We always stay at Rock Springs/Green River, KOA when we are traveling through Wyoming. Staff is friendly and the sites are plenty long enough for us.

Good stay and clean bathrooms. Good layout keeping the permanent campers fenced off from the transients.

No wifi... Tengointernet was most unsatisfactory for us. most expensive spot @ $42 per night even with discount. I guess because it was a JOURNEY site.

One of our favorite KOA's. Would spend more time here if we had it. Have stayed there before. Was great again.

Our first time in a KOA Kabin as it was too cold to mess with the tent. It was cozy, convenient, clean and and warm. GREAT KOA.

We stayed one night, but it was very nice.

Thank you for the lovely new Dog Run! Also your greeter was so very kind, getting us a 'close-to-restroom' which we needed so much. I'm so sorry there is so much wind there. More trees would help immensely! Thanks for a quiet, restful night.

The oil tanks as you drive in and out; what a nice touch. The entire camp ground was all gravel and the camp ground was sloped. I feared that had I tried to level my RV, I would have over extended some of my levelers. There were several picnic tabled stacked over the dump drain and I had to crawl under them to get my sewer hooked up. Wont be coming back...

Terrible! Late arrival didn't know where to park so had site with no water. . only one shower would open and no heat in there. .. only 19 out so made for miserably cold dressing. Wish we would have stayed at Walmart and saved 37.00

Great location on the long drive across the country. Thank you!

High price for off season.

Overpriced..ugly location adjoining oil tanks..facilities were not handy, dump station was locked. Office closed earlier than they said it would. Least pleasant KOA we saw in going across America, Ind. to Washington State.

Parking lot style spaces. Friendly owners. Many long term residents in separate area. Close to town. Freeway noise.

Clean facilities. Though they don't tell/show you the large white oil tanks in the front of the property.

Not happy at all with this campground bearing the KOA association. One of the worst campgrounds that I have stayed at in the last 2 years. $10 pet fee, very pricey for what they offer. I will find other accomadations when I am in this area again.

We appreciate a safe haven in nasty weather on an ugly stretch of road. Full hookup functioned, with wifi and cable too. All rock and gravel, but not even weeds survive in Rock Springs ..zero ambiance.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Weeds actually survive quite well! We do spray for weeds! Maybe we should let them grow for greenery! J/K

This was a very unattractive KOA. The sites were all gravel and not clearly marked. I called to say we would be arriving at 7:30 p.m. and they said they would be open but were closed when we arrived at 7:30 p.m. The envelope they left on their door for us did not indicate our site number so we had to scrounge around in the dark to find one of the sites on their night check-in. Very bad!

all rock, no grass, but nice bathrooms and an area for pets

Really need to regravel the low 30 spots, nothing but mud when it gets wet. that's where you put us, thanks.

Good overnight stay. Rock Springs as a town has what you need.

Nice level surfaces. KOA team was friendly. We had a great stay.
