The staff here was super nice. The campsite almost level. There were no trees at all and the campground is very close to the Interstate but we were so tired, we barely even registered that.

Would be nice if they afford to put signs along the freeway to tell you where to get off freeway like EVERY OTHER KOA does

The site (35) was very level, long with good full hookups. We were here for five (5) days and got woken up early every morning by our neighbors leaving early (8am). Site 34 is very close to 35, and the diesel engines idling for 5-10 minutes in the early morning was very intrusive. I ask to try and place guests that stay more than a day or two, to place them away from the overnighters.

I know Rock Springs is an ugly place, but they could plant some grass and maybe a tree or two. Especially in what they call a dog park. All rocks and dirt. Most dogs will not do their business in rocks. Pretty bad for a KOA.

Wow! This campground has improved a lot since our stay in 2021. Very clean & spruced up! Pleasant staff, the owner waved to as as we checked in and asked if everything was taken care of.

We were just passing through, so we stayed in a deluxe cabin. Overall, it was a good stay, we didn’t make use of any amenities since it was a short stay. The cabin was warm and comfortable, but the floor was a bit dirty, probably just normal Wyoming dust! Staff was friendly. We would stay again if we’re ever passing through this way again!

It was the perfect stop for our trip out to Lake Tahoe. Our site was perfect (we did a patio site) and the view was amazing. We enjoyed a walk into the hills with the dog and enjoyed our quiet spot. It was perfect.

We travel I80 regularly, so plan our stay at Rock Springs KOA. It is a pretty typical KOA, clean, neat and well run. There is no grass (understandably as it is in the high desert), but the times we have stayed there we have had no problem with dust. The sites are really quite close to each other, in fact almost too close. It has easy access to I80 and it isn't too far into Rock Springs.

Reserved for two nights, upon arrival was told we had no reservation. We called ahead to our next destination 1 1/2 north and they could accept us early. The next day received an apology phone call stating that there had been a mistake in the office and would like to offer us two free nights stay to come back. Upon the return trip we called and told that no such call came from their office!! DUMP

The site self was well travelled but the road was a muddy mess. The dog park had very little grass and the rest was mud. Our shoes got coated with mud along with our dog’s feet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The staff was incredible. We came in a day early due to my wife having to get home for medical reasons. They went above and beyond to help us. Definitely staying there again!!

This place is good for a stop along your journey. Nothing too fancy but close to stores and food. The pool was a perfect perk! Facilities were well kept and Chuck was just the friendliest and most helpful person.

1st time staying at a KOA I have 0 complaints!!! Staff was friendly and helpful, my kids had fun exploring the trails and grounds. The bathrooms were clean I don’t know what I excepted but it was exceed for being a camp ground!

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
