Although arriving late, there was an envelope for us to go directly to our site. It was a large site for longer rigs with a car in tow. The added comment is the site width is very narrow. If we were to put out our awning it would be close to the next trailer.

Stayed in camping cabin. Everything was fine other than the road noise. Nothing you can do about that.

Loved the pool and the old Florida feel of the town. We plan to return someday to explore more of the area and KOA will be our base.

My wife and I were very pleased about our visit. The bathrooms were clean and modern, the spa was 103 degrees, the spots were large and level. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in a Florida Minute. Thanks KOA

Great campground. The pool was perfect as was our site. The grounds and bathroom were very clean-person that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The busy road out front was the only down side.

Actually got in early enough with the wet ground and cooler weather decided to push onto Tampa which was my eventual destination. Other than no trees to hang my hammock tent everything appeared fine though I really do not have adequate exposure to fairly evaluate the campground. Only gave the ratings I did because no trees. Beginning to wonder if KOA tent sites are practical at all for hammocks?

Nice rv park facilities are clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most campsites are in sand, not to my liking. But overall a nice place.

We love your campground. It's very well maintained and the upgrades are beautifully done. Your staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Shana. We'll be back to see you in a few months.

It was fine, and we had a tent site near the restrooms. These are new and smart, but there is an issue if they all become full with people showering etc., and others need the restroom.

We stopped for a one night stay on our way to the Orlando area. Staff was friendly and park was very clean. Great place for one night or extended stay.

Perry KOA was nice, we enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms are in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub need a little work but still felt great. There is a paper plant or something near by that made the mornings a little stinky but it wasn’t that bad.

So enjoyed our stay at KOA Perry. The cows and horses in the pasture were a delight. Great Wifi, and that's saying something! The park was beautifully kept. Had so many amenities. Was a great place to stay and would defiantly come back!

Good place, friendly people. I didn't like having to pay an extra 5 bucks to come in 30 minutes early when there were plenty of spots on a Monday and no one checking in or out. I was the only one on the drive through row at the time and only had two or three anywhere near me for 2 nights. Really?

Very nice campground. Owners and staff are more than accommodating. Very friendly people and very clean area. Lots of upgrades and more to come. Really enjoy this KOA. Second year here for three months and hoping to make it back next year for another three months.

Just passing through over night & late arrival. EZ in/out. GORGEOUS grounds and quite tranquil. VERY remote area. If off grid is the goal, this is it.

Owner was horrible and kicked us out because we “didn’t stay on the property for a certain amount of hours”. We were on a family trip with our 10yr old son visiting my dad and w anted a place to relax and swim. The moment we entered the property he began yelling at my husband, who is law enforcement, telling us to leave and he made the rules. Disgusting behavior.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Oh goodness, you knew 9 days before you booked that we didn't sell sites for day use of the pool and you booked anyway so after staff informed us that was your intent, we refunded your second night and spoke with you when you came back to the pool on day 2. Security camera proves no one yelled.

The Perry KOA was clean and very quiet. Loved having a pull thru and big shade trees. Owners were very friendly as well as the other campers!

Very nice people, clean property and a beautiful pool. Needed some shade trees out in the back portion of campground. Way too hot.

Really loved the bathhouse - the room were well appointed, clean and available. Tent sites wee great.

Bathrooms were clean and roomy. Appreciate the fire pit,and our granddaughter enjoyed the playground. Our only suggestion for improvement is to provide a little more space between sites in the "B" row.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious sites. Nice pool and hot tub area. My only comment would be we stayed too long and there wasn’t much to do in the Perry area.

Great stay with ample amenities. Staff is super friendly, and we love the spots with the gated room for our pups to play freely. They also have a good-sized dog play area if you are traveling with a pet and don't snag one of these spots. Nice little store, clean restrooms, and a pool/spa that is open 24/7. Great place to take a trip to, or stop at during a long trip for a break.
