Well the property was nice and well kept but the residents are grumpy and we felt unwanted! We have a golf cart that we used and didn’t have any complaints until the day we left! Jackie called me and left a rude message saying it was an ATV! Come look at it before accusing someone of bringing a 4 wheeler on your property

I would have given this KOA a higher rating as it was well taken care of but the sites were not level. I am a woman traveling alone in a class B that has no levers and they knew that.

Very nice campground, well laid-out, very quiet. The campsite was well-maintained, everything worked and easy to access. We never met any of the staff because we checked in late on a holiday weekend, but our notes were ready for us at the office, and we never really needed any assistance. The McClain's RV dealership next door helped us with a tire issue with our rental, thanks to them!

Simple one-nighter but like our previous stay, very pleasant and courteous front desk staff. The information provided is well done, map of the campground, facilities, local TV stations, WiFi, etc...all very informative and easy to consume. Rest rooms are great! Clean, spacious and secure. We will certainly visit again, thanks!

Close to home but truly one of the best KOA experiences we've ever had and we've had a lot over 30 years! Facilities and grounds are well maintained and sparkling clean. The staff is top notch in terms of hospitality and efficiency. This place is a keeper on the "staycation" and family gathering list!

This is the nicest Park in my opinion. We had a wonderful visit here. Will be back. And Mcclain's is right next door if you need any camping/RV supplies.

The staff are so helpful and friendly! The facilities are super clean and the park is well groomed with a really nice dog park that our puppies enjoyed. If you have any needs while there just ask Jackie!

Due to our traveling friends tow vehicle breakdown we ended up having to extend our stay for several days. The friendly staff were more than accommodating. The facilities were nice and always very clean.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the folks at the Sanger/Denton North KOA. My RV needed a repair and could not be moved for several weeks. The manager, Jackie, was so amazingly kind in assisting me. She worked out an arrangement so I was able to get my kids home in time for the beginning of school. When I returned to pick up my RV, she greeted me with Texas kindness!!!

Great location behind RV dealership north of Denton, TX. Insulated from I35 road noise! Pull through sites with complete hookups are awesome, minor leveling required on the site we had. Clean restrooms/showers. Admin staff was very pleasant and courteous. Love the envelop with our name on it ready to go!! Very VIP! Grounds were well maintained. Cute pond with turtles and presumably fish.

You can’t advertise wifi and “premium” wifi for a charge but only have the premium wifi working. Especially when you can’t purchase the “premium” when you check in late. Our site was not clean, had multiple piles of dog poop, and no wifi. The restrooms were unclean and the water in the shower was kind of greasy. All in all not a great KOA.

Overall, the place was great. Staff was attentive and very nice, kind and helpful. Minimal shade made the stay hot and uncomfortable while tent camping. The bathrooms were super clean!

All the sites at Sanger/Denton KOA are easy to get any type of RV into. The staff were helpful and nice. Do not use the street address on your GPS. It does not work. Type in "KOA Sanger" and that will get you there.

The ladies in the office were very nice and accommodating. They really made us feel at home! The park is mostly a good stop for a night or two as there is no view and some road noise. Would like to see covered picnic tables and more (larger) trees or other structures for privacy between spots. The premium spots, which is where we stayed, should at the very least have these. Thanks!

The place is immaculate clean. It is mainly an overnight stay RV park right on I-35. The sites are very spacious and the late night check in process is a breeze.

We really like stopping at this KOA when going to Port Aransas, TX as it about halfway between on our journey. Staff is very helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you out. On our way back one time, after a long day of driving, they were very accomodating by allowing us to get a pull thru site instead of the back in we had reserved. We really like it here and will be back!

Scheduled to stay just 4 nights but ended up having to stay 16 nights due to a truck breakdown. Manager was GREAT! She keep moving people who were scheduled for out site as a result of our truck failure and was doing it on a day to day basis with no problem. She kept space between us and most of the over nighters so that we didn't feel closeted. She was ALWAYS ready to help.

Everything, the bath houses, the pool, the playground, the lots = immaculate! The staff at the office were very kind and helpful and the maintenance crew was always at task. I will definitely stay again!

The campground, pool, and laundry were nice. Room between sites. Of course, need some big shade trees from this heat in July. But we knew that it was hot in Texas. Yes I would come again. Great location for us to visit family and friends.

If your staying in a tent it's noisey,with the frwy very close ,and maintenance building with air compressor always running..it's a nice koa

This is a huge KOA, concrete pads, a little patch of grass. Very clean. The sites are large. You get a picnic table, no fire pit or grill. The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean, roomy. It's like you get your own personal bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet I loved it! Lots of hooks, shelves and benches to put your stuff. The laundry room was clean. My only complaint was no money changer, so we had to go back the next day when the office was open to get quarters. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. There's not a lot to do. I didn't see a playground, I did see a basketball hoop. It's kind of like a big flat field with concrete slabs..Which was fine. We were there to see the eclipse. The campground was packed, but very quiet. The office, the bathrooms are a bit of a walk from the campsites. We had to drive. I would stay here again.

Love staying here in our fifth wheel when traveling through. The park is bigger, very clean, and peaceful scenery. Wide concrete roads and lanes. A brand new Valero across the highway has all amenities - truck pumps are wide and front pumps large enough to accommodate RVs as well. Traildust steakhouse is 3 miles away for an excellent meal after a day of travelling.
