We have a Class A & Jeep tow vehicle. No defined place to park coach to check in. Pull through was long enough but pedestal was placed for a travel trailer or 5’er not a Class A towing. We had to disconnect our Jeep, which I wanted to avoid for 1 night stay. Charged $5.99 for chips with $2.79 printed on bag. Excessive. Dog park was nice. Everything else was overpriced for the value to us.

The employees were great. Please get rid of the country music at the swimming, pool or or maybe just don’t have music at the pool.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at your campground. My highlight was the hay ride with my 2 1/2 year old grandson. Your employee Steve was fantastic. He made everyone feel welcome. This is the second time that we have visited your campground. I was disappointed in the lack of green lawn that you have at the campsites. Looks like the only well-manicured sites were the premium sites at the ends.

Steve was very nice at the tie dye area. Tyler in the front office was very helpful. All staff were very nice. Clean, nicely landscaped, great amenities.

Our granddaughters live in Richmond ca. and my wife and I live in lake Isabella, so my son dropped off the girls so we can visit for a week, they loved it and so did my wife and I Thank you

We enjoyed our first stay at the Petaluma KOA. Our site was top notch and the staff was wonderful. Check-in was smooth and we enjoyed the text communication for firewood delivery.

Complicated registration and the highest camping fee we have paid to date. There is nothing remarkable that would justify the high rates of a KOA.

We keep coming back because the campsites and restrooms are so nicely maintained and the grandkids love the activities. Wish the pool was a little warmer and that there was more for teens to do.

You guys need to increase the turns at the opening to the roads to the sites . Marginally big rig friendly and you need to remove all large rocks along the turns . We incurred about $200 in damage even though I swung as wide as I could

The redwood grove was beautiful, as was the entire campground. Lombardis for BBQ was perfect and only 5 minutes away. The camp hosts were very helpful, pool beautiful

I was on the property visiting family, so booked the spot for mainly parking & usage of facilities during the day. The ground and facilities were very well maintained, and I saw many staff working during the visit. Definitely a great find and will consider coming back.

Everything was nice. Not being able to pay cash for anything was NOT ! Prices for camp spots are a little high. Would stay more often if lower. We have other places we stay nicer and lower in price.

Power outage. , put me so close in a tight spot I couldn’t put my sun shades down . Didn’t realize the pool was 4 ft deep packed with little children. Think it’s very expensive and not much to really do .

Our first time hearing exceeded expectations. From the house, to the staff, to the neighbors, everything was just great. Even when we lost power for a few hours! Such a great fine, can’t wait to come back again!

We had a nice stay at the KOA, staff was friendly, site was beautiful. Since our site had no sewer, we were pumped every day, which was great! The only problem we had was the WIFI, it was terrible. Took us up to 45 minutes to get on to watch a movie, only to be bounced off several times. Frustrating.

The campsite had dog poop everywhere and the pick Nicki table had mud and oil on it Was not cleaned before we got there ���������������

It is a beautiful location. This was our second stay. It was very difficult to drive around the campsite and park the trailer due to so many kids riding bikes around without supervision. There was also many families that were very loud after 10pm. That made sleeping difficult. Again, the facilities and staff were great.

We are frequently visiting this KOA, but in the future will choose a different time of year not summer just to busy too many people close together.

Great campground! Lots to do, well-maintained, clean. The concierge Black/gray tank cleaning was unexpected but missed sorely now that we’ve left :)

We did not have power or water for several hours during the evening, and then the next morning we did not have water for at least 30 minutes (including nearby showers and bathrooms). We also had to call and then wait quite a while for our tanks to be dumped. This was one of the highest priced campgrounds we have ever stayed at, and one of the worst for accommodations. Very disappointed.

We love the Petaluma KOA! The patio sites are gorgeous, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean, and it’s nice and quiet.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
