The grounds are very nice and the new shower/bathrooms are exceptional. The pool and hot tub were clean. I would definitely stay again.

New sites are wonderful, pull thru was easy to get in and out of. Facilities were very clean. Services ( garbage pick up, propane refill) were great. Staff was very friendly. I will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the park and very well maintained. Too many fulltime residents and think the rules do not apply to them. We had an instance when walking our dog, she was attacked by an unleashed residences pet.

Everything was great… however the sprinklers came on every night hitting the coach which leaves water spots. Also the full time campers across from us made it hard to pull out parking there car on the street in front of there depot

Clean, well-kept KOA. Loved the decor in the pool and common areas. Great place for a stop-over or few day stay in the Tri-cities area.

It's a bit noisy here, surprisingly it's the road behind, not the highway. The service here is wonderful though! We always have a good stay here.

This is a beautiful KOA. Since it is filled mostly with permanent residents, an overnighter is at one side of the campground and the K-9 facility is at the other end. I made the walk and found a small fenced area, too small for the size of the KOA. That and the freeway noise will likely cause us to find another campground in the tri cities area. We stay almost exclusively at KOAs.

We only had time to stay the night, but the grounds are lovely, the people are very nice, and the pull through spots have plenty of room for vehicle AND trailer! A nice plus!

I have been to Pasco KOA so many times that the ladies in the office know who I am when I walk in the door. I always ask for sight 10 and they always make sure I get it. Thank you to the ladies in the office. I would also like to thank Nick Boyd for all his help. He is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the new section and really enjoyed the campgrounds. The RV site was spacious, immaculately groomed and pleasant all around. The only downside was the lack of decent Wi-Fi reception. Most of the time we could not pick up a steady signal.

What a KOA journey should be. Easy in and out, just off the highway, clean, neat, large and flat pull throughs, and great service. Only complaints are there was no KOA club discount and the hot tub was cold.

We were on the new side of the park which offers large, grassy sites. The staff were AMAZING! We needed to extend our stay multiple times due to RV repairs & they were more than accommodating! They worked their magic so that we didn't have to move sites & reworked our reservations when the RV wasn't done as expected. They went the extra mile & always with a smile!

Park is attractive & well landscaped, but its odd failures prevent a good recommendation. They advertise wi-fi is available but admit in person that it is not in the "new" half of the park, where we were assigned. Couldn't even get a decent cell signal from either AT&T or Verizon to set up a usable hot spot. Also odd that the designated dog pooping area is in the children's playground. Yuk!

Beautiful large, clean park. Easy access from the Interstate. Friendly, helpful staff. Site exactly large enough for our 60 foot rig. Some traffic noise at night. Watch for school kids in the morning waiting for the bus!

We have stayed here many times. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The new additions to the park are very nice, just need those trees in the new section to grow faster for shade. That said, the sites are very nice. We do appreciate the sun shades in the pet area, great idea and a big Thank You!

We had business in the Tri-Cities and used KOA as our 'base of operations'. We very much like the clean, pleasant atmosphere and the staff - Nick is a kick! The pool decor was the best I've seen, and we've been to many hotels, condos, etc. over the years. The nautical motif was quite attractive. We'll be back.

A great place!! Stayed 1 night on our way home & will recommend it to anyone going this way! Great staff @ office & grounds (Jeremiah!!), the sites were spacious, well looked after, washrooms some of best we’ve seen! Very impressed with this place!

Travis and the whole group were so friendly and helpful! We had an issue with our trailer that needed repairs and extended our stay by a few days.They worked with us to keep our spots and make the difficulties easier. Travis suggested a few local wineries to visit since we were staying. We had a great day visiting the Prosser area wineries. In addition to the wonderful staff, the park is lovely.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
