Campground was very nice. Unfortunately people do not follow rules…adults and kids constantly cut thru the campsites near pool/playground. Also I had to call the night watchman one evening due to loud music and partying in the pavilion after 11. The night watchman did take care of the issue with a few minutes. We really appreciated that.

This facility is in such a convenient location close to the city center and right on the light rail line. Staff are very helpful. I just wish bathrooms were checked and tidies up sometime through the day. This is a very busy park, and as trash and dirt gets on the floor, it apparently stays all day until the day until the once a day cleaning. I also think the fee is a little high.

Wonderfully convenient stay at this KOA. Very friendly assistance at the front desk told us we could take the train into Temple Square. A great stay.

We had a nice site. We were disappointed that there was not more of a response when we were without electricity all night long. Just some sort of presence. Maybe battery powered lights in the bathrooms. Maybe coming around with coffee in the morning. Maybe a partial credit. Something. Thankfully, the evening weather was good with no heat or AC needed.

Our stay at this KOA was marred by the reality that WIFI was not available to us in the Kabin we stayed in. Also, it was nice to have cable TV yet, the sound quality was terrible and made it hard to watch and listen to. No other complaints come to mind. In today's lifestyles of a majority of travelers, WIFI connectivity is an important necessity.

everything was great except for people and thier dogs. despite the strict rules the pet situation was out of hand. please enforce pet rules and crack down. everything else at the park was great. staff great .amenities nice. area sux but nice slice of eden here. too many dogs everywhere. one guy was letting his ferrets run loose. couldn't let kids explore due to the dogs loose all over.

Great location to tourist venues, train station right across the street, a 40 mile paved trail along the Jordan River behind the park, and nicely landscaped. We felt isolated from our neighbors with the vines and hedges defining our back in spot. It’s in the city so expect city noises. Perfect place from which to explore Salt Lake City!

Super friendly staff, resort needs a new basketball and the bathrooms could of been cleaner and need to be updated.

Holiday weekend: too many barking dogs and kids running (despite signage) around the pool, diving, and generally not under parental control. Rules need to be enforced for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Park is close to downtown. Public transit stop across the street. Adjacent airport was not a noise issue. Grocery shopping 10 minutes or less.

The campground is very nice, they keep it clean. Lots of fun games and things to entertain the kids. Our only problem is the noise. I would suggest staying on the west side of the park away from the live in trailers. We were in spot number 18 on the end and it was very noisy. There were people working on their cars and revving up their engine. Very disrespectful of the noise.

I stay at this KOA often it is my second home this time the person checking me in must have been having s bad day and that is understandable in your current world but it did not set the tone to be appreciated as a long time KOA customer. I struggled to rate my stay as I am not negative person this in hopes every customer in the future is treated kindly.

The staff was pleasant, and the property was clean. There was a nice outdoor area, a pool, and a hot tub. The downside is that the property is not in a very good part of town (a significant homeless population), so we didn't feel comfortable walking anywhere nearby. The nearby area is also very noisy at night with trains and other city noise.

Stayed overnight. The campground is clean but the sites are tight. It's in the city so traffic isn't great. The night we were there, there was an outdoor concert down the road the went till after midnight. Of course nothing the campground could do about it but they should have warned us. The staff didn't seem to friendly either. Don't plan to go back.

Everything was ok. We were down by play ground and they were out there till 11pm. Even hit top of Motorhome with basketball at 10:15pm.

Campground was nice and quiet. The WIFI was bad and the cable TV was also bad! No internet either. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's only 1.5 miles from downtown SLC. We would stay again.

This was, without a doubt, the quietest KoA I have ever stayed at. No highway noise, people respectful of quiet hours, and not even birds chirping (I found that a bit odd). Regardless, they had easy access, good WiFi, friendly and attentive staff, and a great little Mexican Restaurant right next to the property. I higly recommend this place and will use it again if in this area.

It is a very nice campground, but it is situated within the city of SLC so there is quite a bit of noise. Otherwise, an excellent stay near the SLC airport.

The park was filthy. There was dog poop everywhere that irresponsible people had not picked it. The dog park was disgusting with piles of poop and the shovel used to take it up had poop caked on it. I would not let my dogs go in after the first time and realizing how filthy it was. It’s a breeding ground for disease. Staff checking in were nice, but unfortunately I will never stay again.

Lost power for 18 hours. Nosie place. Most disappointing was the lawn care people. Hooking up trailer to leave and they are mowing 4 feet from us blowing grass all over. They could of skipped our space than come back 30 minutes would not have hurt their schedule.

Wi-Fi was terrible. Staff said to text support but no one ever contacted me. Since I visit Salt Lake City for business, not sure if I will be returning.

Our site pad was so small we could not step out on to a hard surface, only dirt and it rained! No grass and not level. Prices were jacked up and will definitely cause us to shop around next trip. NOT so happy. Value poor this trip!

The place was loud from the street, from the construction, we paid for power but the power went out before we even got plugged in. The power stayed out all night. The bathroom was slimy and kind of gross overall. I felt bad for the front desk people with the power being out. An alarm sounded ALL NIGHT. We got out of there at about 5 in the morning. Worse stay ever. NOT WORTH WHAT WE PAID.

Electrical failure for almost 18 hours and no refund no hot showers no Landry no wi-fi generator of a lot of RV run all around the night. The cleaning of the restroom oups what cleaning... and what to say about the dog park with all the POOS. NEVER i Will recommand Koa salt lake city

Although convenient located to the center of Salt Lake City, this camping is not up to KOA standards. Noisy with guests arriving and leaving in the middle of the night. Sanitary buildings very dirty and not visibly cleaned during three nights stay (same dirt on the floor for days).

Quite nice staff. Game area not kept well. Some missing equipment. Some balls not inflated . Corn hole bean bag broken not picked up for entire day.

We're traveling from Seattle to Chicago, staying at a dozen KOAs along the way. This particular park was honestly quite disappointing. Not to mention it was also the most expensive of all parks and we stayed. Park needs to check sewer at site 98. Everytime I dump, I see a fountain of sewer coming out of neighbor at 97. Was disturbing sight. Also recommend a fully fenced park. Rest was good.

We enjoy staying at Salt Lake City KOA. This trip Rocky mountain Power had are power off to the park for almost 24 hours that made it hard wasn't KOA problem. KOA keep us update about the power when it might be turned back on. But that happen and we will be back!!

• Staff are excellent. • Site was level. • Good cable TV. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • WIFI is great, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have propane on site. • 2 carwashes on the property, 1 is 11' clearance, the other 13' clearance and long enough for most RV's. • BBQ and Pizza restaurants on the property. • Great laundry room, plus another laundromat on the property. • Only 1 negative and that is the outlying neighborhood, but the KOA and VIP parks have 24 hour security. • I would stay here again.
