Very clean, great customer service from all of the staff. The grounds are well maintained. We loved our time there. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. We own a 5th wheel but decided to do something different for this trip. Thank you from Springfield, Missouri

Staff is exceptional. I'm in a webinar at 11:00 am each thursday on a very complex subject. They allowed us to stay until 12:30 so I could complete this weekly class. Facility is nice, and well maintained.

Absolutely beautiful campground/ RV park. Very clean, very friendly, the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The restrooms are not only clean but if I could rate them a 10 instead of a 5, I would!! absolutely wonderful.

This was a very nice campground. The staff was friendly, the site was clean and easy to set up in. The amenities were modern with very clean bathroom facilities. I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the location. It is right next to the freeway and railroad tracks, so it made sleeping a task. All and all though, I would return. It was a great campground for a stop on the way to destinations.

Super easy check-in process. Nicely spaced sites. Staff is super friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, quite and relaxing place to stay along the way!

We will be back, the park is super clean, the staff is amazing, we loved it, we stay here for a week, during State FFA week. It's actually the best KOA we have ever seen. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Hope to see you again soon. Karen and Clint

The campground was good, sites a little TOO close, and it was horrible to get to since the exits nearby require you to go through a VERY NARROW and low clearance ONE LANE tunnel. We had to drive 24 miles further to another exit, then 24 back to get there using a exit with an OVERpass. However, the employees there are FANTASTIC!! They even make fresh pizza and DELIVER it to your site! Awesomeness!!

The staff at this location went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. I want to especially highlight Dougie. He was so friendly and kind and really bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating. His service alone made our stay the best I've had at a KOA so far (and we love KOAs).

the front desk people were excellent when a nearby KOA would not accept us a day ahead of our reservation Pueblo KOA welcomed us late at night they even delivered a pizza to us after hours I can see why they were a past KOA of the year Great people!!

The only reason I didn't give a 10 was the traffic noise on the interstate. Otherwise everything and everyone was great. The staff was so friendly and accomodating.

Tight to get into spaces and one camper creating a large enough smoke event that set off my smoke detector, staff were very considerate. Location was hard to reach, because of offramp design.

Close to Interstate - signage going north is missing at stop sign on offramp. Turn left and go under tunnel and you will see more signs. All hookups worked as expected. Super friendly service - good smells for pizza and other stuff in shop (got there too late to enjoy). Was not there long enough to find the dog park, but park was clean and upgrading in process.

Found several of the campers very rude. They walked through our site on numerous occasions even after we asked them to walk around.

Park very clean. People friendly. Getting into the park from interstate was HORRIBLE. Big rigs cannot negotiate the turn off the off ramp to the frontage road where the entrance is located. The park itself, again nice and clean, the roads within the park makes access for big rigs extremely challenging to say the least. We like the KOA brand, unfortunately, we will not be returning to this park.

Just getting to the site is a bit of a hassle. We were too high to go under the bridge. But once we got there, it was great. Ordered at their pizza restaurant - great. The wings were good. Bought a a couple of cute things at the store.

Needed a stop-over spot for one night. Campground was convenient, clean, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Pueblo KOA!

The campground was very clean and organized, we had plenty of space for our 22 foot trailer, we enjoyed the area and everything that we wanted to stay were all within driving range.

Would have liked to have stayed longer but traveling with others who had to get back. Definitely will with you folks next time we are in the area. Staff was over the top friendly and facilities were wonderful! Thanks so much!

Excellent Journey KOA! Friendly staff, good store and fresh food options, clean and private restroom/shower rooms, good play scape, well kept grounds. Traffic noise, since it’s somewhat close to I25, but it’s not an issue.

We used this place as a Basecamp, to visit a number of sightseeing attractions. Places like Bishop Castle, Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods, etc. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice little gift shop and camping supply store, as well as a little food service between 4pm and 7:30pm. The pizza is to die for, and the hand dipped ice cream is a refreshing treat on a hot day.

I had specifically emailed about staying 2 nights on 5/28-5/30. When we got there they only had us for one night forcing us to look for another place on Memorial Day weekend. The bathrooms were also dirty. The showers do not drain and with a minute the water will be over your feet.

Fourth time staying here, always has been good, restrooms and showers are fantastic but needs to have towel and cloths hooks by shower. Site was very clean and groomed, with be back again next year.

Was passing through Pueblo and stayed 1 night in a Kamper Cabin. What a cool concept. Comfortable bed, lots of space, and a front deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. The grounds and individual shower/toilet rooms were impeccably neat and clean. The couple at the front desk are awsome people!!! Overall, this is the nicest KOA that I have ever stayed at.

We are going into the third month of our stay and we absolutely love it. You can tell the owner truly cares about the campground. Everything is so clean and tidy around the campsites and facilities. The lots are spacious with excellent wifi. I work remote, sometimes on video calls with my team, so the wifi is a HUGE plus and is rare to find. The staff is excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog escaped during a blizzard and they were out helping looking for him for hours. They share local tips and even alert you when mail or packages arrive. There are so many thoughtful amenities like the pool, grill, patio, and dog park. So happy to make this our home for a few months. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best KOA we have stayed at. We have been here for a year for work. Long term spots are huge! First park we've stayed at with great wifi! They are always doing upgrades to an already perfect park. Location is nice, great views, also far enough away from the crime in pueblo. Now the best part of our stay was the staff, they are all amazing, truly. We definitely felt like family here.
