Great location and a beautiful campground. Everyone was super friendly and they have a great general store. Bathrooms are clean and the other campers were very friendly. My only complain: The wifi never worked, I mean, it was showing up on my phone, but it was not downloading or uploading anything, not even a picture, otherwise I would give it a higher rating.

Been many times, and keep coming back due to fantastic facilities, great energy and location. My only real peeve is the absurd no guest policy. I'm in a small travel trailer with my son and 1 dog. The big motorhomes next to me had loads of people, yet I can't invite a friend to our fire and BBQ. Limit the number of people at each site, not if they are a guest or not.

The sites are very pretty. There is a wide variety of options to spend the night. There are two restaurants. We had a great time staying there in our RV with our dogs.

Terrible customer service. Target people intentionally and will add charges to your site that they can't prove (like charging us for trash that we didn't leave at our site and have pictures to prove it). Aaron is rude and hung up on me three times when I tried to respectfully dispute the charge. If you try to complain to KOA, they tell you it’s privately owned and there’s nothing they can do.

We love staying at Costanoa and hope to continue coming there. We did see a huge difference in bathroom maintenance, especially the Whales North facility. I sent pictures by email. I truly hope it’s not a sign that the rest of the campground and facilities will follow its course. Hope to see you again!

Camp site and grounds were nice and well maintained. Wifi was poor, other than at the store area.

Our stay was in spot C47. It was uneventful except for Tuesday night when the irrigation system came on and flooded our campsite, including our outdoor rug. This evidently was caused by a missing sprinkler head a few sites over. Unfortunately, the floodwater was right in front of our entry door to the trailer. What a mess of water, dirt and sand.

Clean facilities, although there were a gallon and quart jug of oil left at the site on our arrival and never removed. Internet access and cell service are terrible. Nothing you can do about cell service, but don't consider yourselves a first rate facility when access to wifi is bad and LAN connections nonexistent (what's with \the telephone line connections?).

Would give you 10/20 and five star rating but you had a corporate meeting and loud music playing. Very annoying. Did call and complained but nothing done until party was over. You should invite your campers if loud music is playing. Lol.

We love this KOA, especially for our kids to play. The only big negative is the cost. We struggle to find the value at close to $200/night and lacking a lot of the features (giant pillow, climbing wall, pool, etc) that other KOA’s have.

This was our first visit to beauridul Costanoa KOA and it was so enjoyable. Loved the restaurant!

The restaurant was lovely, the amenities were good. The last time we stayed the grass was green near the platforms, it wasn’t this time. Our spot was way to small for our RV size. Our door opened into the neighbors lattice surrounded hookups. The platform spots need some work. The staff was very friendly and the views were great. There were no hotspots in the store as advertised on the website.

We enjoyed our stay at costa. Nova. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including guests. However, our trailer space was very crowded with views of other trailers. If you like being close to your neighbor, you were like Costanoa. All the amenities were OK.

The place is beautiful and very well integrated in nature. The only negative point is that sites are very close together and there is no intimacy. Maybe some low hedges would remedy to that?

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at Costanoa as it was beyond our imagination. The staff was most gracious, welcoming, friendly and helpful to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant and bar was a nice touch. We only wish we had a larger dog run as the rear property near the small dog park appeared to be unused, nonetheless we had a great time. Thank you!

Our KOA HOST with the big smile and long deadlocks was so genuine, warm and welcoming! The grounds are manicured and the dog park was a hit with our pup!

We loved the campground! We wish pine tent was open when we were there during the week. The paddle bikes were super fun to rent and we enjoyed a yummy dinner at cascade. I would highly recommend making reservations so you get a good seat. It gets very busy, even on the weekdays. Something to consider is to get a couple wheelchairs or motorized scooters for accidents that may happen.

This is a beautiful resort. The RV campsites in Whales North, where we stayed, are very narrow, I'd estimate 8-9 ft wide. which makes you extremely close to your neighbors. Other than that, this place is beautiful. There is a lot to do without leaving the campground.The beach is right across hwy 1, a very short walk, maybe 5-10 minutes.The restaurant is excellent! The staff is very helpful & kind.

The KOA was great. Check in was easy- the sites were clean and well maintained. The view was awesome! My only complaint was the service from the Cascade restaurant. The employees we encountered were apathetic, little to no customer service, and 3-4 employees passed us before even acknowledging us. They got our food order wrong-not a great dining time for the price we paid.

This place is one of the most beautiful and full of amenity KOAs we’ve visited. We stay at 30 or more KOAs every year. The views, hikes, gorgeous landscaping, the Resturant open everyday, the Pine Tent on weekends, the activities and crafts! We stayed two weeks and had our family stay in cabins nearby over the weekend. I’d give a 10/10 if the policies were more welcoming and empowering for gue

We love Costonoa we have a family camp every year, but it appears the quality is going down and the prices are getting out of control. We’re actually looking at a different venue for next year. We also had an encounter with a staff member that was unacceptable. We did have a large campfire, but rather than handle it pleasantly he just threw water in the fire, it splashed in our faces, sent smoke
