We had a great time during our stay. We would highly recommend KOA Pigeon Forge and we will be staying here again. Everyone was very nice and the camp ground was very clean.

Location location location. Very nice sites, great hot tub and lazy river. Friendly staff. The only thing stopping it from being a five was the upper showers and bathrooms. Something was always dripping or no pressure in the shower

We have stayed here a few time because I have family in the area. The campground is so close to everything making it really convenient. The campground is clean and updated everywhere. The safe is very friendly. When we checked in it was after about 13 hours with 3 kids. The front desk staff was very understanding that I was in a hurry because my infant needed to eat and got me checked in quickly.

This was the 2nd time staying and we really like the campground. Was in a pull through site (F2). Very friendly, bathhouse very clean, great showers. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice to be able to camp and have a City Trolly stop at the campground to Dollywood.

This was our third time visiting this year, we will be coming back in February, so needless to say, this is a favorite campground.

Was very nice clean and enjoyable.. the only thing was on site 94 there was no heat tape on the water hookup .. so I had some freezing issues...

This was one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. Nice and clean, friendly staff and very convenient to all Pigeon Forge. Nice amount of trees, lots of room at the camp sites.

It was so kind of you to offer a different RV spot in the same price range. Our black tank would not have been able to empty at our first site.

Great place, close to city tram station for easy hop on hop off site seeing. Bathrooms were warm and clean.

Great staff! great service! the stay was nice. grounds needed some work needs some gravel in some places around the sites muddy! Asphalt at our site was pretty rough lots of humps and cracks tripped several times. But overall was a good stay!

Truly a lovely spot and well taken care of by the KOA staff. Getting into the heated lazy river and hot tub in the middle of the winter was a wonderful experience! The staff was wonderful. The concierge was AMAZINGLY knowledgeable. Everyone was great all around. The park was clean. Showers and bathrooms were well taken care of. This was a great KOA for sure!

The bathroom set up is weird! You have to go to a separate part of the building to use the toilet then go to the other part to use the shower then back to the toilet part to use a mirror, sink, plug ins. Roads sit higher by 2” than the camp sites-difficult to maneuver a mobility scooter. no a handicap shower had a small bench outside shower to use to get dressed. Cleaning schedule???

Good staff. Site was one of the older ones and difficult to level our Class C but nicely kept. Convenient to local entertainment, amenities. Been camping here every couple years since 1980s, always a pleasure.

We'll be back but a little disappointed with the lack of lighting along the roads. 4 lantern posts next to us weren't working as well. Beautiful new shower facility but poorly designed showers left little room to dress. Couldn't sit in the seat. Too small. The shame is that more room could of been provided with narrower aisles between the showers. Lack of propane is a negative.

Hello, We stayed from 11/17-11/20. Our reservation was until 11/21 but we left a day early because of multiple reasons. First, without being able to have a fire, we couldn’t really be outside with our little kids due to the cold weather. What’s confusing is that after calling around to find another campground, some others were allowing it. It’s close to the main road. Not recommend

We loved everything about it! Nicest bath houses we have ever seen! Many nice amenities for the family- heated pool, hot tub, huge playground, dog parks, etc.

We like this campground very much and will back in the future. I'm just going to give feedback on our stay - My daughter and son n law came to stay with us a couple of nights. They had to park in the lot next to the cabins. Which that is fine because we as a family abide by rules. Now I'm just giving feedback but I noticed the campsite over from 185 or 189 truck parked in grass, dogs not leashed

People were very friendly and the took me to my camp site and helped me back in which was great because it was dark when I arrived. Campground was clean, located in a good area close to everything, and had nice facilities. It had a nice pool area with lazy river and hot tub, so I may have to make another visit when it’s hot. I checked other RV parks and in my opinion this is the best.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
