Staff was very nice. Loved the slushy machine. Nice Restroom and shower facilities very clean. I would stay here again

Camp ground is well kept and no issues with our camp space. The restrooms were clean for the most part however the entry door on the Men's Restroom looked like it had not been cleans in a month. Black grimy hand marks all over it and toward the end of our stay a bloody smeared finger print. Showers were clean but the Shower arrangement is bad, odd & a ramp that is a slippery dangerous setup.

We weren't aware of the parallel parking for tents when we made the reservation, they were able to accommodate us for our van tent setup with a back in site. Thank you so much.

So pleasant!! Smiles greeted us and never went away! Sites are a little narrow, but it was fairly empty while we were there. So many fun activities available to mingle - ice cream social, breakfast Sat and Sun. Dog area to play off leash. This was our second time camping there-from BC Canada.

Great staff, accommodations will be another reason we return. Morning chefs/store clerks & pool guys all made the stay most pleasant! Keep the staff you got because they will be the other reason we return! Look forward to bringing my extended family next time. -Chris Ulibarri

Such a beautiful park in a gorgeous area! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The ice cream social was fabulous and I really enjoyed the kids light parade. Waking up to a view of Mount Hood and Mount Jefferson just adds to the spectacular area!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so nice and very helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and ice cream socials. Our campsite was clean and spacious. We loved how close it was to Lake Billy Chinook.

Unfriendly greeting on arrival Person read off lists of rules to initial then the space assignment for a 45 class A with a tow vehicle was cramped had to unhook the tow vehicle to get in the miniscule space Really no park for anything over 25 feet entrance was difficult to maneuver ..then the inadequate power system was tripping the breaker all night Not what to expect from a KOA park

They are working hard to improve the park and it shows. We are impressed with the improvements done so far and hope they continue. Level the pads, clean up the junk areas inthe front and ask the full time residents to clean up their spaces.

Wonderful views and friendly staff! Opt for 30amp grass pull thru if you don’t require 50amp service/patio. Trees and green grass abound!

Wi-Fi was not good at all. Spot we stayed in had the lawn over watered and made it muddy and messy in and out of trailer.

Nice campground. Everyone was super friendly. We had a long site that fit our 42 foot 5th wheel. Some blacktop and some gravel roads in the campground. Over all a thumbs up

Always enjoy my stay. Your efforts in upkeep do not go unnoticed. Kudos..!! I encountered one problem. The pedestal in my space #21 was faulty and led me to originally believe it was my RV. It was later tested and it was the 30 amp plug in and also the regular electrical outlet not my RV. I had turned off my electricity for safety and and dry camped the last day. of my visit.

1st time I have stayed at a KOA where I was camped next to a full time live in trailer, felt a little like a trailer park as we walked around with the amount of what looked to be full time residents. 30A back in sites had an odd layout with the power and water pedestal in the middle of the pad at the back making it a bit rough to make connections to the trailer.

To many residents. We had the only 50 amp pull-thru abailable. We had people walking through to the office and play ground all evening.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
