. Kids had fun.

Second time staying at this site this year. Great staff and well maintained. Lots of activities for our kids. We will be back again at some point. Only criticism is shop prices too high.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but wish the tent sites were a little bit more private. There wasn't much of a barrier between us and our neighbors.

Loved it. Our kids loved it. We tent camped and then last night stayed in a cabin and it was a great way to end our camping trip. Very clean showers and bathrooms. The staff was nice! Love this KOA

It’s a lovely campground and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool. On the other hand, to me it was not worth the high price. To pay as much to sleep on the ground as a hotel seems silly. Also, the 10pm quiet hours does not seem to be enforced as we were kept awake late into the nigh by other campers. Some of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had camping. Won’t be back

All staff members we encountered were super nice and polite. How they interact with kids is really sweet. We camped in a tent. The area is much more spacious than it looks! Water and electricity is amazing. Bathrooms/showers were clean and well lit. Camp store has everything you can think of.

I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, there's also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a “make your own pixie stick” machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didn't realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice. Mixed with different types of accommodation. Good service. And different activities everyday. Heated pool and spa.
