We had to extend our stay due a repair needed on our tow truck. The KOA was very helpful and found us a campsite even though the campground was almost full. This is a very well-run campground with great owners and good amenities. I would recommend a stay here to anyone who wants to use this as a base to explore the Olympic Peninsula or just as an overnight stay. Thanks again the KOA team!

We stayed 7 nights with a travel trailer. We were in a site with fencing on 2 sides. Very private. It was so close to Olympic NP and the view of the mountains was spectacular.

This place was fantastic! The staff were amazing; friendly and helpful at every turn! We had grandchildren with us who played in the pool, ate ice cream at the Ice Cream Social; made ‘tye-died’ hankerchiefs, and played every game available. By far out ‘favorite’ KOA! This KOA is very well kept, pleasant, and family friendly. The staff were all helpful and pleasant, and Marty adds his personal touch to the place. We particularly appreciated the pump service as we have such a small grey water tank. Centrally located to so many places to explore and right off the highway. Why husband was excited to see Ft. Worden where "An Officer and Gentleman was filmed.

We brought our 7 year old grandson for three nights. We noticed that there were several activities for kids however Zero were offered to us while we were there Tues-Fri. Besides the pool and playground, there were ZERO organized activities as advertised. No ice cream party, no tie dye activities, nothing organized. Apparently they are only offered on the weekends. We travel during the week.

Very clean. Nice sites. Family oriented with lots of activities. A great game room and store. Lots of outdoor activity options as well. The basketball ball, volleyball/badminton, horseshoe, and picnic pavilion areas were all well maintained. The bike rentals were a hit. All the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly. We had a great week and would stay here again.

It was So Nice visiting Port Angeles KOA. They have a lot of things to do for the kids. They have everything you needed in there store. Though was the pool too cold :) Best regards Karsten and Nicoline

The site was very bad #127 had big rocks that made it almost impossible to walk on, we are not to young anymore an this site was dangerous for us.

The campsite was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the playground, pool and kids activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We chose this campground because it is central to alot of epic sites on the northern part of the peninsula. Like most other KOA campgrounds there was a pool, hot tub, playground and game room which we also enjoyed. The kids enjoyed the root beer float night. We found their store was stocked well with most needed items. The best part was the owners were so courteous and funny and employees helpful

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds in the northwest. Some sites are near the highway if that concerns you e.g. if you're tenting then request a site further from the highway

Clean, quiet park. Everyone was having fun. Great location for us. Value for the money. Friendly staff. Love the septic pump out service in lieu of sewer connection.

We spent 4 nights here. It was very convenient to all of the things we wanted to do and see -- lavender fields, Sequim and Port Angeles farmer markets, and a sunny day trip up to Hurricane Ridge.

The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating, the grounds are well maintained. The only negative thing about the park is it sits right by the highway and the sites close to the highway are very noisy.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. But the dust was terrible. Couldn’t open windows due to traffic stirring up dust. Kids (young teens) were on the playground late into the night screaming and being loud. Campers noisily moved in next to us twice @ 10pm and left quietly @ 7am the next morning. Seemed like nobody was watching the grounds after the office closed. Not sure if we’d stay here agai

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

hanks for the staying with us! We do have regular night patrols to ensure peace in the universe, and also have an after hours number to call if someone has a concern with noise etc. This season has been really dry, and we have been working on putting extra dust control on the streets.

The site was great and staff very friendly/helpful. The store was fully stocked with everything you could ever need or forget. The pool was so refreshing and the view spectacular. My only cons were limited # of restrooms and the highway is so close you can hear cars passing all through the night. All in all, a great experience for our family!

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Every thing was immaculate! We were warned that the spots we had were loud due to road noise but we didn't find that to be the case. The pool was fun, the teens liked the games room and the store was well stocked. It would be great if the pool was open earlier than noon, but that's my only suggestion.

We spent only one night in this campground. Our campsite was clean and spacious. Toiletes was clean and very comfortable, hot water and quiet music all day long. Nice campground.

Beautiful mountain backdrop to wake up to. The site was level and the grounds were well taken care of. The washoom/shower area was tight but clean and well cared for. The laundry prices were high. They had a dvd lending library and a club house with games. Very close to the ferry.
