Great location. Super packed campground. Especially the “black” sites. The backside of your camper is literally beside the backend of another camper. Big rigs were constantly being moved from not fitting in the spots.

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving, and it rained the first part of the week. That being said, we enjoyed our time at the campground. Pool and hot tub were nice. Can’t wait to come back in the summer. �

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. Perfect location for strip, winterfest lights into pigeon forge island, don't even need your car unless you are traveling farther than you want to walk. Trolley is right there. People at this KOA are superb helpful and friendly.

Good location in Pigeon Forge near trolley. Bathrooms lackluster near the back-in, tent sites and cabins. We walked to the newer bathhouse by the patio sites. Our site next to check-in smelled of diesel fumes from the idling trucks waiting to check in. Sites are close together. Liked the trash pick up and would have used the pool had I known it was heated before arrival as it looked very nice.

Stay dates were messed up. “Manager” came over to our site and was extremely rude. His answer was “maybe you’ll get lucky and someone will cancel”. Water pressure at 409 was very inconsistent. Rear sewer outlet blew out the last night (after a big check out day) and left feces and toilet paper all around it. Trash from our site was never picked up. Just overall not a great stay. Of

It was a little dark at night in parts of the campground and hard to see. We camped along the river and got woke up at 430 in the morning from the garbage trucks emptying the dumpsters across the river. At least we got a break from it on Sunday morning. So, one out of four were quiet. Campground was clean and staff friendly.

Campsites were very nice although somewhat crowded. Our site was very level and easy to get in and out. Bath housed needed some maintenance - one shower was not working in one bathhouse. The paper towel dispensers needed maintenance (wouldn't dispense the towels in the unit). Overall very nice considering the crowded holiday conditions.

You do not have enough showers. The night of our arrival the bathroom showers had a line. In the morning, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty, and one shower was broken, leaving 2 available. Not an enjoyable visit at all.

Nice campground, love the heated pool/lazy river, paved/gazebo sites. Only recommendation is more lighting, it is very dark walking around anywhere in campground , path to patriot park. Also visible signs with location of things( restrooms, pathway to patriot park to catch trolley, trolley schedules/contact info), etc.

Laurel in the office was super nice and accommodating. She gladly changed our camp spot for one more accessible for our daughter who’s in a wheelchair.

Staff in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful. Bathroom and shower conditions were immaculate. Liked all of the trees that were preserved in creating the sites but thought some of the sites were way too close together. Very happy to see recycling bins.

The staff is so friendly- front office, cart staff- all so helpful & welcoming. Simon from the rec/activities team was amazing and is really an asset to the campground. My child and her friends love all the park options. My husband was disappointed that the hot tub was not working on our last day (luckily I got to enjoy it the day before). Keep up the good work- we'll be back in 2024!

The stay was okay. As was expected, the campground was very crowded and this the typical issues of people and their pets. There was a complete burn ban in effect, so I was happy I didn’t pay extra for the deluxe site. The staff was friendly and accommodating. While I like the idea of easy access and availability, the cost borders on prohibitive.

I would give it a 5 star, but I had to spend a lot of $$ on making a 25’ 50amp extension because the power box on site 401 is well over 25’ if you have a decent size motor home on that site. The power box should’ve been installed closer to the front of the pad since it’s a pull in site. If I hadn’t had to spend the first night making a 50amp extension cord, I would’ve enjoyed the stay

Perfect campground!!! Been there 3 years now and made reservations for next year!! Love this place, only thing I would recommend, is maybe cutting down a few trees around spots to make easier to get truck and camper in, we was in spot 96, and that tree is right in the way of awning, coins not open it.. that just one thing I would like to see, few trees out of way to make backing in camper

This campground is amazing. The campsite was clean, quiet and was very spacious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It is close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was terrific. We enjoyed our time at the lazy river very much but wish they had tubes out for guest to use. It would be nice to see the store stocked with some highly used grocery items also.

Stay was great except bathhouse access is not good . If there are pathways I could not find them so the only option was to cut through vacant sites.

Called last minute, as we weren't sure of arrival date. Requested two nights the weekend before Thanksgiving, got in. Park is beautiful, staff was excellent! Camp store staff was very helpful with information we were looking for, about attractions and things we wanted to see. Hope to stay again soon.

All was good except the bath house closest to us was not easily accessible without cutting through vacant sites. If the campground was full the bath house would be difficult to get to. The campers next to us had three large dogs that they did not pick up after. Fortunately the KOA took care of the problem.

The only part that was a little different for us was the very busy road in the front of the campground. One morning a large garbage truck was at the businesses across the street before 6am and was very loud. The street traffic is very loud early in the morning on weekdays. Obviously nothing the campground can do about it but it is something to consider for sure. Great staff and communication.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
