We had a fantastic time! The employees at the KOA were always available and helpful. The campground has made alot of improvements since we stayed there 2 yrs. ago. There are lots of activities for kids & adults, which we appreciate as well. We are making this an annual camping trip with our kids Fall Break. This is by far our favorite KOA campground so far!

My wife and I camped here over the weekend and really enjoyed it. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and not far from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The only thing I wished was different is the campsites are small and very close together and there were people driving around constantly even early in the morning. Besides this, I really enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome place to stay. Campground is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this KOA. We have been there during Halloween time for the past two years and highly recommend booking during this time. This is a tradition of ours and will be back.

We enjoyed the campground. Office staff- great! Concierge, Gene-great. The maintenance- great. Pool/Lazy river were wonderful! We would stay again. The "wish was better" list- have propane available on site, disappointing to go off grounds to get propane. The patio pull thru were just ok, Could use some upgrading for the cost of spot. Newer upgraded spots are beautiful. One of the best

Great amenities and stellar customer service. Convenient location adjacent to the trolley station which makes getting around Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg so easy.

Nice campground, a little more crowded/close quarters. However, it is super close to major attractions and is a great place for kids/family. If you're into the peace and quiet for us older folks, the Gatlinburg KOA is the way to go. This KOA is a great choice for families that want to be close to it all.

We had a wonderful week. The pool area was wonderful and very clean. The bathhouses were clean and spacious. Our site was a great location to all the activities. There were great activities for my kids to do all week. I do suggest that maybe move the bike rentals to bottom of the hill. We saw a couple of kids go very fast off the hill and almost get hit by cars and other bikes in parking lot.

We love staying at KOA Pigeon Forge. They maintain the campground very well. They have all kinds of activities for all ages. Everyone in the office, as well as maintenance, is very nice. Couldn't ask for any better staff. This is our favorite campground to stay. Thank you KOA Pigeon Forge for a great stay!!!

Love the location and friendly staff. We stayed on site 13 and loved it for our kids. Went to book it for next year and were informed that those sites by the playground were "blacked-out" and we couldn't reserve those because they were being upgraded (cabins?). While we love your campground, we wish that you would keep some of the cheaper sites and not upgrade all the good sites.

The camp site was really great. Took my parents with us who rented a cabin. I have personally stayed in couple of KOA cabins and highly recommended to my parents. Once we arrived. Very cute. However did not have any dishes. The web site does not say no fridges therefore if that would have been the case would have stayed at a different place with them. When asking the front desk. Was not very helpf

KOA should not allow campers to come in at all times of the night, tent sites should be in a more quieter section as you can hear the traffic from Veterans Boulevard and the loud and heavy trucks going by your site. KOA needs more than just 3 designated tent sites but all in all the campground is very family oriented and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice campground - very festive, decorated for the season. Easy walk to a trolley stop to anywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This is the best campground in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area! The amenities are awesome, the bathrooms are pristine and the staff is the best part of all!

We had a site on the river 150.00 per night construction they were putting a walking path in so everyday at 6 am the beeping and banging of trucks started, I know KOA cannot dictate when the city is going to do that but when it was planned maybe call or email would have been nice. On OCT 11 I tried calling office from 3-7 no answer when i told office the answer was we are busy and short of staff

Bath houses were very clean and there were a lot of shower stalls. Campsites were well maintained. The pool and playground were very nice. Pull through sites were a little tight but overall, not an issue.

We liked the location that we stayed. Our picnic table was split and a man that was working stopped and he was able exchange it right away. We appreciate that because we use our picnic table almost every day. The people that work at this park do a great job! One thing that I think the park needs to do is fix all the concrete patios that are cut on an angle, the patio needs to be squared off.

We stayed in one of the campsites in the middle of the campground. We barely had room to park our truck. The fire pit was too close to where we had to park it. I know there was an overflow parking lot, but we wanted to keep our vehicle on our site. The campsites were so close together that we could hear the neighbors walking inside their camper and their dog barking inside it, also.

We love pigeon forge KOA. This where we always stay. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are so sweet. Our three favorite are Santa,laurel and John they always make are stay very nice. We have booked our stay for next June 2024 already.

We had several issues: SMALL children zipping around on their scooters, dodging trucks, trailers, etc., cable and wifi didn't work for the first 5 days of our stay despite maintenance man trying his best to fix, and backing up to "the Indy 500 aka Dollywood Pkwy., wasn't pleasant". However, Mary, her husband, Laurel and Raeshell did their very best to try to keep us comfortable.

This is our second time at the KOA in Pigeon Forge and loved it as much as the first. Services were fantastic and site was clean and ready for us. We will be back again!

Everyone was overly friendly and accommodating. Christian was wonderful to help with my in laws bags down to their cabin when they weren't able. Everyone worked hard to keep things clean and tidy. Only downfall, we were in spot 210, and there is a big tree that hindered getting to our outdoor kitchen and in the way of our awning. But we had a great time.

99% great, however, we stayed in spot by Patriots Park that the barstools were not usable and part of the bar counter top was broken off. That was disappointing. Otherwise it was great. Did get teased with an offer to stay an additional night, but was not able to due to someone scheduled to come in behind us. Oh well. We still had a nice time.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
