Great Staff that took you to your space and answered all your questions. Quiet. They were getting their pool fixed so we couldn’t swim. Nice safe feel.

Overall a nice place, my lower rating is based on the pool not being opened and nowhere did I see that it was closed nor was it mentioned at check in. But my checking email said the pool was available.

Absolutely amazing stay! The KOA was so clean and Joann an Ray were so welcoming and helpful with any of our questions. Will 100% be back!!

The owners answered the phone not very far from close of day. I explained how we were in a tight situation and they not only gave us a spot...they worked with us in order for a late check out. With their kindness and welcoming spirit...we extended our stay for one more day. The park was very clean and quiet hours we observed so we slept peacefully. We absolutely will return!

We are residents of San Angelo and have stayed at the KOA at least four times. The Park is always clean and well maintained. The staff makes you feel welcome. I had difficulty disconnecting my waste hose so I called the office to see if they could help. Ray came by and helped. The folks at the San Angelo KOA make you feel like they value your business. I would highly recommend this campground.

Just what we have come to expect for a KOA. Beautiful, spotless and friendly. Wide easy access pull through spot with perfect 50 amp service. Upkeep and maintenance was excellent. Store was well stocked and nicely merchandised. Bob the space guide was friendly and funny. We stayed in spot 52 and unbelievably the Wi-Fi worked great.

Very clean campground located in a nice area of San Angelo. Particularly like the walking path just outside the front gate.

We stayed at your KOA twice. Apparently, the morons you have taking reservations does not understand what a side by side reservations is. This time we SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED side by side parking. When we arrived there we were not parked together. However, the space beside us was left open for the entire time we were there. Whoever is in charge there needs to check the competency of your staff.

the staff was friendly. The rv sites were very close together and gravel. Not much room if neighbors both have slide outs. the grounds were kept up, and had daily trash pick up. the location was convenient to see things in San Angelo.

Had to extend our stay for 2 extra days to take care of a truck problem. The office bent over backwards to find space for us - they did an exceptional job. ended up we were able to stay in the same spot 2 extra days (of course we had to pay but that is expected). San Angelo was a fun stay - quiet with some airport noise during the day. Night time was quiet.

bathrrom access code - attendee rude about giving to us. internet was terrible. couldnt stay connected. other than those 2, everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay in this RV park with our travel trailer. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We were led to our site which was level gravel. The park was quiet and the restrooms were very clean. The RV park is adjacent to a very nice walking path through some oak trees. We would stay there again when in the area.

This KOA is OK. Had to unhook the Toad and park it in overflow parking as they wouldn't let us keep it with us in the site. Showers were OK. Nice basketball pad for kids to play. No grass at sites made for dusty, dirty spots, gross table.Not very level, not paved. Noisier than most campsites with many campers entering and exiting the campground all night long. Management unavailable after 6pm.

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
