A mountain impression haven right off the interstate

We are conveniently located just off I-15. Our Campground is secluded beside the Provo River and provides lavish shady trees to make it feel like a mountain campground haven right in the city. We have resident ducks who enjoy playing in the south side canal and love to keep our Campers company. We are also Neighboring the Fort Utah Park which provides ample room for your four legged friends, picnic areas, a skate park and playground. The Wasatch Mountains rise to the east, and 151-square-mile Utah Lake borders the city on the west. Right from the campground, stroll, bike and exercise pets on the 14-mile paved Provo River Parkway Trail. The kids will enjoy our large pool, game room and campground activities. Also nearby is Utah's largest water park, Seven Peaks, and Robert Redford's Sundance, a mountain resort hidden away in the folds of the Wasatch that offers hiking, horseback riding and great dining. Four miles up Provo Canyon, Bridal Veil Falls plummets 607 feet to the Provo River, is a very easy hike and must see if you come to this area.

Meet Your Hosts

Heather, Anthony & Family, have recently taken over ownership of the Provo KOA and look forward to the project of bringing this quaint, beautiful and conveniently located campground back to KOA standards. Not only do we have a goal in esthetics but also in customer service.

We have a profound understanding that we are in the business of making camping memories for you and your family, with this in mind, we have a deep commitment to providing with you the best stay that we can.

We have brought back campground activities during our busy season and have a plan in place to change the layout of parts of the campground to make it roomier, upgrade bathrooms, upgrade Cabins, add deluxe sites, a new playground, fire rings, horse shoe pits, onsite laundry facilities, private family bathrooms, and more!

During your stay, please stop in the office for complimentary coffee, tea or cold water. (Please come by during our office hours) Enjoy a personal escort to your site and come join us for select nights where we roast smores, tell stories, and dutch oven cooking. (these amenities are available from May - October each year)

Check in the office for additional campground activities. Your kids will love making pet rocks and finding the ones we've hidden around the campground for prizes. Thank you for staying with us!
