Staff is friendly. Pizza, wine & beer is great. Buildings are dilapidated, sites are poor, very disappointing. The whole park buildings included need an overhaul before I return. Also, all we could smell is a dead animal so we couldnt sit outside!!

Your review is perplexing as you can see on our website and reviews we keep all up to high standards. Our pictures reflect what you find when you drive in. Your description of anything dilapidated is completely false.If an animal died in the woods we will remove it if it is to be found Mr. Warwick.

Very clean campground; sites, bathrooms and showers. Very well maintained. Staff very nice, friendly and efficient. The only negative is the constant road noise from the highway nearby.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sadly the interstate is not movable. Thankfully most guests are not bothered. A 4 gives us a zero for something that we cannot fix and will take 5 five stars to get back to positive side. Happy camping. Jennifer ~

Great place to stay on our way north. There's a nice walk around the lake but watch out for gators. The pizza is tasty and is delivered to your site.

Very small but clean, well laid out. Location is great, handy to I95 yet not too noisy. Staff were great, really enjoyed the pizza they make on site.

We enjoyed your campground very much. We stayed 3 nights. Your coffee, beer and wine bar was the best. Sat there and meet some wonderful folks. The pizza was to die for.

We were very happy with our experience. The thin crust pizza was terrific and the bathrooms were state of the art with spa-like music.

We have stayed here many times over the last several years. We love it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The area is simply beautiful, just a short commute to all our favorite places.

One of the nicest Koa campgrounds around. Very clean and a friendly staff. And the do breakfast,free waffles and biscuits and gravy on the weekends. You can purchase beacon or sausage but the waffle is included with the stay.

Very clean campground. The campsites nicely landscaped and are well maintained. As a bonus, they have a cafe serving wine and draft beer as well as pizza and wings!!

They didn't have a spot for our rig on April 4th. But the lady called us back and said if we could come one day earlier, she could fit us in. Staff person went beyond to help us out on our way back to Canada. thank you.

We stopped in just for a overnight on the way home from vacation. We liked it even though it was close to the interstate. You could hardly hear it at all.

The campground staff is very friendly and helpful. It's nice to pull in and go to the store for a pizza and beer to help you relax after a day of driving.

Easy on off to highway; comfortable & quiet-just what we needed for a restful overnight before getting on the road again.

Impressive camping. The staff is very professional, and the place is clean and well organized. The only downside is the sound of the highway. But it's also an advantage for campers, since the camping is very close to the highway exit, but in the middle of the wood. I'll be back soon...

This is a wonderful KOA Campground. The staff is great! having the coffee/wine bar, with pizza available and wings is a really nice added touch after a long day on the road. The size of the camping spaces is perfect and well placed. The rest rooms and showers are clean and well thought out I would definitely come back to this campground and stay for multiple days I hope we get the chance.

Loved the wine/coffee bar and pizza shoppe! And I enjoyed the special touches like music in the bathrooms and having someone guide us to our spot. It was nice that you were able to keep the office area open extended hours.

This was a very nice campground and the hosts were very pleasant. The only problem we had was the tv was not very good. They said they would send someone to see what the problem was, however no one ever showed.

We are sorry Mr. Lewton, they must have gotten side tracked and forgotten. Please never hesitate to call back or grab a yellow shirt guest service team member to help. We will check site 19 and make certain there are no more issues. Although for the last four nights it has been rented with no issue

We didn't use any of the amenities, we were only there to sleep so. Those Noseums saw and tasted us �

The noseeums or sand gnats last for about six weeks in the spring. I wish we could control the environment more. We do have county spray, put dunks in puddles and remove all of the leaves where they nest in the park to preclude It as much as possible. Thank you for choosing Point South KOA.Jennifer

I love that once I'm there we can go to the "office" and sit down to a fresh cooked pizza with beer or wine. No cooking or heating up leftovers! We always meet interesting people/other RVers while enjoying our meal. (you can also pick it up or have it delivered to your campsite!) Its a great place to stop overnight. We got there earlier than usual this year so we took a nice walk around the lake.

Once again the staff at Point South made our stay incredible. With free high-speed wi-fi, 65 cable channels, pizza, wings, ice cream, soda, coffee, beer and wine what else do you need?! Maybe a dip in the pool or a walk around the lake? Yeah, they have that there. Coming back to see you soon, thanks for a great stay!

We just stopped overnight but the facilities and site were wonderful. The hosts were really nice and very knowledgeable. I would stay for a longer visit if we were camping in that area

This is one of the nicest KOA campgrounds we have been too. Spotless grounds. Easy in and out. Delightful and serene walk around a large pond where nature was easily viewed. Bathrooms were clean with music. Cute wine bar and sweet gift store. The employees we met there friendly and accommodating. You are close to your neighbors, but it was quiet at night. So homey. We would return on a trip south.

One of the nicest KOA I have ever camped at. Beautiful and clean sites and very welcoming and helpful personnel. The office/store has interesting items for sale and a wine bar. Also their restaurant offers pizza made on the premises. Their breakfast pizza was a delicious and an unusual way to eat breakfast before getting on the road.

This KOA was one of the best we have stayed at. Close to I-95. It is a smaller campground, (which we like) with large tree covered sites. Almost all were pull through. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a wine flight at their wine bar and pizza. It was nice that the campground was open until 9pm. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to that area
