Close spots, not clean (garbage in our spot), rude front desk staff, paving began at 7 am when quiet hours go until 8 am. No notice on booking of paving.

Reno KOA at Boomtown is clean & neat. Pull-thru sites are reasonably spaced, but a bit short for RV units greater than 55 feet in length. Only issue, there is a lot of construction between I-80 and the Reno KOA at Boomtown which makes entrance and exit from the park a bit challenging.

I was assigned 72, next to the trash bin. When I asked for a different site the clerk said they were sold out and unable to move me. After several tries to park my 36’ 5th wheel I could not get level nor away from the trash bin fence. I went back into the office and once again asked for a different. The clerk said someone “canceled this morning” & gave me a better site. Why make this so diff

The property was nice and well kept. The pool - when it was open was good. On the day of our departure - we wanted to use the pool before we left. We went over at the posted opening time to find the gate locked. We were told that the staff was late and that they had to check the chemical levels, and that it would be a few more hours. With a 11 am check out time - not convenient.

Wi-Fi does not work got there at 11:30 AM they would not let you check in till 2:00 PM what out paying a $15.00 fee this is the only KOA in all my travels to do this and I am a KOA member

Nice park. Only issue was there aren’t enough public bathrooms= only 2 I found. Also the bathrooms need to be checked more frequently they can get messy fast.

Price per night was to high for a 30amp back in site. A lot of permanent/long term occupants. Their sites seem to collect a lot of "junk". Does not look like a lot is done to keep those sites looking nicer. We lost about half of our cable channels. Stopped at the main office about the issue. Representative was not helpful at all.

very nice camp, dont understand why ALL koa campgrounds want to put smaller units in th e very back of there parks, when there are usually very nice available sites else where in the parks

Restroom inside the store we had to be let in and they were run down and not clean or stocked. The employee who opened it even said they needed knew door knobs.

Problems with electric & needed to move. Even though spots were empty, they didn't want us to move.They wanted us move back during heat of day; 69 & 72 with health issues. Staff ruined entire day by bugging us to move back from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. Spaces were empty, no one was waiting. Electric wasn't even fixed. Never been treated like this anywhere in the Nation!!!!

The staff was nice and polite. Laundry room was decent. Space was way too small. 20 foot trailer took whole spot, had to park truck next to trailer, barely had room to open door. We cancelled our second night there because of it.

The most lopsided site I've ever stayed in. Paying top dollar and then getting a tiny slanted site is not a way to generate return business or get good reviews.

Large, noisy, too many residence, tight spots, the photos on the site are very deceiving. The two main bathrooms are always full, and since they are shower/toilet combo, often takes 15-30 minutes to become available, they are closed from 8 am to 10 pm. The other bathrooms you need to ask for a key and are closed 8 pm to 8 am. So no bathrooms at all on property from 10 pm to 8 pm. Horrible!

Stay was mostly good, One camper with her 3 out of control barking dogs was a bit of a bummer. Campers with unruly dogs should be asked to leave.

Very difficult to maneuver, big rig, because people do not properly store, their tow vehicle, therefore blocking the drive-through‘s that should be available for making turns and ingress/egress

How can a place like yours have so much trouble with Wi-Fi? You should have super speed and no trouble getting on it.

Being able to use the restroom is a problem. There are only 7 usable restrooms (a room with a shower, sink, and toilet) and is used by a key. For the amount of people who are camped there this is not enough for both men and women! We wanted to take a shower at 7:40 pm and was told they close at 7:30 pm! It was a 100 degree day! You need to have the bathrooms open more hours!

This KOA charged me $15. For checking in 1.5 hours early although many sites were vacant. Only KOA or Good Sam park that ever has charged extra for early checking.

We were able to get in last minute after another resort had to cancel. The showers and staff were nice. The morning we were going to leave, landscapers showed up at 7 and stood waiting by our grass patch while I had to dump, pack up connections, then started mowing around me. Instead of moving to another grass patch they just stood there waiting awkwardly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They bad thing is they charge if you arrive early. Other KOAs we were at did not charge. Lawns at sites need some work. Lots of mud going in/out of RV.

Electrical pile broken. Asphalt pad failing. To stay on the pad we had to pull so close to the electrical box that we could not extend one slide fully. Loose boards for form for asphalt was a tripping hazard. Trench at the stair end. Tall weeds. Wifi buffering all evening

My reservation was for 4 days but I could only stay one night due to a family emergency. The staff were so friendly and understanding. They were able to give me a refund. While I was there, I thought the grounds were clean and accommodating. I wish I could have stayed long enough to use the pristine pool.

The campground was very nice. The restrooms and showers were very clean. Everyone who worked in the office/store were very helpful, especially James who was extremely helpful in choosing our site!

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
