Nice KOA friendly and helpful staff great pool area. We had some rain so lots of mud. sites and roads could really use a fresh layer of good gravel. Definitely be a help to pot holes and mud.

Bonjour, on aime beaucoup votre camping. Disons que cette année la température n'était pas vraiment de notre bord. On a essayé de se reposer quand même dans notre roulotte. On a été dérangé.. Very well organized, clean and comfortable campground with all the amenities you could ask for. We have stayed twice and will be back again next summer. WIFI is spotty but all other services are excellent. Only suggestion is to cut grass and trim along fence line more frequently in the dog parks. Especially the one in the back of the property - it was overgrown.

Checkin was simple and quick. The speed bumps were too high for my RV. Even going super slow it still hit the rear jacks. Sites on this property are well kept and the hookups were easy to reach and use. However, the sites are very small. It's great for staying overnight but I would not want to vacation here for an extended period.

Best KOA I’ve stayed in. Super friendly staff and very helpful in suggesting best way to see the city. Campground is east to get around with good amenities. Wifi though is weak.

Our stay was very nice, a bit expensive but we did reserve a site with a patio that we did not use in the end. Additionally, access to the downtown Quebec area was difficult due to the bridge being partially closed. So the relatively expensive site was a bit our fault. We have camped there on several occasions and always enjoyed our stay.

We only stay at this site for a single night when passing through (four times so far), but it would be great for longer stays too. The staff are always friendly and the campsite is well laid out.

Friendly staff. Beautiful sites clean washrooms. Out site was muddy but they were constantly working at the sites. Pool and spa was wonderful!

We were there for just one night, however we were very impressed on the cleanliness of the property especially the washrooms and showers. We will be back in 8 days for another night as we are returning home to Ontario. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

At first, I was sad that I wasn't going to get the camping site that I had my heart set on at the welcome building. Fortunately, the manager helped me get the site I wanted. When I booked online, I was told that I could not request or reserve the site I wanted online, but I later learned that it was possible (as long as you don't click reserve). Online booking to be improved? Great stay though!

It was to an overnight stay when we discovered that our axle had broken on our trailer. They were so accommodating until we could find somebody to fix it and when we did they were able to cancel that other two stays. We ended up staying for days and it was a second time there. I highly recommend this KOA. The people there are awesome

Quebec City is the best KOA that I have ever been too. AMAZING staff that are so friendly. Super clean park and awesome amenities for the kids. We love staying here and would highly recommend.

Même si je sais que c'est difficile de contrôler cet élément mais la vitesse de circulation de plusieurs campeurs est vraiment trop élevé et dangereuse surtout pour les enfants. En ayant les ronds pour le feux encastré dans le sol c'est bien joli mais avec l'été que l'ont connait ils demeurent plein d'eau et donc impossible de faire un feu et donc de vous acheter du bois par le fait même

I regularly recommend the Quebec City KOA. Ideal for tourists who want to see the beautiful city, they can leave the RV and take the bus. The staff is outstanding, friendly and very helpful. I will certainly come back... and have been here four times and very satisfied every time. Keep it up

Staff are sooooo nice and helpful. Would stay there again just for them! Full hook-ups are also very convenient. Also very convenient to get to ferry to Quebec City and staff will answer all your questions.

Service is very good! Only problem Is the speed of cars, trucks etc going in and out ! Most we’re doing + 30 km !!! Dangerous for all campers!

Great stay and visit to Quebec City. Florence's assistance and friendship was exceptional and so appreciated. Our campground site was great, so easy to enter, set up, and depart.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
