We typically avoid KOAs as they tend to be pricey and too crowded per our preferences. Just needed an overnight. While still a bit tight, the overall layout worked well and the campground appeared to be very well maintained. Upon approaching the front desk, I was told that the wi-fi was out and the pool was closed before even asking my name. No discount offered for two major KOA features.

Heavy traffic noise.Access for north bound traffic is through a single lane tunnel to and from the park. I understand hauled water for the park is a issue, but the timmer for the shower was hard to read.(bring your reading glasses)Very clean park and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed this park, it’s well cared gif and close to family we were visiting in Pueblo West. The only downside in our opinion was how far the dog park was from our site, but not a big deal.

Need to getCo. To improve your road in and out and let them know it makes CO look bad. CO has the worst highway roads in Western States and I know because we’ve been on all major highways this summer!

Nice sites, clean. Friendly host. Highway noise from nearby Interstate 25 is my only issue. I live in a very rural area and not desensitized to the rumble of trucks all night. Nevertheless, I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Level sights, nice place. Would have given 5 stars if there was a fenced dog area where my pups could go off leash for a few minutes.

I would like to say that Richard and Maria are some of the best kOA hosts there are. I would also like to give my thanks to some of the staff at that KOA that goes above and behond what they have to do those people are Douggy and his Wife Stacy were GREAT also Carol and K and Don and his Wife even thou Don does have a temper he is a great guy. I would love to come back to that KOA again. Deb

Our stay was very good. The staff was courtious and we had an airconnditioning promblem and turn it in and the maintenance person was on it in less than 15 minutes, excellent. Everything was very clean. The only reason you didnt get a 10 was the full size mattress was a little rough to sleep on. We would stay again for sure. Thanks Dean Burkhart

Made reservations months ahead of time so we could be sure to have campsites beside friends. When we made reservations was told no problem. They refused to accommodate us with this request once we got there. Wi-Fi was down most of the stay and train tracks are nearby. The trains ran all night long blowing whistles.

WiFi was nonfunctional the entire stay — the “part never arrived to fix it.” If something is listedas an amenity and it is not available then you should refund a portion of each day’s rental when the amenity is not available. ALSO, for one full day workmen were repairing the awning in our fenced “pet yard” making it unusable - so some kind of refund should have been done for that day t

The park was modern, clean and beautiful. The store was well stocked. They served pizza and ice cream. All the staff was polite. We had an escort to our site.

I would not recommend your camp site to anyone. We reserved our camp sites around the first of the year, along with two other couples. We requested campsites In proximity to each other, and they refused to accommodate us, even though there were empty campsites. The broadband wifi was not working the majority of the nights we stayed. This campsite is basically a gravel parking lot with hook ups.

The cabin was nice and comfortable. I had problems with the fact too many things were out of order. The vending and ice machines were setting in dusty pieces. A few other signs of decay as well.

Site was ok, no propane at the site grill, I imagine you would have to ask but they never offered! For the price of the site you think they would. Tried to order wings and a pizza from their restaurant but Wife was put on hold for 10 minutes then she hung up and tried again only to be told they where too busy and that they can call her back later!!

The park was nice and so were the people who worked there. I could have done without the train whistles and the truckers jake-brake, during the night. I guess they were not made aware of the 10pm - 8am quiet time. �

When we arrived we paid for one night but at the front desk no one informed us that the pool was closed for the day and that the wifi was down. So any of these services were provided during our stay but we paid the full price….We are frustrated…

Very hot the week we stayed. We chose Pueblo to tour the surrounding Co Springs and Canon City area. Very clean well maintained campground.Staff took care of all our needs.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating regarding some unusual circumstances. One gal even offered to carry some waffle cones back to the coach that were purchased at the store.

Love this KOA, we always stop here if we're anywhere close. Friendly people, clean, and convienent to many things. Great views of the stars, you can see Pike Peak, and it's easy to drive in the campground.

Was passing through Pueblo and stayed 1 night in a Kamper Cabin. What a cool concept. Comfortable bed, lots of space, and a front deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. The grounds and individual shower/toilet rooms were impeccably neat and clean. The couple at the front desk are awsome people!!! Overall, this is the nicest KOA that I have ever stayed at.

We are going into the third month of our stay and we absolutely love it. You can tell the owner truly cares about the campground. Everything is so clean and tidy around the campsites and facilities. The lots are spacious with excellent wifi. I work remote, sometimes on video calls with my team, so the wifi is a HUGE plus and is rare to find. The staff is excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog escaped during a blizzard and they were out helping looking for him for hours. They share local tips and even alert you when mail or packages arrive. There are so many thoughtful amenities like the pool, grill, patio, and dog park. So happy to make this our home for a few months. Highly recommend!!
