Only half of cable TV channels worked . None of the major networks were there . Very poor. Too much dust. Asked for a site near rest rooms and ended a long ways away in site 51.

Campground is “ok”. The pool was empty, sites were just gravel. Never used the bathroom or shower. For 80$, you don’t get much. I’ve stayed here before as a stopover on our way to see daughter Colorado.

KOA website, reservation process, and consistency of product is nothing short of amazing. RVs and campers with all different sizes of rigs know what to expect. Good power, water, wifi and often sewer. Spots are often close together but at many KOAs, sites are made as attractive and interesting as possible. For me this is where Rock Springs / Green River fails. Gravel everywhere!

Very nice enclosed camp sight. I felt safe and secure. Very easy when I arrived late as my reservation was on the board with easy instructions on where my sight was. Quiet and friendly.

The staff were very nice and our site was fine for an overnight stay. The pool seemed to be out of commission and it would have been nice to have some sort of amenity available. Compared to other Journey's we have stayed at this one was the most expensive with the least amount of amenities.

Internet never worked where we were located. Spoke with the office and they had the maintenance guy stop by but said they had had a storm and that knocked it out a little earlier. We stayed two nights and didn't hang out much there because we were at a Airstream Rally. the majority of the time. Seemed like alot of people were just passing through and only staying one night.

Office staff friendly and helpful. Nice campground for a semi desert area. Only concern was the restroom/ shower house in the middle of campground. Looked as though it had never been cleaned. Main shower house was great. We were traveling through and needed a place for the night. It was good for us. There is not a pool but there is a small playground

All rock, no grass, no shade. Bathrooms needed way more attention. Husband cleaned one so he could use it. They need checked more often.

We had a great spot overlooking the river. We took our dog along the grassy riverbank and let him run and swim. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate! Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Would totallyrecommend.

$71.95 and $75.95 per night plus tax, total $165.66. For this we got water/electric with a dusty park entrance and traffic, a tilted site (two leveling blocks req'd), 100yds to a busy freeway, landscaping overgrown with weeds, closed pool, and indifferent staff. At least the filthy dump station worked and had a new hose. NOT COMING BACK!

More weeds than trees. Truck noise from I-80 round the clock. All for $90 a night! We had hoped to cool in the pool with our granddaughter but the pool was closed indefinitely. Find somewhere else to stay!

Of all the KOA campgrounds we have stayed at, this one was the most expensive for gravel campsite, no trees, not level, close to noisy I-80, large fuel tanks to look at and an unmaintained dog park. A free truck parking area or a Walmart would be a better choice for a one night stay while on the road.

Nothing but rocks and more rocks. Pool was closed and RV's stacked in like sardines. Had stayed at 6 different KOA's in the last 3 weeks and this was the worst and the most expensive. Cost was $97.13. Just down the road about 50 miles we also had stayed in Rawlins and the cost was only $54.04. I think I deserve some sort of refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff clean bathrooms. But a few things for the price of KOA’s the park should be keep to date. Weeds in RV spots but most of all the dog run was full of weeds. That was the case on every KOA we stayed at on this trip. The dog runs were awful full of weeds just dirt. I have a small dog which I believe a lot of RVer’s do. If I’m going to pay more to stay in a KOA I expected to be cle

Bathrooms are in need of repair The entire four days one of the commodes in the men’s room was out of order. The shower stalls did not have a shelf to put your soap and shampoo on. The last shower on the right, had grout and crumbling tiles and hair. Big reason for the low rating is because of the facilities for dogs. Please take a look at how other KOAs provide green grass or turf areas for dogs rather than DIRT. The Ogallala KOA is a great example. Even the Love's close to this KOA is much better.

After making a reservation online we checked in, only to learn we mistakenly had made it at the Green River KOA. was told “It’s a five hour drive.” I said we were too tired for five hours driving and would just have to stay here. I then called Green River KOA to cancel and was unable to get a refund. Next day we saw that it was only NINE miles down the road! Very misleading and dishonest beh

Way overpriced for what you get. Gravel parking lot, only one toilet worked in men's restroom, two toilets in women's, pool drained of water. Honestly, the worst KOA we have ever stayed in. Don't understand why the price is so high for such bad facilities! Will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Your place is in disrepair. Sinks don’t work, bathrooms dirty & doors don’t lock, garbage is piled up and overflowing the dumpsters, looks like no one has watered or weeded in a few years. Does anybody there care ? The staff at front desk very nice and helpful. But whoever owns it should be ashamed. Your laziness & disrespect for campers is disgraceful.

First KOA that had their office locked at 5:00 pm which made us go to guard shack and select a camp site from a folder of available sites and do our own paper work and go to site. Don’t try to call them for a reservation after 4 pm either because they say they will only take “walk-ins”. They could have processed my credit card and had the money regardless of whether it would be a no show.

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
