It was very nice. However, next time I will request not to be in the middle of tenants as each morning I was awaken by diesel trucks running, doors slamming and trucks being loaded with equipment at 5 -6 am. I understand they work in the area so no bad feelings just w be mindful for next trip. �

Very nice place which is clean and comfortable. It's set on a large piece of land with lots of pines. Bathrooms beautiful. Staff very pleasant and professional. I think the pool needs to be heated a bit more. Hot tub great.

Note to Class A owners, our 45’ coach took up entire site making it necessary for us to park tow vehicle in auxiliary parking lot by entrance. Not something full-time rv’ers would like.

we paid for a very expensive site 114, and was supposed to have a nice patio. It was terrible with a narrow awful little patio attached to our neighbor! I am so disgusted that your website described this space as spacious! There wasn't any privacy at all. We have stayed there multiple times and we purposely chose this site for the patio. We paid $30 to chose our site.

greatly enjoyed it, but felt the noise level Friday night at 11:00pm with kids still riding bikes was excessive. someone should do night patrol to ensure campground quiets down after 10pm

The grounds are well kept, the food truck is a nice plus, and there are plenty of activities for kids. But your prices are so high I will instead during my monthly visits be staying at a local hotel whose rates are comparable to yours.

My husband and I live local and we just bought our first trailer and we decided to come to the Petaluma KOA for our first trip. It was wonderful it was very clean and the grounds crew were extremely helpful.

We loved our stay. The place is clean and well kept. The staff was great ,friendly and helpful. There was one snafu where the site they originally gave us was too small for our rig and the owner of the campground upgraded us to different site at no extra cost. It was a little less than an hours drive from san fran and we enjoyed two days there. One of the nicest places we have stayed on our trip.

This campground is always very well maintained. Good spacing between sites as well. The staff is excellent and always willing to help.

The KOA employees were cordial, polite and very helpful, the concern I have is we paid extra for a end patio site (O208) the problem is couldn’t stay out on the patio because the smell from the trash dumpsters being so close (hopefully will consider moving dumpsters away from prime sites) also had to move vehicle 3 times so incoming guests could make turn.

Just a couple of nights, so not much to report. Pool looked clean and was in use. Dog park was ok but it would be nice if everyone kept their dogs under observation and then cleaned up after them. We stayed after Labor Day do most of the crowds had dissipated but the park was still more than half full (usually seems about 95% full)

Only campground I take my bunnies to. Helpful and friendly staff. Can’t wait for my next stay the beginning of October and then Thanksgiving!

The prices of the sites are now outrageous. Way too expensive. Not as clean and well kept as they were in previous years. We paid approximately $170.00 a night and then another $20.00 per guest. Really???

Love this place. My favorite is the camping kitchen and the bathrooms by H-123 and H-128. I have no complaints.

This campground is definitely family oriented and not meant for a quiet stay. The grounds were clean as were the facilities. The laundry was very expensive compared to most. It was very loud even after the quiet hours.

Was our first time staying and loved it!! Only thing we’d have changed would have been the folks next to us and across from us cutting their music and loud voices before 11 one night and midnight the next.

Very expensive for a gravel pad and dirt area. The Tengo internet did not work very well.

Just a lovely wonderful stay from start to finish!! Amazingly Wonderful, Friendly and Helpful Staff, impeccable grounds and even a Clean Laundry room which I've discovered is a rare treat for campgrounds... Will Definitely be back when I next visit the Bay Area!! Thanx!!!

Big campground with RVSpace. Unfortunatly we arrived on a week end & holiday and we were charched the holidy price. After the week end they cleanded the hole parc including the roof, ground and s.o. With water pressure. This was very noisy !

Stay was nice, good facilities. The high powered leaf blowers for hours really put a damper on our stay. We couldn’t hear each other talk and we were there to visit with friends we hadn’t seen in forever. I’ve never been at a park in all my travels that spent that much time with machines that loud. It was truly awful.

They said the pool was heated, but it not heated, so its a lie. They put us near the restroom (H86) area in Petaluma and its stinks at night. Luckily, I stayed only for a short two nights. They said they have wi-fi, but can get into it. overall, not a happy camper.

Great staff. Centrally located. Loved the concierge service. Can't wait to get back for a second round. Definitely one of my favorite KOA's.

Had a great first time with new trailer. Bunnies had a fun time meeting kids there. Had Steve drive by while backing to hook up trailer, and he assisted!

The campground is beautiful! One of the nicest we’ve stayed at our site was level but no cable tv hookup on that row which is important to my husband. Very pricy but very nice!

Always a fun time of gathering with family and meeting new people. We've been coming since the early 2000's and have enjoyed the campground. We've been fortunate to get sites we like, and hope to be back next year!

Lots of new campsite improvements in the park which is nice to see. Biggest negative was the new food kitchen. They texted out at 7 am, that they open at 7 am, on the weekend while you’re there which woke family up. Decided to walk up to the kitchen since I was awake then, only to find they open actually at 8 am. Also, menu items weren’t available as listed, as they pre-make the night before

We have been going for approx. 15+ years and its definitely changed the last few years. We used to go mainly for the activities (pool party, hoola hoop competition, karaoke, black light party) all that is gone now. the new pool DJ is boring. might as well just play the radio because thats all he did. Now rates are going up too. Our group decided this was our last year there.

This was our 2nd time here and we booked next year while we were there!! Absolutely beautiful park and the staff are amazing. Just wonderful experience and highly recommend!!!

Site was nice, but we were waiting for an expensive package from UPS on our last day. I went into the office numerous times telling them that I was waiting for UPS. I got notification that it had been delivered they said that UPS had not come. We spent 2 hours around Petaluma UPS offices looking for it. Finally after I called the office over and over they "found" it, ruined our stay for sure.

I’ve stayed here 4 times. This last time I stayed in a buddy site, K147. It was a perfect location because it was next to the bathrooms and the playground and not too far from the pool area. It’s a very busy area with lots of kids playing nearby. The people who work there are really nice. I always love coming here.

We had a great time! Loved the DJ pool party, Tye dying and rock wall. All your staff was great but especially noteworthy were Tess and Steve. Already booked for next year.

It was OK. I wish they had a printout of the activities not just a scan. The price increase from a nonholiday was a little outrageous. The women's room had ants, and the toilets were clogged for most of Saturday. I feel some of the staff could have been more polite and welcoming. When i had gone there in March it was a lot nicer of a stay compared to this time.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
