Malgré le temps maussade, nous avons pu profiter des installations du camping. Les douches et toilettes étaient toujours très bien entretenues, le personnel à l'accueil très gentil et efficace. Nous y retournerons.

First time at This location but staff were very friendly and inviting. The site itself was nice and clean and well organized. But I expected this as we have never been disappointed by any of the KOA locations we have stayed at. I would most definitely return there the next time we head east.

Nicolas and his family and staff are doing a magnificent job to provide a first rate KOA. Very friendly, very clean! We are travelling but this will definitely be a stop on our way back through.

Centrally located, employees always greet you with a smile. The pool area and fountain area with sitting is incredible. Now the bathrooms…. I camp a lot, bathrooms are iffy. This KOA - cleanest I’ve ever seen. Seriously! Nothing gross about them. Going back in July. Stay here you’ll like it. Half the fun of camping is smiling and waving, because campers are cool people.

This is a very busy KOA but it is managed well and has a lot of nice amenities. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Very nice campground… easy in and easy out good signage. Showers, bathrooms and laundry area are kept very clean. Abundant hot water and pressure for showers. There is a swimming pool and water slide, we did not take part but the kids were having a blast! Filled the motor home with propane, the gentleman serving today was cheerful and fun! Will definitely stay here again!

Amenities were amazing. Staff was very helpful. Campsite is close to a major road so it can be a bit noisy but the campground itself is great!

A very nice campground, only stayed one night. The hostess was very welcoming. Would recommend this KOA and will stay here again.

Convenient to city and nearby waterfall. Laundry facilities good - one machine ate coins but staff took care of us. Bathrooms/showers clean. Site length really tight. Layout of services on site was awkward. Positioning of sewer hookup too close to our neighbors (and theirs to ours), while water/electric seemed too far away. Campfire pit way too close to where neighbor's vehicle had to park.

Staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. site are a bit tight, but it is an excellent location for exploring Quebec City. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

Due to an unfortunate incident with an unfriendly neighbour arriving after us the campground should identify who requires what amperage and clarify it on the documentation. I had addressed this with management when we booked months before. It takes one disgruntled novice camper to spoil a stay.

There was no hot water in the Men's showers. Each day I would go to the office and complain. The first day the manager, a male, told me that was impossible. The second day he said they were working on it. And that is how it continued for our entire stay. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE A REFUND OR A CREDIT FOR SEVERAL DAYS.

Séjour très agréable, camping propre et tranquille. Le seul bémol est que nous n’avons pas pu choisir notre site et notre site était sur un coin de rue, un peu petit et les services n’étaient pas tous du même côté. Ces petits inconvénients n’ont pas empêché que notre séjour a quand même été très agréable.

The staff were welcoming & accommodating . My site, T11, was great. For a small site it had shade & privacy. I wish I’d spent 2 nights there.

Everything was perfect...except for the spa where children were playing in the spa in the day shift and worse in the after supper . We wanted to go in the spa for a kiet time after supper (8 pm and more) and children was screaming in it ??????????????? That was very disapointing... Hope you get that matter regulated because it is indicated (very clearly) that it should be 18 years old????

We loved the park and so close to Quebec City. Washrooms beyond clean and the sites ample. The pool area had a nice Tiki Hut vibe and all in all a we recommend KOA Quebec without any hesitation.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
