Audra was awesome and the facilities were sparking clean. Laundromat cane in very handy with plenty of washers and dryers. Showers and baths were sparkling clean and water was nice and Hot. Thanks Audra and hope I spelled your name correctly.

Staff very nice. Park clean and very quiet. Playground for kids and nice dog park. I'd recommend this and would stay here again.

We needed a spot for the night our prior stop was a no go and KOA came thru. Helpful staff, guided us to our site (gravel pull-thru 50amp), we also needed to do and the laundry room was clean with several machines. It is adjacent to the club house, store and office so we watched TV while we waited. The only negative was they did not have on-site propane for sale. Other than that it was a good stop

This is a great place to stay, 1 of our favorite KOA stops. A short distance from many sites in the area and you are in a country setting. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will spend some of our next travels here.

The camp ground itself was really nice. Well maintained and clean. I would try not to stay there again due only to I-10 noise and trains being so close. The bathrooms were great the ground and being surrounded by a farm was a plus.

Friendly and interesting owner the bathrooms were clean so was the city room as well as the campgrounds she also had decorated with a lot of very thoughtful and interesting decorations and insightful thoughts

This is our second stay and it just keeps getting better! Love the park and the people, especially the ones running the park. Just love them all and have made one of them a member of our family. Audra you will remain in our hearts forever as our adoptive daughter. We love you and all that you and the staff do to make our stays so unforgettable. Stay was decent. My only complaint would be the road & train noise, but that’s at no fault of the camp ground. I did bring my service dog in the club house and the staff was quick to snap at me “no dogs allowed in here ma’am, take it outside”. Otherwise we kept to ourselves & enjoyed the grounds & heated pool. Sites are easy pull through & come with a picnic table & fire pit!

This is our second stay and in the year that has passed the owners have continued to make improvements. More sites have amenities like concrete patios, lawn furniture, and BBQs. They have also added a number of privacy fences between the sites which are nice. We stayed in a basic pull through site on the outer edge. It was long with plenty of room. Only con needs thicker and better gravel.

This RV site is the best one I have stayed at. The views are amazing. The grounds are clean. They provide dog waste bags at several convenient locations around the camp. Many of the sites have patios with quality lawn furniture and firepits. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very clean campground. People were helpful and super nice. I know there isn’t anything that can be done about it but the trains kept us awake ALL night. It seemed like there was at least one every hour. Unless you are a sound sleeper I suggest earplugs or another campground.

Stayed here about 6 years ago, prior to the new owners and we were so impressed with what they have done! Bathrooms are kept immaculate. The on-site store is well-stocked and you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in it and the grounds. They added a nice, clean dog park. We love this KOA. The landscaping feels like a resort. The variety of site options exceeds any other KOA where we have stayed. We’ve used the basic 50amp pull-thru and this time had a paw pen site with a fabulous patio and privacy fence. We didn’t want to leave. They have rules in place for good reasons, and they expect them to be followed. I, personally, like to see that.

Out of all the KOA's, I like these Journey's best (unpretentious). The weather was too cold for the pool, but the showers were clean and the rest of the campground was clean and well-kept. Only ding was the CONSTANT road noise from I-10. Not their fault, but there's a lot of traffic. I. If we get back to this part of the SW, we'd stay here again!

One of the best KOAs out there! Nice location to take in many attractions, about an hours drive to many. Owners and staff are great. Amenities are up to par. Landscaping is phenomenal. The little road runner in the campground kept us entertained.

It’s a perfectly fine spot on our journey! The spots are gravel: wide, well raked, lots of space. Their spots with patios look new with new furniture. Even though it’s off the highway, it’s quiet and clean. Did not use bathrooms or laid art so can’t comment on them.

For an older KOA the staff is doing an outstanding job of maintaining the facility and grounds. Very well kept and the young lady that checked us in was very polite and professional. Wi-Fi was excellent and restrooms immaculate. Would stay again and recommend to others. Keep up the great work Picacho/Tucson NW KOA!

There is the smell of manure, the WiFi is terrible, as usual for KOAs, but to compound the problem I was hardly able to get a cell signal. Trains ran through the night not far away.

like the annual Super Bowll Party this year. Last year discovered the event so had to return in 2023. Happy to discover the dump station was allowing a flushing of the black tank by connecting a hose to do so. Also like the location and owners are so welcoming and friendly. Hope to see everyone again next year!

Maybe a smile and a word of welcome would be a good start with your customers instead of how y’all are behaving. Maybe a few words about what y’all have to offer and a list of all the positives and amenities instead of harping on the “strictly enforced” 5 mph speed limit (what?!) and a list of all the ”Do Nots”. Maybe a balance of kindness and orderly care would benefit your establish

The Picacho/Tucson KOA is a great stop for a night or an extended vacation stay. It has been renovated with many nice patio sites, great outdoor furniture and beautiful landscaping with well maintained roads. There is Picacho Peak State Park, Phoenix and Tucson attractions along with several National Parks within easy drive distance. We enjoyed our stay and the very friendly staff.

We always stop here in our Class A, towing a vehicle. I reserve on the KOA website. We avoid arriving around noon as owner and family close for lunch. When pulling in, it can get congested at entrance, if a few RV's are all arriving at same time. Walk in, give your name and they give you a site map and an escort to your reserved spot. 3 minutes tops. Nice people, good service. We've been staying here since before the new owners a few years ago. We're in good hands with these owners! Clean restrooms. SEVERAL Big showers. Laundry. Mini-market. Otherwise Elroy is just a few Mile's before this KOA.

Clean campground with fabulously friendly staff. Good WiFi and laundry facilities and perfect spot for an overnight or extended stay to visit the many nearby historic & natural attractions.
