Very clean and well set up. Our area for the tent was small but efficient. They had restrooms and showers that were clean and warm. Right off the interstate was nice. Pool

We were put in the wrong spot in both of our stays, first stay we didn't realize it, second stay they were going to put us in the same spot as first stay despite having paid for a fenced site. The girl checking us in made it seem like their issues were our fault; terrible experience. We were put in a fenced site on our second stay but it wasn't worth the cost or what we went through to stay there

Very nice and helpful staff. Everything was well maintained and clean, including the laundry room. The only downside was road noise from close proximity to the I-80. We would stay again.

Although we only stayed overnight as we passed through we were very happy with our stay. RV Camp site was level, clean and spacious. We would definitely return and stay longer to enjoy the facilities.

Park fine, people were nice. Enjoyed location and space size. Our space developed an issue. The ground on the pedestal was not installed on the plug. After a storm, this was an issue as my surge guard flagged the pedestal for a ground problem. After hours with no fix to ground problem, and finding a sparking neutral wire, was given different site. "A" for effort, but expect more from KOA.

I have stayed at many KOA’s, never paid the amount for a campsite that we paid in Rock Springs. The employees were nice, however to pay over $80.00, for a site that required pulling the wheels off the ground to level, not good. Other issue, was charged a 10.00 fee to cancel a reservation two minutes later. Maybe KOA needs money, we all do. Could say more, this one wasn’t up to par.

Level sites, good water pressure, Verizon good, didn’t use campground Wi-Fi. We stayed at site 46, it had a private fenced yard with gas bbq, table chairs swing. It was a great place to drink a beverage after a long day driving in the winds. 95% gravel throughout.

Being that the campground is mostly dirt, everything is dusty and dirty. Then when it rains it just becomes mud. It’s very difficult to get around the park without getting shoes and pets dirty or muddy.

The cabin we rented was an embarrassment as it was not really clean and it took all evening to cool it down because the A/C had not been turned on in the afternoon before our arrival. The window could have least been opened to provide fresh air. There were only 2 unisex bathrooms and one was locked all evening and not available to use. I called the after hours number, but no one responded.

Wonderful lady managing it. Otherwise the cost at this park is outrageous and far below typical KOA standards. Check out the Sweetwater events facility for a better maintained and much cheaper facility.

Bathroom was out of order and other one never had paper towels. Cabin was clean but rocks 2ere uneven for walking for older people. Good for the young adults and those with trailers.

We had a very nice spot with a fence, patio table, chairs & fire pit. The spaces were spaced well apart and the campground was very quiet. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean. Bathrooms are clean, but dated (could use a refresh!).

Seems like this just a overnight stay to rest from driving. No much of amenities. Showers/bathroom ok. The pool should have been heated for the price. I would have stayed elsewhere.

Facility and staff were nice and the check in was very easy. Sites were large and for the most part level. Had to change campsites midway through the stay because the ground failed at the site we were occupying (does not appear that the ground was connected to the 50A plug. Thank goodness for the surge protector or could have had a nasty problem in the coach.

Not too bad for a quick overnight stay. All gravel that needs to be redone. Nothing special. Pricey considering there is no concrete or shade. Dog park is all weeds and dirt

Friendly staff. Park needs a few hundred yards of gravel to hide the mud. For $70, I shouldn’t be dodging muddy potholes. I want to see pavement, grass, or gravel.

It is the most expensive KOA that we have stayed in our travels. The men’s handicap bathroom was out of order. There wasn’t enough rest rooms and showers for that size of KOA. The younger girl at the front desk was nice.

Weeds way out of control. Dead flowers in boxes. No cable for last several years. Never use any facilities so no comment. Pothole as you exit on blacktop since last year. Dangerous erosion from last year's rain on the right as you exit. No pride. Where are the corporate inspections? Knew the family that started the campground 50+ yrs ago. Born/raised in rock springs. Visit every summer.

We did not get notification that the pool wasn't open. We stayed during a heat wave with over 100° weather. All our family was looking forward to was jumping into the pool. Kitchen wash area didn't work. Additional parking is outside the premises, beyond a block wall, in a construction yard. Good things about this site: Close the hwy Plenty of hot water in shower Shaded area in tent sites

The bathrooms and showers were very dirty!! The toilets are broken and the stalls didn’t have any toilet paper. Their was mold on the floor and walls in the shower stalls. The worst KOA I have ever stayed at!!!

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
