This is a great park that offers so many unique amenities including a pool, campsites with their own enclosed dog den, cabins, bike rentals, a pool, laundry, and more. I rented an e-bike while I was there and loved having the freedom to go explore the area. There are bike trails right on the edge of camp and I was able to safely ride around for miles - what a fun experience! Thank you

Probably my favorite KOA around. Fantastic service. Beautiful campground. Tons of trees for shade when you are hanging out at the campsite. Pool was perfect for my two little monsters. If I had to choose something to change I'd add a change machine in the laundry room because I kept forgetting to get quarters. That's also a silly request for a truly perfect campsite.

We just stayed overnight. Registration was efficient. Good site. A lovely park with an interesting layout.

It was a great stay at the KOA in Richfield it was the first time we had stayed there and we stayed in the new part which was very roomy and comfortable. We will stay there again

The new section doesn't have a lot of shad yet, but in a few years it will be a very good camping spot.

very clean, well kept campground. Large spacious sites, big trees, very clean, beautiful flowers. They have a nice swimming pool and show movies outdoor for kids on Saturday nights. Really enjoyed our stay!

I was never asked for my koa discount, noisy double booked had to be moved to the worst spot possible. The grounds were beautiful and friendly staff

The kid directing me to my site never warned me about how close I was to the water spigot and I wound up scraping against it. I understand safely parking my Motorhome is my responsibility, but I would have appreciated some better guidance from the kid.

We showed up a couple hours before dark and I must say, upon pulling up. Super impressed, very clean, conveniently placed, professional staff. If there is an award for best KOA this place should be in the running at least!

Managers did state some political attitudes that we didn't feel had anything to do with our stay. Enjoyed visiting with out of state guests and the grounds were nice.

Camp spot J5 is a joke!! The traffic in and out of the campground is horrible and to have to pay a premium for that spot is crazy!! Was not happy with that spot at all! You need to put up a cement wall around the outer campground perimeter instead of that wood fence to block out the noise from the street and the neighborhood.

4th of July Celebration was noisy in the park very late at night (11:30pm!). Do not stay on 7/4 if you want a good night’s rest. I can’t vouch for 7/3. Park was clean as was the facilities.

Wonderful place. A huge variety of options. Very quiet and clean. We had to leave early because one of us got COVID and they refunded us no questions asked. Great people....great place! WE will be back....OFTEN

Park was clean. Employees were nice. The only problem we had was with the digital cable, we had no sound on the tv. We brought it up but they won’t allow the workers in your RV. We were only there one night. The spot was nice and large.

We only stayed at 3 KOAs on our month long trip and this was by far the best. Check-in was easy and friendly staff. The site was level gravel pad with a concrete patio. Full hookups, nice clean shower and restrooms and refreshing pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We brought our 30-foot toy hauler and had no problem backing into our site. Hook-ups are nice. Very clean bathrooms and showers at the main building. Bikes and lawn games to rent. They have a playground for kids. There are tent sites and trailer sites. Some of the trailer sites have patios and a little dog enclosure. The pool was closed. It opens May 1st. Quiet at night. There is a dog area that is rocks and weeds. I'm a little disappointed with that. The campground is next to the road that leads to the ATV trails.

Stayed two nights in a cabin. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and clean bathrooms and showers. Definitely one of the best KOA campgrounds I've visited!

Much nicer to stay in one of the deluxe cabins rather than a hotel, where we can keep our bikes close at hand. I also enjoy the close proximity to the mountain bike trails across the freeway.
