We had a fabulous time! Halloween decorations made it so fun and we loved all the offered activities! Will be back again same time next year!

There were constant issues with the restrooms; clogged sinks and toilets, soap dispensers were not in working order, hand dryers were also not working. These issues were brought up on multiple occasions and I was told, "I'll write a note for house keeping." They went unaddressed for two days. Very disappointing, used to not be like that. Maybe there was a management change?

We loved that the pool was open in October, and the live music. Halloween weekend is so much fun!

The restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained except the vents in the showers were dirty and needed cleaning. Twice when I went to take a shower one row of the showers never provided hot water. The row of showers with the handicap shower were very hot. I mentioned it to personnel in the office but after 3 days it had not been corrected. The sites are very close to each other.

Ironically disappointed that a special discount was made to extend our stay and save 25% off additional nights, but the advertised 10% military discount was not honored for the days I stayed. Lots of dust due to leaf blowing activity.

Enjoyed our stay. Customer support when checking in was great. Quick access to trolley was great for trips to Gatlinburg & Dollywood. Great shower facilities.

We stayed Sunday thru Thursday and had a great time. This campground is our go to place. It's convenient for all our activities.

I love this campground, but we were surrounded by a family reunion and everyone congregated beside us. 20 people on the site at one time. 3 dogs and at least 5 kids. It was not an enjoyable visit.

Just a couple things….the fire pit was full of ashes, and the cement around the fire pit, and the entire site needed sweeping/ cleaned up. There was a lot of debris on the site, leaves, wood crumbs, and ashes.

Had to change site in the middle of our four night stay. Never seen a KOA with the campers packed this tight. Lost water for several hours on Saturday, just when my wife was in the shower. Listened to thud, thud, thud, thud, for hours, might have been a life band. Great location, other than that I would not stay here again.

For the past 5 years my wife and I, have spent one of the Halloween/Trick or Treat weekends at the KOA in Pigeon Forge. We spend a full day decorating and setting up a display for the Trick or Treaters. Always a lot of fun. This year, not so much. The Trick or Treat hours were shifted to 5-7 pm, prior to sunset. Most of our props include lighting effects. Kind of hard see during daylight hours.

Campground was very nice and conveniently located , but for the price we paid, would have expected the Wi-Fi to be better. It was terrible.

Too expensive for a campsite. I would not encourage anyone to stay there. Not worth the price. I wouldn’t pay that price at a hotel for a night. Very disappointed when I received my bill.

Stayed with KOA Piegon Forge,Tn. Was a very please experience very clean lots to do for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This KOA is one of our favorites. It is centrally located to all area attractions. The bathhouses are some of the best in any RV park in the country. It's a very clean and orderly park. They also have a trolley stop that will take you anywhere you would want to go in the area. I would rate this KOA in the top two in the country.

Stayed there about 5 years ago on site 207 which was a premium site. Expected to be in that area again but instead was on F-5 which was very congested and crowed. Very disappointed ! Maybe corporate should keep up with the maintenance instead of trying to put a site on every 10'x10' piece of land they can find. Blacktop broken up. Our first visit to a KOA! We had so much fun! The campground was so clean and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful!! Definitely a place we will return to in the future! Our toddler loved making new friends and just running free! The jumping blob on the playground was her favorite! We cant wait to see yall again soon!

Our stay at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA was awesome. The park was very clean and neat. We really liked the family atmosphere and efforts the staff made to make the park family, kids and pet friendly. The play areas and pool were great. Our visit was near Halloween and the staff had events planned for trick or treating, movie night and a golf cart parade. We enjoyed it so much. We'll be back!

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
