The office staff were very new to the park and very professional. However, we incurred a storm of moths inside our Motorhome that has taken three days to eliminate. The KOA didn’t cause it, but we think it happened there as far as we can determine. Sorry

We do have quite the Moth problem sorry you had to endure it. They are migratory and don't last forever, I promise they aren't forever so please stop by again!

Had a short but wonderful stay. Clean park with friendly staff. Even had great wifi! Yes, there was highway noise, but we knew that when we saw this KOA and booked it. It really wasn't bad. Will stay again!

The campground was very nice. Clean and well maintained. The reason for my rating is the constant noise of I-25, and the proximity to a busy railway. Very difficult to have a conversation with the background noise!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I like to think over the 40 years this campground has been here this noise is natural for us. And like in the mountains animal noises are common, we have our Vroom Vroom and Choo Choo. Have a great trip!

It was just tough timing due to all th construction, and water being shut down. In and out is also a little worrisome due to access from I-25

The Pueblo KOA is in the middle of renovating. And because of that the customers do not get the top quality to their stay. In my case due to the bathroom remodel they have installed a portable toilet. This is great but the smell can at times be a bit overwhelming. The main building was being sided which caused excessive noise in the morning. The sites were clean and level with traffic noise.

We hoped these renovations would only last the winter but delays are pushing us past our projected date. We hope you could stop by again in the future and see a beautiful bathroom and new STUCKO on the side of the building! Have a great trip!

Nice sights. Doing large amount of remodeling which limited available showers and toilets. Will be really nice when all changes and improvements are made. Hopefully will be able to give higher rating when finished. Very helpful staff.

They were very accommodating, they allowed us to check in early due to the fact we had to travel early because of high winds. They also gave us a late check out the next day since we had a funeral to attend at 9:30.

The folks are good... The shower/restroom trailer needed help... It had been there too long. Worn out. The tunnel entrance is a bit odd.

Our bathroom renovation has caused this Bathroom trailer to be here longer than we would like. It will be gone soon and our new bathrooms will be so much better. Our tunnel is unique, when will the state upgrade a tunnel at our interstate intersection!?

It was good other than being placed right next to a rig that had 10 yappy dogs, when there were many more other spaces available near our group. I don't have dogs in the first place and thought we were going to have to ask to be moved somewhere else.

We were placed in site which was tight and wrong amp. Offer to get moved but we were only one night.

Things that bothered me are the same as others. When you book at that KOA they need be informed of the low under pass when heading N and the tight turn going S. N looks like a 1 way,we were told to blow our horn and go. The S exit has a dirt lot it can be used to make a turn with a large rig. The dog park is fine dirt.Dogs run it’s a cloud of dust -bark or pea stone?Cheryl & Staff are great.

Website did not mention that bathrooms and showers were being remodeled. Temporary Shower/bath trailer was provided, but 1 of toilets was out if order, showers were short. And 2nd trailer toilet over flowed. Guests in loop fighting/yelling at 2:30 am. Not a great stay.

I wish someone had informed us the bathrooms were being remodeled and they only had one toilet for the campground. Of course, that wouldn't have changed the trains going by all night and blowing their horns. The staff was very polite and friendly.

We’ve come to this koa several times over the last few years. It’s easy in easy out, nice staff and level sites. Reasonable price. The only negative is the heat- Pueblo is hot but some shade trees help!

Staff was extremely friendly. A lot of renovations going on but that will only make our stay better still. Nice pull through spaces within easy walking distance to the entire place. Can’t wait to see the completed renovations next trip.

We arrived after hours and our site and information was all laid out for us. The site was clean and level and easily accessible. The wifi was fantastic.

Good place to stay if need to stay anywhere near pueblo CO. They are going through some renovations so improvements are just going to make your stays only better.

The manager is so very nice. Let us pay by the night while we waited for our vehicle which was in the shop get repaired. Great wifi which you dont find in most RV parks anymore. Large sites with good spacing between. Quiet park.

The staff was great!!!! I liked how they made sure the washing machines were clean. The sites were very clean. The wifi was great for streaming. T-Mobile service was really good too. The only thing we didn’t like was how out to the road the rocks separating the sites were set.

There was a good deal of construction going on during my stay. Improvements. New bathrooms and building exterior. The temporary bathrooms were fine. I would stay again.

Stayed here in my travel trailer in March 2023 on a trip from Abuquerque to Denver. Don't let the view from the I-25 frontage road discourage you; inside, this place was neat, clean and well maintained and the mom and pop operators were friendly and helpful. Better wifi than any other place I've ever stayed. I'll be back.

Only stayed 1 night. The people on the swing shift were fantastic. In the morning shift took my propane tanks to be filled since I have a problem breathing. Would stay there again if given a chance.

This KOA is a nice work in progress. Upgrades to the bathrooms in progress. The office has been nicely updated. The sites are generous and level. Navigating my long trailer in the dark was very challenging trying hard to avoid the rock borders. The nearest I-25 underpass is too short for my rig to pass so had to find alternate routes as the highway doesn’t have connecting service roads along 25.

Getting through the tunnel was a little hairy, especially after dark. The site was good and level but the road noise was excessive. Overall a little pricey for the location.

Was passing through Pueblo and stayed 1 night in a Kamper Cabin. What a cool concept. Comfortable bed, lots of space, and a front deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. The grounds and individual shower/toilet rooms were impeccably neat and clean. The couple at the front desk are awsome people!!! Overall, this is the nicest KOA that I have ever stayed at.

We are going into the third month of our stay and we absolutely love it. You can tell the owner truly cares about the campground. Everything is so clean and tidy around the campsites and facilities. The lots are spacious with excellent wifi. I work remote, sometimes on video calls with my team, so the wifi is a HUGE plus and is rare to find. The staff is excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog escaped during a blizzard and they were out helping looking for him for hours. They share local tips and even alert you when mail or packages arrive. There are so many thoughtful amenities like the pool, grill, patio, and dog park. So happy to make this our home for a few months. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best KOA we have stayed at. We have been here for a year for work. Long term spots are huge! First park we've stayed at with great wifi! They are always doing upgrades to an already perfect park. Location is nice, great views, also far enough away from the crime in pueblo. Now the best part of our stay was the staff, they are all amazing, truly. We definitely felt like family here.
