KOA is always good -- anywhere across the country however the Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA is among the very best. Everything there is squared away from check-in to the camp sites. In particular, Jeremiah was very helpful in getting us oriented and offering any assistance.

This is one of the best run campgrounds that we have ever been to. The grounds are kept beautifully, bathrooms are very clean, staff is helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Very nice woman at front desk, very helpful. Nick and his partner were very nice to escort me to my site and helped me plug in. Bathrooms very clean. Campground is huge and stuffed, not a camping nature experience. The workers and lady in tr next to center womens bathroom made it a friendly safe time.

Stopped overnight as a halfway point on long trip. Checked in after hours and our reservation & check in info was clear and easily accessible. We were escorted to our site by a maintenance employee, which was a nice personalized touch. We stayed on the new side which was clean, kept well, and site level. Bathrooms nicely decorated & clean. Would stay again!

Very nice accommodations, clean showers, clean laundry, very pleasant folks in the office. We really enjoyed our first stay here, and rearranged our return trip to stay there again!

This KOA was very clean and we enjoyed the amenities. The staff we interacted with (Nick and Tina) were both very kind, funny, and helpful!

No one in office or maintenance told us we need to rent a propane tank for the patio grill and fireplace. We have a class A. Also lawn sprinklers going off and hitting side of motorhome at 2:30am is ridiculous.

We enjoyed our time there. The service was great and the utilities all worked well. Nice place to stay while in the Tri Cities.

The new section is where we stayed and it was the best we have experienced at a KOA. Large maintained sites with great patios, furniture and shower facilities. It would be nice to be able to use the propane from my Rv for the fire pit and bbq rather then bring or rent a 5 gallon tank.

Most everything was fine. Space was adequate for the motorhome and toad. The hookups worked fine. Nick was super nice and helpful when escorting us to our site and helping to get us parked. The registration gal was a bit snarky with my guests who came to visit and see our motorhome. Parking their car seemed to be a problem with no solution. There was space in front of our RV, but not allowed

Only 1 dog park is hard and is on far end with only pavement to walk on. Felt crowded.

Staff were awesome! Nick (with a "ck" not just a "c" ;) ) was great - so helpful and spot-on with recommendations for Chinese food as well as a great place for breakfast. New single style restrooms where the best we have ever encountered! Sincerely, David and Lisa McHale

Tina was professional. We were put in a spot that was too small for us. We had to park perpendicular between two power poles and that was unacceptable. Man who talked to us was rude and said if we didn’t like it, we could leave. Pd til 31, left 24th, got no refund.

The campground was clean, nicely landscaped and the shade cover over the picnic table was a nice touch. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

Wow that was a great stay. Started with the team communication before we arrived and then continued through our stay and follow up. The park was very clean and quiet. Surprised by how nice the bath/shower houses were. Will stay again maybe next time when it’s not 110* outside so we can do more. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great for what I needed which was a tent site for a quick stop and sleep on my way through. Very clean and the staff was over the top friendly. One of them even offered use of his cookware because I did not have any. Best thing about KOA is that you and your vehicles/possessions are safe. You don't have to worry about your vehicle being broken into or your catalytic converter being snatched.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were assigned a lot that would not in able us to open our slides. When I brought this to their attention they quickly looked for another lot for us with no issues. We would stay there again.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
