right time; right place; all the amenities but too cold. we would stay there again.

Overall a very pleasant stay, geared more towards larger RVs. The customer service was excellent, good amenities but a little too much highway noise. Overall though, quite pleased.

"Net" connectivity very, very poor!!! Needs upgraded! Expected to be able to check email/mapquest; unable to get on due to too many people/poor, poor connectivity11

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If these problems go unreported to the front desk we can't help the guest with pass codes and logins.

Freeway noise could be an issue
Sep 20, 2013
The staff was extremely helpful by loaning levelers when we discovered we had inadvertendly left ours at home.
Sep 18, 2013
Nice place - not a lot of extra room but adequate to get my big rig in and out. Nice laundry room.
Sep 18, 2013
Staff was awesome and friendly.
Sep 17, 2013
The indoor pool is stupid , small and unclean. The sights are to close together and leaves no room for big trucks. No where on your sight is even big enough to sit outside. The staff in the office was rude

Excellent facility, well maintained, friendly helpful staff- poor road signage to find camp. noisy location
Sep 16, 2013
Nice facility and amenities. The only downside I saw was that we were really jam-packed in. Not a lot of elbow room, very close to the next camper.

Your KOA is one of our favorites except for the freeway noise, but , that can't be helped

We enjoyed our stay this past week at KOA Pasco. The campground is kept neat and clean. We did not use any of the facilities as we were are self-contained. We would stay again. The freeway noise is tolerable. You are reasonably close to all shopping and events. Thanks.

Enjoyed the Kampground! Good stay.

Water pressure so high it blew the short hose connecting my regulator apart. Imagine what it would have done w/o the regulator?

Stayed at this KOA to attend a event in Black Diamond. Also planned to visit a friend in Redmond. This location was very convenient. Facilities were clean and we enjoyed the ice cream that was sold every night.

All in all it was good, but it is a noisy location. Since I arrived after 6:00 pm on a holiday I wasn't able to get a password for the WiFi system.

Your staff was pleasant and efficient, the campground is well maintained and beautiful. The spaces are little small but we didn't spend much time there so that was okay. My only disappointment was the pool hours. We are busy going all day so my best time to swim is 6 or 7 a.m. Or 8-10pm Your exercise room is accessible 24/7. My choice of exercise is to swim. Also jacuzzi not working right.

Staff are very nice. However, the bathrooms/showers are very small....and the sites are very cramped. if you book for a month but are able to leave early, you don't get a refund.
Sep 03, 2013
Thank you, glad to find this nice accommodation later in the evening.

Your park was clean & friendly, a little tight for a 45 ft motor home but worked out ok. The young man that assisted me unhooking and guiding me into my spot was great, he was eager to help in any way he could and even trimmed a couple of limbs to keep them from scratching the motor home. He is definitely a keeper.

nice place

Close to the highway, noisy. spot was a little tight, we had a 32FT TT, plus the truck. If in the area, I would stay here again.
Aug 28, 2013
We have been here two other times and it stays clean and friendly.
Aug 28, 2013
This is so much better than the usual overpriced overcrowded KOA. We would come again.
Aug 27, 2013
The only thing we don't really like about this KOA is the noisy highway. Everything else is great.

It is very hard 2 get anyone on the phone, must leave message and wait for reply hrs later to make reservation. No one 2 guide you 2 your site. Would not use this KOA again.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

after hours check-in site maps are left with directions to the site.

not enough shade -- needs an outdoor pool -- one of the so-called dog-parks was a bunch of rocks - even our dog didn't know it was a dog park
Aug 21, 2013
Koa staff very pleasant, park clean and well maintained only negative the noise from the highway.

Very disappointing. We stayed here for a night on our way to Glacier Montana. The store closed at 6 and the pool closed at 8. Seems a little ridiculous in the middle of the summer when it was still almost 90 at 8pm. The website said they had a Saturday morning breakfast. They quit doing that but didn't take it off the site. Definitely dropped the ball on this park KOA!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Cook was home sick this week. Couldn't do anything to make these guests happy. We tried.
Aug 19, 2013
It was clean and friendly, a typical KOA. But it is so close to the freeway, very noisy. I should have Google earth researched the area.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Yes our tent sites are close to the hwy but every tenter is told at check-in if the passing cars bother them we will move them to a RV site at no extra charge.

This is not a park for kids! It should say that in the description in the book. Worst playground ever. No activities for kids and the game room was closed and had no games anyway. The pool was way too cold. The park is way too close to the freeway and truck noises kept us awake. This is a great place for an adults only stopover, but not a place for a family with kids.
