It was okay. Our cabin was cleaned with a powerfully scented cleaner that gave us headaches. We had to open all the windows and screen door to remove the odor. The screen on the door was detached at the bottom. The back window had to be opened from the outside. On the plus side, the bathrooms were recently redone and were clean and warm.

Our first stay in a KOA cabin will be our last. Cleaning solution used in the refrigerator permeated the refrigerator to the point that we had to throw away all food, containers, and frozen ice packs used the next day in our cooler. Cancelled our return stay and no partial refund was offered when voicing our concerns about the cleaning solution. Very unhappy with customer service.

I loved this Campground, wish i could have stayed longer than just overnight. Staff was very accommodating and the store was well stocked. Beautiful views.

It’s a great relief while traveling “ad-hoc” and discovering a local KOA in the evening time! Traveling with 84 y/o mother in truck/camper…I sincerely appreciate KOA campgrounds. Host was very nice and gave us directions to local restaurants. I’d definitely stay again! It’s now saved on my GPS navigator for future travels!

Everyone at the KOA were super nice! We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin which was much smaller than we thought. The sink dripped sporadically and it got quite hot at night even though it was cold outside. The window lock was broken so we pried it open and there was no screen. There were crumbs on the bedding when we first got there and ants around the sink. Not our favorite stay but close to attractions.

Unattractive and unpleasant KOA. Needs to be cleaned up, organized, and landscaped. There’s potential for a nice view, but it’s blocked by old RVs in storage. Should not be labeled a “Holiday” KOA.

We have been staying at this location for several years. We live in Hines, Oregon and some stays are for business appointments, other times for to rest on home from the coast to home. This stay was overnight and in the only space available. A newly added space. We have reserved a few days in early May. Great improvements to park and we will spend more time during summer.

Clean facilities and helpful friendly staff. i wonder if you would consider cleaning the bathrooms later like 11 or 12 instead of from 09am to 10?

Super nice people! Facilities were clean and comfortable. The owners obviously work very hard. Unfortunately, the price was ridiculous; at $70/nite(50A)!! The previous nite we stayed in Winnemucca, NV at $35/nite(50A), with an even nicer facility (nothing against this facility). I realize Culver is some distance from Redmond, but come on!?!?

I stayed during the cold months and I would go back in a heartbeat. I have 3 little girls, and they treated them with such kindness and respect. They helped me with a couple trailer issues and communication with them was prompt and appropriate. All the amenities are worth it on top of it all! I also never had any issues with my site neighbors and enjoyed having such a safe place for my kids and I.

Good staff, always friendly. They need to start summer session earlier. Pool, games, etc. It gets hot in Central Oregon in April and May. Waiting until Memorial Day is silly. We go here 3-5 times a year as it is 45 minutes away from home. Always happy there.

Your web site stated that all spaces were pull through. But my space was a back in space. I found it very inconvenient arriving after dark and having to back in, up hill with no lighting.

It did not "feel" like a koa, it felt like a mobile home park. Most rigs looked full time, at least half of the trailers had Styrofoam skirting around them and one even had a front porch built out of pallets. I get it, lots of construction workers are looking for a place to stay long term. But if that's who you are going to cater to, then don't call yourself a KOA!

We chose this KOA-Redmond Kampground as a staging area to visit the wonderful sites in the Redmond, Madras and Bend area. Staying at the end of Feburary 2022 you don't expect a crowd in the KOA Kampground, and that was true to form. We found the staff friendly and very helpful and the Cabin warm, dry and secure.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
