We tent camped 1 night. The tent sites grassy and level. The site that we got even had water. The showers were nice and had hot water. We enjoyed our little stay.

Incredible staff. The facilities were clean, parking was easy, and it was not hard to find the campground even late at night. Theres a general store at the campground, and really great amenities for camping.

I was not impressed by the attendant at the campground. It was very hot, there was no shade, we were on motorcycles and we are seniors. We could not park as usual bye our stuff. So we got got told , move your bikes or we will remove them for you. Not impressed

We've been staying there for over 10 years. We go once a summer and camp in a tent. The bathrooms are kept clean, the area is beautiful and they are very attentive to the property.

We had an amazing time at the campground and would love to come back next year! If I may add a couple suggestions. Would be the cleaning time of the bathrooms maybe changed to after check out or add a set of out houses. Without a doubt each morning we were there someone in our group had to use the bathroom during the cleaning time. We understand the process takes time and we appreciate it clean. T

Staff is very kind and helpful. Only drawback is that there are not a lot of tent sites with shade during the hot parts of the day.

All of the employees were very nice! Nice, clean bathrooms and showers. I didn't like that the bathrooms close for a whole hour from 9am-10am. I feel it should be a little later and not a whole hour. � The first morning we woke up a little late and didn't realize they closed from 9-10am. My daughter had to go so bad and it pushed our leave to adventure time out till 10:30 because having to wa

It was awesome! My family had an absolute blast with the ice cream social and glow light parade! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hosts were an absolute joy to be around!

My kids love staying at the KOA. Love all the amenities it has to offer. (Pool, ice cream social, pizza, and breakfast).

Great people make a great place to stay! Such is the case here! Only item needing addressed is the Men’ restroom. One sink is plugged up and wouldn’t drain. Toilet stall latches at weak and “funky”. Men’s urinal has a leak at the supply valve above, which is “fixed” by jerry-rigging a torn off section of round pipe insulation with tape to capture the escaping water and redirecti

the people were great, helpful and very nice. worked to make sure I had a tent site, I originally had to reserve a group site because the single sites didn't match my stay dates, but they changed my site and saved me some money. They offered to do it, I didn't have to ask, you don't see that kind of service much anymore. I'd stay there anytime.

We just passed through For the night and the tents are packed in tight but we just faced ours in a way that created privacy . The Bathrooms and showers here are wonderful , you can tell that they gave put effort into your comfort ! The pizza was delivered to our campsite and was delicious! I loved the energy and involvement of the owners here ! She lead a glow parade and had a song to go with.

The campsite cigarette butts all over the ground when we checked in. The trees had over hanging branches, but over all we had a great time. The pool was a hit with our Grandkids. The all-you-could-eat breakfast and the ice cream event was a great bargain and don't forget the pizza (delivered to your campsite). Our Grandkids love the Glow-Lite Parade. We would come back

Great low-key place to stay. We tent camp and each site is clean. Keep in mind that tent camping provides little privacy and can get rather hot when the sun is up. Pool is clean along with the playground and bathrooms. The hosts and everyone I met that is employed there were very nice. This KOA is much friendlier than others I have stayed at.

As a tent camper there are no trees for shade which is horrible for summertime w/ temps in the 90s. I requested a site with as much shade as possible from trees as I do not ever get up early. (I am a nurse and work night shift) Thus, I was extremely upset to wake up at 0900 from all the noise from everyone (teeny tiny sites right on top of each other) and hot sun streaming in my tent. No rest!!

It was absolutely the best stay I’ve had at a campground in a very long time everybody there was so polite the grounds were beautiful the people who were there were absolutely remarkable that children were respectful I would stay again with no problem your employees are absolutely beautiful people

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the location was good. However, we probably won’t return because the bathrooms are closed from 9-10 am. This is a ridiculous policy and closes the bathroom as guests are packing up and leaving. What are people supposed to do? Why would you choose that time? Maybe from 1-2 pm or something, not the busy morning.

The showers weren’t that clean. I have been to many other KOA’s that were better kept. Plus the whole bathroom always seemed to be really hot. I think a ventilation system needs to be put in place.

Very nice campground. We stayed in a tent site and it was very clean. Would be nice if there was some sort of fence dividers between sites so it feels more private. Pool was clean. Great stay!

The bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned more than once a day. They should be checked hourly and cleaned as needed. Fixing the urinal with tape is not acceptable.

The manager is great - very friendly and you can tell she takes pride in making it a place people enjoy coming. Great breakfast on Sunday morning and my daughter loved the light parade. Another great Father’s Day weekend at KOA!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Grounds/showers/bathroom were clean and easy to access. This was our first time at a KOA and I will definitely be visiting again!

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
