Rawlins KOA is right off I80 very convenient. We were greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to our level sight. Since we were only staying one night it is very important to us to be level and long enough so we don’t have to unhook. Dog park was a plus as our 2 love to be off leash. Park as very clean. Did not use any of the amenities but I’m sure they were spotless. Would stay again.

Staff was polite. The grounds needed some TLC. WiFi was not great. It worked for pulling in and plugging in to sleep.

Wonderful staff and campsites Well organized, some sites have patios and fire pits others are regular pull thru with picnic table. The dog walk, dog park is clean and large as is theplayground area The store has items you're most likely to have run out of as well as small replace/ repair items. We have made this our new stop whenever we are in the area

Rawlins KOA had everything we needed for a one-night stay. It's close to downtown Rawlins and offers easy access to the nearby interstate. Staffer Tristan was particularly attentive.

Really appreciated the air conditioner and refrigerator in the cabin. Not so dog friendly but understand all the signage regarding dogs since some people ruin it for everyone.

Unfortunately, bad weather slowed us down earlier in the day, so we did not get to arrive early and get to really know your kampground. We put up a tent and promptly fell asleep. We were up early the next day and back on the road to continue our travels. I must say, I really did like the idea of the kamper kitchen! I'd have loved that if we could have stayed longer!

Dusty, hot, dry, terrible Wi-Fi that couldn’t keep a connection. Sites somewhat level but edges were a trip hazard i fell twice just hooking up and taking down. Satelite dish couldn’t pick up a signal. People were especially nice, but probably wont stay there again.

We are in a desert in a drought unfortunately I can't help that. We have 1gb Wifi on the park. I will be going to your site and look for any trip hazards today. We do have some railroad ties and rocks to mark sites. We are at 7000 ft elevation and no large trees, don't know about your satellite.

Not their fault but too windy on top of the hill. Maybe wind breaks of some kind could be put in. Very friendly staff. Laundry clean but small.

We have about 40 trees planted on the south side of the park and we hope in a few years they will be able to slow some of the wind. 100 more trees in the budget for 2023.

Very nice family that owns this campground. Grounds are kept very well especially since being in desert environment. Laundry room very clean. This is just a very well kept clean and friendly campground. We will definitely stay here again.

Very difficult to impossible to drain sewer uphill. Staff was very nice. Facility is below KOA standard

Well to start the office/store was only open for a very short amount of time 1pm-6pm. When we arrived it looked like kids were running the place, cannot recall seeing an adult anywhere. Then we arrived at our site and the picnic table was a complete disaster and safety risk for our granddaughter, sharp edges and split plastic hanging off. The entire park looked run down and in need of a major fix.

Our office hours are 8am to 7pm. We do rarely close for cleaning 11-1. Check in is at 1pm and the office closes at 7pm. We do hire high school students as this is a seasonal park. We do have "adults" on site and available but our staff is more than capable to handle all issues that come up.

Advertised as big rig access but this campground is very tight for big rigs. Sites are on top of each other. Okay if nothing else is available but we would not pick this campground again.

We have sites up to 70 ft and RVs come in and out often. Our sites are the largest width in the area averaging 10ft wider than any park in the area. I wish our 35ft wide sites would have met your standards

The employees were very friendly and professional. The campground is clean, but lacking shade, which is common apparently. If we were to ever go back that way, we probably would stay at Rawlins again.

Though in a desolate area we were warmly greeted which was a breath of fresh air after a long, problem-filled travel day. The sites had a two-walled wooden fence around a concrete patio with clean table and chairs. The fence provided privacy and a wind break. Friendly, clean, great place for an overnight stay.

Thank you for staying with us. Our deluxe sites are very friendly and defiantly help with the weather here in WY. By far our staff is our best quality. We are very lucky to have great young people and awesome older ones working for us!

We have stayed twice now and absolutely love it there. Easy on and off of I-80. Clean, level, gravel sites and wonderful hosts. Overall a great place to call home for the short term.

Very nice . Especially for overnight only ! Young man who was in charge was very hospitable and has a good head on his shoulders. He will definitely go far in life !

Enjoyed my stay at Rawlins. I originally scheduled a two night stay but due to complications in my plans my stay was stretched to four nights. The staff accommodated my requests quickly and efficiently, I thank them for making the changes easy and without fuss. I would stay again without hesitation when my travels bring me this way again.

Very nice campground and hosts! We arrived after office hours but a text was sent with easy instructions to check-in and where to go. We super appreciated being near a pet walk area as we are traveling with 3 large dogs!!!!

Really a nice place to stay for a couple of days. They have a booklet with ideas for adventures. I went on a couple of road trips and enjoyed myself. The local museum is well done.

Some spots are close enough that if a neighboring vehicle is at the very edges of the site, a larger rig or rig towing would not be able to get out. The staff is friendly and helpful and I believe would accommodate any possible issues.

There was a drunk man that was harassing me and I had to leave. I did not feel safe

We moved you to the site farthest from him and right next to the managers house so people would be near you at all times. The situation was your word against his. We heard him use language that was not nice and asked him to stay in his cabin while talking on the phone. He complied to every thing.

This KOA was closed (end of March, 2024) from burst waterlines but they let us stay and use the electric hook-up. Very much appreciated since the weather conditions were bad and we didn't feel safe driving to the next location. good folks. thanks!

On the road and called in just a couple hours before we got there and they made us a reservation and had space. People were super nice and it was a nice little park. Left pretty early so I don't really know how everything really went but I thought it was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
