Thoroughly enjoyed our time with you. The facility had lots of activities, great for every generation, always clean and staff always friendly. We look forward to returning next year.

We love this campground and have been there many times before but the last few times that we’ve been there we’ve had major issues with people walking through our campsites, and I think that is so disrespectful. And also the last couple times we’ve been there we’ve had people near our campsites, playing loud music, or being very loud and having to ask them to quiet down after 10pm.

Electricity was out the whole time, appreciate the 50% refund but still it's not good enough for it's high price. Also, no sewer drain on the RV spot is a big inconvenience. The Fun Train was really good.

The KOA at Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay was lovely and the amenities were amazing . . . SO many exciting things for the kids to do. However . . . the railroad tracks at the entrance were AWFUL!! They almost ripped out our levelers on our RV and the trailer of the car we were towing. Fix THAT and we'll be back again!

Excellent staff.. positive and very helpful! Clean and very organized! Great activities for all ages! Appreciated regular email communications on activities. Although very crowded for Thanksgiving, everything was perfect!

The stay was great just a small hiccup with no power when we were checking in but either from there it was fun and great for my kiddos and family and also was able to move to a different site with full hook ups and power

We have been coming every year for 10 years and this year everything just seemed better. The sites were cleaner with no broken items in them, the plug ins were upgraded and consistent wifi was available to our part of the campground! Every staff member we encountered was kind, had a good sense of humor, and helpful.

We have stayed here several time and this time we’re disappointed that our site was used as a thoroughfare to the jump pad. I would recommend the campground but would not recommend site 94

The only issue we had was when we first checked in. As we were checking in and pulling up and parking our trailers, there was heavy traffic that was blocking the driveway. There was no one there from the KOA to help us move forward or to keep us from blocking others. Otherwise everything else was great.

Aside from it being too short and very wet, the stay was awesome! We had a patio back in site which was very difficult to back into in the pitch dark but proved to be a great spot in the daylight.

I’ve been here before and have always liked this KOA , this year I brought friends for their first time and they loved it. I’ve been hyping it up to them for years and I’m glad they were not disappointed. We are already making plans to come back with our group. Thank you KOA

The only gripe I have is that my email reservation didn't have my site number. That would be so very helpful when coming in at night and the office are closed.

Great time of year to visit this campground. Lots of privacy and quiet. The site was clean and well-maintained. First time using the pool and hot tub. What a great facility with the pool being heated and a large hot tub. Friendly staff made us fell welcome.

We had a great time. I enjoyed all the activities, wine and cheese by the pool, s'mores by the pond. The site we had was great, lots of room to back in, the grassy area out our back with cornhole and other games gave us a great view. We even got some sunset photos. Bathrooms were clean, staff super friendly. Other guests said pool was warm even in November, sorry I didn't bring my swim suit!

If you are looking for a great pace to bring your kids and dogs this is it. There are so many things to do like swimming, hiking and bike riding. The showers are gender neutral so that’s a bonus. Lots of washers and dryers. The store is well stocked.

We loved our stay. The site was very large for our motorhome and tow vehicle. The whole campground was manged and maintained very nicely. The staff was friendly and the pool and restrooms were very clean.

This was our first time at KOA.It was a learning experience for us. We had space 72 which was very close to the Bouncy kids area ,and the Sand Shack .Great spot for families. This trip was just to help us get updated with our new Motor Home. We were referred to KOA by our son and we met up with him & his wife. Next time we will request to be on the other side of the camp ground.

First night, pedestal was broken. Called, John arrived to fix. Friday night, the site next to me, 229? Large gathering spot, 40 plus people loud talk, yelling and juveniles bouncing a basket ball until midnight. Then a few stayed to drunk talk loud until 12:30AM. When out numbered to complain. Saturday ok. Suggestion, have two man security team checking for parties on Friday and Saturday nights.

I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, there's also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a “make your own pixie stick” machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didn't realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice. Mixed with different types of accommodation. Good service. And different activities everyday. Heated pool and spa.
