Customer service was good but the bathrooms were dirty. Too expensive for the ammenities offered.

First time we had comment on our bathrooms being dirty. They are cleaned for one hour every day from 11 pm to 12 pm. check the internet in the future for KOA rating and complaints. You will see we are 4.5 out 5. In the future come with complaint and get a refund. It cost money to maintain a business

More like a trailer park than a campground. Site was not even close to level. Dirt with some rocks mixed in made it an extremely dirty environment. Won't stay here again.

Our experience at the Pocatello KOA was fantastic! Very quiet park and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rose in the office was welcoming, helpful, and able to multitask while keeping attention on guests. John was very helpful and a great worker! He is a 'John of all Trades' from watering, tree trimming, propane tank filling, painting, etc! Thank you for a great stay!

The park and grounds were in great condition. The property managers were cordial, informational, and happy to see us. Laundry facility, bathrooms, showers, store, etc. were all in very clean and organized manner. Would visit again.

Nice small, quiet park a little off the beaten path. One of the few I've seen with a gas station - no diesel. A bit dusty as most of the pull throughs are completely gravel. The K9 Kamp actually has grass with motion-sensing lights - PEFRECT! This feature should be a requirement for all KOAs.

Very old facility and not well kept or maintained. Having major electrical issues. Nice people but this should not be a KOA.

Thanks for the comment. We are an older park but if you look at all the other comments you will notice that you were the only one with negative comments. We were having electrical issues that day but not major and I think that you were put into a site with no issues. Thanks for your comment anyway.

Owner's are very nice and accommodating. Trees shade your RV. It is very clean, easy to access and quiet.

The woman who greeted me was very personable, very helpful and very customer-service oriented. I had gone by slightly after the office closed to see about getting quarters for the laundry and she was closed by cleaning and saw me trying the door, opened it for me and gave me the requested change for the laundry machines. I would definitely recommend the Pocatello KOA. Thank you.

We join thousand trails and ended up staying at mostly KOA‘s and it’s 1000 times better. The owners here are just fantastic and very friendly.

Site was very uneven and difficult for our 31 ft class A to fit in. Had to use some boards under 1 tire.

The powerful "streetlights" that illuminate the campground are too bright and make it difficult for campers and those without blackout shades on their RV's. Same goes for the lights outside the bathrooms. Unnecessarily bright. Otherwise the stay was fine and the hosts were friendly.

We were unable to get power to our rig from the 30 amp pedestal. The staff was very nice and changed our site to a 50 amp full hook up site.

I didn’t realize that there was no sewer hook up and only 30 amp power. The facilities were very clean but there was only trash dumpsters out front. There is a sewer dump but there were people parked there. Loved the ice cream. I don’t plan on staying here again but it is a good spot if you’re just passing through for a night.

Thanks for the comment. We do have sites that have sewer and 50 amp but you must have booked just a water and power site with 30 amp or maybe that is all that was left when you made your reservation. If there were people parked at the dump station, they had to have been there to dump. Tom

Nothing fancy, but a nice stop over. This was our 2nd time staying here. Be aware that not all spots have full hookups. But still a nice place with friendly staff. Dump station is very easy access.

We stayed for 6 nights. Tom was a great manager and we also met the owner who was so friendly and accommodating. We were there over July 4th and Pocatello didn’t disappoint. Amazing parade and fireworks show and every things so close to KOA campground.

It was kind of steep and cramped. I would not recommend a large rig. We had a 30' travel trailer pulled by an F-250 truck.

Ok for a single night passing through. Negatives: No room between sites. You certainly are not going to cook out and enjoy being outside. Positives wide access to pull in and out, fair amount of shade.

Had to move sites because of a faulty electrical pole….the site wasn’t grounded and I got shocked. The owners didn’t believe me and then asked me to go test the electrical with a tester. I did and it tested for a faulty ground, then they asked the maintenance guy to go test it and it tested faulty. I should get a refund from this park.

Quiet park, trees and nice front desk staff. Didn't like some of the sites, very little grass, uneven and dirty gravel and weeds. Only stayed one night, passing thru.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
