Beautiful location! Washrooms were pretty gross though - so many bugs, dirty, shower heads sprayed in all directions. Disappointing.

Lots were too close together. Fire pits were dangerously positioned between the units. Should have been moved to the front of the RV. Washrooms and Showers were not great. Good facilities for the children and well located for Golfing/Cycling.

The site I was on was great ,clean and easily accessible. It was close to all the amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. So I decided to stay for the long weekend.

The site I had seemed to have power issues. When I moved to the site I kept having under current issues and my surge would keep cutting out the power. My power level would drop as low as 100 volts. When I complained I was told to remove the surge protector. I asked if I do would they take responsibility for the damage if I would burn my electronics the answer was it is my responsibility.

Great park, good services with the exception of no wifi at your site. Wifi is available near the office. Nice park, near Renfrew Ottawa.

Beau camping, bien entretenu et petit lac charmant. Le poteau de services (eau, électricté) étant sur le bord du chemin requiert un boyau et fil électrique très/trop long pour s'installer convenablement au fond du site. Il n'y a pas de station de vidange d'égout ce qui nous a obligé à demander l'autorisation de vidanger sur un site libre, les voisins étaient mécontents.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the grandkids as there is lots of things to do! Just wish I had been told about the leaches before going in the water.

Great site lots of room wonderful extras with pool & lakeshore. Snack truck was bonus. Bathroom super clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you

The staff at Renfrew are very exceptional and friendly. The sites are well proportioned and well maintained. I'll be back next year and maybe for a longer stay.

Quand mème un séjour court,Mais très décevant au niveau des infractructure ,comparativement aux autres KOA Que nous avons fait au Canada et USA.Ce n’est pas un campground de niveau KOA at all ?…….tres décevant.

We loved it so much. So much to do in so much less time. We loved the idea oh beach, water , kids play area everyone has something to enjoy. We are 100% looking forward to book our next stay

Had a great stay. My granddaughter swam for a couple of day until she found out there were leeches in the water. Wish there was a way to get rid of them! Otherwise it's a beautiful campground and very well kept.

This is our second time staying at this location and found the sites are definitely too close. The fire pit is so close to the trailer that we worried a spark would land on the roof. Also the bathrooms are showing their age and not too clean. The small lake is nice to float around on and they have a small play structure for the kids. The mini putt is in serious need of repair, however it’s free.

The staff was so helpful to me about a cabin stay in September 2022 and providing me with a local RV Repairs. I had no water last trip July 7th 2022 to a water leak now fixed and enjoyable this time with water use. I found it so relaxing on my Kampsite in the field. Would be nice though to have WiFi throughout the park rather than just at office. It was useful to post photos around your facili

The grounds and facilities do need some updates but overall it’s a great place to stay. Just a heads up, there are other “campers” who have ZERO respect for you on your campsite. We had a couple walk directly UNDER our 5th wheel hitch through our site like they owned it. We let the owners know and they did the best they could. Stayed in every KOA,s Acrooss Canada. This one I would never stay again. We were placed in a field not a campsite, it smelled of sewage and there was no internet. When I addressed the situation with the employee. She was quite rude and stated they did not lie about the wifi because you could sit by the store and use it. Unfortunately I didn’t rent the store. Lol I feel deceived by this park.

Excellent stay the same as our first stay there last year. Very clean sites and public washrooms. Friendly staff always. The only negative is that for $ 12.00 your get a small amount of firewood. We will be back next summer for sure.

We always find the staff very friendly and helpful whether inside or outside staff. We have stayed at many KOA campgrounds and this is our favourite. You won’t be disappointed

We stayed in site #112. It would have been nice if the description clearly stated that it is a wide open field with hookups. No shade. No privacy. We ended up leaving a night early as the area was not pleasant at all. Feel a little mislead

The staff was great. Camping was great. My only criticism would be the maintenance of your activities. Row boat was full of dirt, empty cans and garbage. Mini golf needs some love. Otherwise a great place to stay. Would go back there.

We live 8 hours away but my husband is from Renfrew so we stay for a week to visit and have day visitors out at the campground. So much more fun than a hotel. Mt now 8 year old son lives in your little lake. We love it. 3rd year in a row at your wonderful little campsite. One complaint: the showers are scalding hot or ice cold. There's no in-between and it's not safe. Very clean though.

Very clean and quiet. The reception was super friendly and helpful even though we arrived 5 min before closing. She still took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I would stay again in a heart beat.

It is a really good camp site. Only issue was that I wasn't given the site I really reserved. Even if I reserved about 9 months ago, it is like first come first serve. Went when it was Halloween weekend and Hunted Woods was Amazing!
