Made our over night and return on line very easy. The personnel are super friendly. Camp site is really clean and quiet at night for a good night sleep.. Will use KOA on our next camping trip

This was my husband and my first time in our new RV and my husband couldn’t figure out how to dump the black water. Apparently we didn’t have the correct adapter. My husband asked at the office for some help and the nicest man came and walked him through the whole process. He also loaned us an adapter that worked. We really appreciated him so much! Also, the coffee in the office was so great

We found the KOA to be great in every way. The associates that work that were extremely accomadating and kind. Can we just make one suggestion. The pool needs railings to assist in and out. It is slippery and the concrete is hot, hot, hot. Easy to lose footing without a railing to assist.

Just what we needed for overnight stay on our way home. Pull through site was long & flat. Everything worked well. Very limited trees and shade in the park.

This place won’t disappoint ~ now in Texas, trees are far & few between so not many shade trees. But the pool is clean and never crowded, park is very clean, dog park does have shade and a large area for pup to run around. Very safe area and not far (approx 10 mi) from Sams, Kohls, many restaurants. Oh and UNT~ Give this place your business!

1. Arrived1725. Office closed. Unusual, other KOA's we stay at are open later 2. Site 39. Concrete, nice size, but horrible downslope. Had 7 blocks (7in) in front and still legs max extended 3. Attempted to plug into 20A. Receptacle completely popped through the breaker panel. Unusable. 4. Called afterhours number, got person that just told me to find an open site. Chose 31. Great site.

Other than something that made the whole campsite go dark,no electricity, the stay was very good. Trisha at the front desk was very professional, helpful, and apologetic about the electricity going out.

2 nights while traveling from Forest City Iowa Beautiful faculty. Lady at the front desk really made you feel welcome. Only complaint was the 100 degree heat. But it is Texas !

We arrived at 5:00 pm. Got our packet for our campsite. 101 degree heat out. Plugged my 30 amp power in to run my a/c. Went to take a shower, no hot water. My wife had no hot water also. Went back to my trailer and a/c was not working. Compressor wasn’t kicking in. All 3 dogs were panting. Had 2 additional fans blowing. No cooling. Loaded up and left, not a happy camper..

The campground is very well maintained other than the pool. It really needed to be cleaned. Playground is very nice and no problems with checking in. Park was very quiet.

We stopped in late at night on a weekend and used the self registration process which was conveniently easy. Facilities were beautifully maintained. Thank you for a great experience!

Check-in was smooth and easy. Smart, convenient layout of the park made it easy to find and access my site. Site was level, property was clean. Pretty much everything you would be looking for in a stay.

If your staying in a tent it's noisey,with the frwy very close ,and maintenance building with air compressor always running..it's a nice koa

This is a huge KOA, concrete pads, a little patch of grass. Very clean. The sites are large. You get a picnic table, no fire pit or grill. The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean, roomy. It's like you get your own personal bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet I loved it! Lots of hooks, shelves and benches to put your stuff. The laundry room was clean. My only complaint was no money changer, so we had to go back the next day when the office was open to get quarters. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. There's not a lot to do. I didn't see a playground, I did see a basketball hoop. It's kind of like a big flat field with concrete slabs..Which was fine. We were there to see the eclipse. The campground was packed, but very quiet. The office, the bathrooms are a bit of a walk from the campsites. We had to drive. I would stay here again.

Love staying here in our fifth wheel when traveling through. The park is bigger, very clean, and peaceful scenery. Wide concrete roads and lanes. A brand new Valero across the highway has all amenities - truck pumps are wide and front pumps large enough to accommodate RVs as well. Traildust steakhouse is 3 miles away for an excellent meal after a day of travelling.
