Everyone was so nice! Natalie at the bike rental was great! The couple managing the recreation area and making the pizza is so wonderful!!!! The front office was great! I love it here! I wish that there was a day pass.....I would love to come more often, just for the day.

Love the family friendly atmosphere. Campers were so respectful of each other. Our favorite activity was swimming and hot tub. Loved the heated pool! Appreciate the breakfast on Sunday! Staff were friendly and helpful!! Thanks for a fun and excellent stay!!

terrible. Had no power the first night. After multiple attempts at reaching out an after hours, guy came as we were putting our kids to sleep at 9 PM and explained it was fixed. At 3 AM woke up to cold babies and a freezing cold motorhome with no power. Had to run our generator to warm up. We enjoyed our stay the facilities are very nice . The staff are very Helpful and try so much to get you involved in the scheduled activities. You can see by the families and kids smiling and laughing that they look forward to staying here .

I been reserving Halloween Weekend for 10 years with family- as years have gone by we have added 9 families, we have seen our kids grow and enjoy all. As management and ownership has changed many things have changed. Unfortunately I was very disappointed to find out that in order to stay at a cabin for next year we have to reserve 3 nights at a very EXPENSIVE rate. It has forced us to leave, sad

the stay was good but the PRICE is getting out of hand stop raising the rates and now there is a three night min for new comers! there was a lot of empty sites this year was it because of the price !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our stay was great. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and gave a welcome feeling. Only disappointing point of our stay was your only allowed six people at your site. Hard with a family and relatives. Sure wouldn’t be able to do Thanksgiving or Christmas here.

Had a great time like always . Staff did an excellent job!! It’s sad that this KOA has such a bad reputation due to all the thef that happens there . Especially with all the stolen bicycles every year during there Halloween weekends . I think 7 were stolen on just one night that we were there!!!

Very nice, clean campground. Most of the employees are very friendly, some need to work on there people skills! Only bummer is the corporate greed with the changing of the policies on "some sites" requiring three night minimum stay. Of course, those site affected are the more expensive ones.

It was a lot of fun for the Halloween weekend with many extracurricular activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The campground was well-maintained and the restrooms were clean. One thing that is different than all of the other KOA campgrounds is a KOA person picking up the trash at the curbside of our campsite. It is convenient, and you don't have garbage trucks making noise.

Stay was nice except the power/water went out twice and it would have been nice if we were given at least a 15 minute warning so we could have put water in our tanks to get it through the outage. Grounds are being kept up nicely. Staff are friendly. Thank you.

Overall excellent. However, on Thurs nite it was difficult to sleep as kids were out playing and making a racquet at midnite.

Absolutely awesome like always… My family has been coming to KOA since 1975. My family has been coming to the Halloween weekend for 27 years. We now have at least 20 campsites for the Halloween weekend. Thank you so much for always being awesome.

We only had 2 nights and 1 full day but enjoyed the park regardless. The pool is really nice and we were able to enjoy a little time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the roads to the site could use some work but other than that all was good.

a little too quiet this year (except for the roaving speaker) and the prizes for pumpkin contest was super lame.... a cup and candy. next time do a shirt or sticker. unfortunately we won't be booking next year. it got a little too expensive for our family. but what a great last 9 years. will cherish all the memories. thank you

We stayed on one of the Halloween weekends on 10/20/23 - 10/22/23. So much fun! Already reserved for next year on 10/18/24 -10/20/24 too!!!! Highly recommend for families with kids. Lots of fun with lots of activities. Dress up in costumes, decorate your site and bring lots of candy for all the kids trick-or-treating. No RV? No prob, rent a cabin!

the new management is AMAZING!!!! we live up the road in Santa Cruz and have been going for over a decade. This is the management yet! Lee Ann Oliver is THE BEST!!! excellent customer service and hospitality... and I love all the extras (happy hours, and also the food/menu at the snack shack!!) well done!

I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, there's also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a “make your own pixie stick” machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didn't realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice. Mixed with different types of accommodation. Good service. And different activities everyday. Heated pool and spa.
