The staff at Pocatello Koa were marvellous and very accommodating. They helped us make the best of early spring conditions. The same is not true for the booking site. I had to phone directly to the campground as the site said there were no sites available. The campground was only half full while we were there. Owner indicated it was a corporate failure and needs to be addressed.

We were headed north ahead of a snow storm and called to see if we could get a spot. It was 5PM and we were 30 minutes out. They waited for us to get there. Real lifesavers. Thanks for going above and beyond for us. Service was great, don't know what the park was like as it was dark and full of snow.But they get our vote next time through,

We broke down on the freeway 40 miles away. Got towed to the koa in pocatello Idaho. Ive never met a more helpful and nice batch of people. Everything was clean and very managable.

I was enroute to Arizona and just wanted a place to overnight. The Camp host was very acmodating and the stay was comfortable.

amazingly clean! Bathrooms/showers were warm and extremely clean! So nice! Grounds were well kept and easy to maneuver.

We were put in a site that was not finished from recent excavation.(Not graveled yet per mgr Rose)It rained,leaving our site a deep mushy mess.Trying to disconnect was impossible! My foot slid &stuck in the deep mud.I fell on my back, sprained my ankle & wrist, bleedin.Rose refused to take an accident rpt or even acknowledge I was hurt. I was referred to a surgeon &still no response from Mgr there

Bathrooms/showers exceptional! Very clean, comfortable and warm Laundry facilities well lit, all maytag, reasonably priced. Gas upon leaving in the motorhome was convenient, and the same price as "in town." Traveled in November all the references as to how warm the facilities were. But warmer still the welcome from manager/owner?. Very helpful and cheery to boot. Thumbs up!

Clean bathrooms, sites are good, easy to get into. My only complaint is that odd sites are one direction, and the evens are the other, such than you and your neighbor’s doors face each other. That’s fine for groups traveling together, but I’ve never done that.

We had a wonderful stay and very friendly and helpful staff. The site was excellent and easy to pul through with our large rig. The showered and facilities were very clean.

We just stayed 1 night , had some problems with my truck and we got in late , everything was set for us, I would stay again if traveling in this area again

It os ok. No Cable tv and rest rooms were closed longer than listed also were not as clean as they should be.

Thank you for leaving a comment. I am not sure about the day you were here but sometimes there are people in the restrooms when she gets ready to clean them so she has to wait which puts her behind. As far as cleanliness goes we try and check them every two hours. Tom

First time ever dissatisfied at KOA. I booked a site with electric &water. My site had no water due to a problem in the campground. Ok.But the place was half empty and yet they put me in the area with the problem that had existed for days. When I needed quarters for the laundry it seemed to be an annoyance to Rose. Then at checkout propane that cost me $8.75/gallon which I thought was exorbitant

Thank you for leaving a comment. We did have a broken water pipe and we had to shut the water off for one day not days. I think you should look at your receipt for your propane because I think that you got almost 3 gal. of propane which came up to $8.75 because our propane is only $2.99 a gal. Tom

The site is very dark, no lights after 9:00 pm, roads are bumpy and uneven.

Very Clean, nice layout great staff. only thing I would like to see is fewer lights in the RV area it was bright at night. but still not a bad thing

KOA Pocatello is our go to place when we’re driving through Idaho. We’ve stayed there several times and have loved it every time.

I was greeted by a very cheerful and helpful employee on arrival. We needed to make a change of sites due to the size of our rig and luckily they were able to accommodate. It was a little ‘snug’ getting into the site (terracing/large rocks) but we were able to make it work. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Site barely long enough. Asked for 30 amp service. Pedestal only had 50 and 30. Site next to us was using the 30 amp. Luckily I had adapter to use 15 amp and was able to get by with that. Called after hour number and no usu got back to me.

It was OK. I the reservation was unclear whether it was a full hookup or just water +Electric that was stated on the reservation so I used the dump at checkin, only to find a sewer on my site after I parked

Sites were terrible no gravel in the site we had, table basically unusable,as well as the fire pit. Barely room to go between new or once their slide and our slide was out. It's a very tired campground really need to do some work on it

It’s clean. Greeting by employees less than welcoming. No TV. Sites too close together. Little grass except for tent sites. If I had another option, I probably wouldn’t stay again. Several long term residents along the perimeter. Okay if you just need a place for the night.

Very noisy! We were at the back of the property and lots of full-time or long-term residents were near. They were very noisy and had lots of "stuff" around their trailers. Not the type of camping environment we look for.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
