our heater was bad so the staff lone us a electric heater for the night as it was going get cold returned heat in morning after a great night. have stayed here many times and will again in Sept. heading home to BC

Nous sommes arrivés avec des travaux pour des plaques de béton et plus beaucoup de terrain standard sans petite table et chaises en bois. Plus difficile d'avoir 2 terrains "standard" côte à côte

Very friendly staff. Very good initiative to have moved the pool further back. Can’t do much about the fact that the campground is in an industrial zone. Not enough trees in the pull through section. Conveniently situated off the highway, great for one or two nights for stops to visit Quebec City or overnight stays between final destination.

Great stay! Loved the concrete pad and the 4pc dining set in addition to the picnic table. Restrooms were also very clean!

Very nice front staff. Helped us get the Rewards setup correctly so we can book online and get the discounts and rewards.

Very clean place, fast check in, friendly staff. I would have rated 5 but the Wi-Fi connection sucks: very spotty and didn't work most of the time. We were hoping to chat with family members while staying there. For a "high end" campground, Wi-Fi connection is a disappointment.

The camp ground was pristine and quiet. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff were very friendly and helpful as it was our first time to the area. Highly recommend!

Nice campground. We stayed here for four nights as we explored beautiful Quebec City. The campground is small in comparison to other KOAs we stayed at. Clean. Friendly staff. The reason I did not give a 5 is because of how close campers are positioned to one another. It was fine when we were there because it was quiet. I would recommend.

We stayed for 1 nite only on our way through to Ontario. Spotless bathroom/shower area. Would recommend requesting to have a site down the hill farther from the Hwy Owners were helpful and friendly.

The place was very clean and nice. The hookups were great and all functioned perfectly. The patio with the tables and chairs were wonderful. We didn't have any fires as the wind was just too strong. But the store / office was beautiful and the staff were wonderful with recommendations. We would definitely come back to this fine facility!

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
