Good for a stop over. No activities for kids. No handicap facilities in the bathrooms which, I thought, was required by law. Bathrooms were clean.

We paid for a site with full hook-up including cable. We hooked everything and spent about an hour trying to get cable connection. We finally went to the office and they informed us the cable was out at that site. No apology, no offer to change sites and no refund. It is more the principle that they didn’t inform us to begin and at least try to make it right. Very, very poor customer service.

We stayed only one night on our way to Mt Rushmore. The park was clean and the space was decent size. Only draw back is the normal wind that blows in the regions.

loud dogs! No tv connection and no Wifi - the stamps on the paperwork was not legible. When asked for a discount due to the site not available (dogs) (truck parked in site)_ so our site had no services provided other than electrical and water. Manager was not available to discuss. Not a good spot to stay at, behind tankers too

It's a campground in a gravel parking lot. Ugly, hot, dusty. Very nice staff. The first KOA we've not recommended.

75 dollars , tall weeds, no cable, poor Wi-Fi, behind industrial silos, snakes High priced because there’s nothing else around. We do not reccomend.

It is a nice clean campground to stop along the way to someplace else. The campground is all gravel. We did not try the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Places to eat and shop like WalMart are just a few miles away.

The folks are nice and quite helpful. The parking areas are all gravel & dirt (I know it's high desert) with no grass to be seen. It just rained so lots of mud and the dog park was unusable.

Terrible customer service! advertise Full Hookup with Cable. Site Cable was cut base, 3 loose wires hanging with no adapter splitter cable. Front desk female told us to buy/use a new splitter from KOA Store and "fix cable ourself", We tried splitter loose cables/NO CABLE connection. Derrick maintnance told cable broken forever.Return Splitter AM Chuck promised refund/msg to Laura Mgr, NO credit!

It was a dump 9 years ago and it's still a dump! We made reservations and paid extra 3 months ago for an end site with a covered picnic table. We just got a regular end site, no covered picnic table. Staff didn't care and no refund was given. There is only 1 site that has the ammenities discribed and it was occupied. So what about the reservation and money spent 3 months ago?

End site....everyone brings their dogs there to use as a dumping ground. Lots of hiway noise from I-80. Really loud and never stops. Site is far from level. Had to raise starboard side up with boards. Restrooms were ok.

We appreciate you can not control the weather and a sudden summer thunderstorm dumped 2 inches of rain before our arrival….but putting us in the lowest part of the park with streams of muddy water when other sites went unused was unfortunate. Mud was everywhere, the only mud free space was on the blacktop. Kamp K9 was a mud pit. Our site also had a useless uphill sewer connection.

the wind will be very close to blowing your vehicle over, the dog park is a bad joke, when it rains it's a mud park. i would not recommend this park to anyone!!!

Wonderful friendly staff. Love the laundry mat. So nice to be able to wash my sweaty clothes without having to find a local laundry. Pool was especially inviting after a long day on the road.

Office staff was very friendly. Convenient location. Not the prettiest RV park ever, but the office/store area is nice and the connections, wifi, etc were all good.

Unfriendly staff at checkin. Expensive and uneven sites. Had to lift the front tires off ground of MH to get level. However, when you need an overnight place to hook up your RV and get a night of sleep….it worked.

Campground has ample space to park and set up RV. Helpful touring info from the registration desk (Flaming Gorge Scenic Byway, specifically.). Clean restrooms and showers.

Second time I have stayed here. The Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property is insufficient. Especially if you are sandwiched between other RVs. It’s also windy most of the time. The water spigots and dump poppies at RV sites are not located in a way that nearly lines up with camper.

Lovely spot to stay overnight. Actually a couple of nights would have been wonderful. Chuck was at the front desk and took care of us when I made an arrival date error. Could not have been any nices. Our spot was a pull through patio. It was superb. Thank you for sharing your part of the world with us.

This was a perfectly serviceable park for anyone passing through or staying for the local area activities. If you are looking for a vacation at an RV park this may not be for you as it is all gravel and not much to look at. Also close to the highway but we didn’t hear much noise in our rig. Service was great and the park is well kept and clean.

Highway traffic is very loud and goes all night. Also strong petroleum smells during the night. There are only a few trees and most of them are half dead - please, water them or take them out. It’s depressing.

T his could be the worst KOA I have ever stayed in and definitely the most expensive. I will stay in a Walmart parking lot before I would come back to this KOA.

We were put in the wrong spot in both of our stays, first stay we didn't realize it, second stay they were going to put us in the same spot as first stay despite having paid for a fenced site. The girl checking us in made it seem like their issues were our fault; terrible experience. We were put in a fenced site on our second stay but it wasn't worth the cost or what we went through to stay there

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
