This rating has nothing to do with the parks proximity to I-25 or the railroad & the associated noise. It is not about the crappy WiFi. The site was quite nice, long with all services fully working. This rating is about the staff & attitude or friendliness & fighting. Also stayed 9/9 & 10 but did not get 2nd night free per KOA promo. Prepared to discuss on number on file.

We were grateful that you had a site for us, last minute for an overnight. The facilities were clean, adequate for our needs and the staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both loved your brochure and the positive ways you emphasized the rules and regulations for the park. Site D4 required us to put out boards under our wheels to level the rig, the only issue that kept us from giving a 10.

The KOA itself is fine, the access to the park is almost impossible. Your choices are - a 13’3” one-way tunnel, a 13’6” one way tunnel, a hard u-turn or a 12 mile diversion to a roundabout. We chose the 13’6” tunnel and the roundabout. What a pain - never again. We have a 40’ DP towing.

It was very painful to get to the KOA in our Class A coming from the north. We had to unhook our toad, do a tight u-turn and then turn onto the main road to the campground. It would have been nice to know that in advance!

One of the biggest sites we have stayed at. Park was very clean; staff was friendly and helpful; would definitely stay again!

The staff were very helpful and that is why the higher score. The dog park is too far from the RV site. It was not as shady as the pictures show. For us when it was so hot, it was too far to walk the dog to that spot.

Awesome dog area to play bigger dogs...mine very happy!! And new additions to grounds make it homey and inviting!! Staff very helpful and friendly...made visit very pleasant...will hopefully return next year, God willing. Thanks and blessings to all.�����

It was fine but you guys are the only game in town! Don't like all the dirt and if you have little dogs there is no grass close to your site. Needs alot of improvements. Also you outline sites with big boulders? They are misplaced and easy to run up on when getting in site or leaving.

Only one device for wifi when you have more than one person in your party doesn’t work. One way tunnel on/off I-25 with restrictive height limits should be clearly stated before you book a reservation. Also should be stated 1st in the directions, not last. Just know that if you have a tall RV you will adding time & miles to reach RV park.

Very nice place to stay. Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains and very spacious sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the close proximity to I-25 and the noise of the traffic, but overall a great place to stay.

We decided to go with the Pueblo KOA because they had a pool and on the website it said the pool was open until 10pm. When we checked in we didn't notice that they hand wrote in the pool closed at 7pm. My family was very disappointed. The park was clean and had friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. The park was clean with easy in/out. Really liked the park itself (and the people). The reason I gave 9 instead of 10 was the freeway noise. It was very noisy and the train came by blowing it’s horn many times throughout the day and night. Would’ve stayed longer if not for the freeway. Too bad they didn’t build a wall along the freeway side of the property.

50 a night is a little steep to be parked right on top of your neighbor, it is rather crowded. Will not pick koa again. Tired of corporate which is why we got away from hotels but koa is very profit based and not very concerned with how you enjoy your stay. You can stay at a state park for under 20 and have the same experience with less crowding

Bathroom can use upgrades. Appreciated the stool to sit on while doing shower. Area can be cleaner. Pool was very nice; would be safer to have handrail to step into pool and change color of steps so you can distinguish them from bottom of pool. Didn’t know there were steps because paint color was the same. Their rules were fun and good for the geographic area.

Attended a wedding on the Riverwalk and this KOA was a short 15 minute drive to the event. Staff are cheerful and friendly and the park is very well cared for.

Loud interstate traffic noise, planes and very busy with lots of kids and people packed in tightly. baren landscape and long wait times in the store.

This was our 1st adventure in our new RV and it was a great time. The staff is very friendly and the Pizza there was great as we arrived later than we had expected too and really didn't feel like going out or cooking. We had a great stay!!!!

Our stay was very good. We were having trouble with the TV antenna in our fifth wheel. The man who came to help was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining why the cable would not work well in our camper. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

Was passing through Pueblo and stayed 1 night in a Kamper Cabin. What a cool concept. Comfortable bed, lots of space, and a front deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. The grounds and individual shower/toilet rooms were impeccably neat and clean. The couple at the front desk are awsome people!!! Overall, this is the nicest KOA that I have ever stayed at.

We are going into the third month of our stay and we absolutely love it. You can tell the owner truly cares about the campground. Everything is so clean and tidy around the campsites and facilities. The lots are spacious with excellent wifi. I work remote, sometimes on video calls with my team, so the wifi is a HUGE plus and is rare to find. The staff is excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog escaped during a blizzard and they were out helping looking for him for hours. They share local tips and even alert you when mail or packages arrive. There are so many thoughtful amenities like the pool, grill, patio, and dog park. So happy to make this our home for a few months. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best KOA we have stayed at. We have been here for a year for work. Long term spots are huge! First park we've stayed at with great wifi! They are always doing upgrades to an already perfect park. Location is nice, great views, also far enough away from the crime in pueblo. Now the best part of our stay was the staff, they are all amazing, truly. We definitely felt like family here.
