Site is well maintained. The bathroom in the building are comfortable and very clean. Their deck spots are worth the upgrade for those who don’t want to haul too much to set outside. I think They have a grill for every spot. You must go to Locals bar and the 4 Stop diner.

I loved the friendly staff at the Campground! I walked in to register and the staff were smiling and greeting everyone that walked in. The children were directed to a game/art room and everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves! The site was spotless!! What an awesome RV park!

We enjoyed our stay so much, the campground was very nice and well kept and the employees were very nice! We felt welcomed!! We will come back!

One of the best we’ve stayed in. Very friendly employees, great pull through sites with wooden patio deck and high end outdoor resin furniture.Good WiFi and cable. Very peaceful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend although the showers could use some updating.

Great campground. My only complaint is the non enforcement of the pet leash rule. Neighbor had 3 dogs that ran around loose. One met me getting out of my car. It was barking and snarling and jumped on me scratching my leg. Other than that it was a great location and beautiful campground.

This is a nice campground that's not too near a major highway, therefore no traffic noise. It is kept very clean. There are nice trees in the campground that offer shade. The campground has a nice family feel to it. The staff is friendly and customer service is very good. We would stay here again.

Friendly staff, quite and well kept camp ground. Lots for kids to do, especially during the summer. Only reason I did not give it a five is they chose to burn pine needles (which smokes heavily) during happy hour every day we were there. It would have been nice to sit out and enjoy the great outdoors!

We were aware there would be trick or treating the evening we stayed. We figured just for campers, but when we drove in there were vendors set up, people and cars everywhere, bathroom doors propped open for general public, little trains driving children around the campground, and the party continued into the night. Our site's water was brown - ugh. Unlikely we will stay here again.

We're sad to know you had a negative experience. It's a beloved event and I'm sorry it wasn't your cup of tea. We looked into the water situation,however would have loved to have known about it prior to your departure. We could have worked out some type of compensation for your inconvenience.

We’ve been camping here 3-4 times a year for the last couple years. There is always something going on. I have 3 teenage girls with me most of the time, sometimes only 2, that LOVE being here! They put their phones down and play all day. Star and Mark are clearly rockstars! They make a point of being out and about and chatting with people. The rest of the staff is incredible also!

It is totally awesome! The hosts are super friendly and helpful with all things. Staff is also polite, friendly and helpful as well. Every year the Kooky Spooky Halloween Event gets bigger and better! I highly recommend the Paris Landing/Kentucky Lake KOA to people of all ages. We have already booked for next year!!! See ya there!

This was the first time staying at the Paris Landing KOA. We were really impressed by the facility. I can’t say enough about the staff and any one working the Halloween festival everyone seemed to have a great time. It was truly great weekend!

We had an awesome time this past Weeknd the owners really know how to accommodate the guests it was Halloween weekend there and it was awesome from Friday to Sunday will stay again in November for kickoff to Christmas event

The staff is friendly and helpful. The laundry and bathroom were good. I had a hard time with all the pine needles and chips getting into the coach and toad. A good place to stay esp. if you are going to the Land Between the Lakes Preserve.

Like so many KOAs, there is a major road near by but the road noise is not bad at all. They have fun activities and the staff the super friendly. The park is well maintained, the WiFi was great (I worked 4 days while there), the spots are level and more spacious than you might think. It's very close to area activities as well.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly. We have a 41’ 5th wheel and the tanks drain between the axle and rear of the camper, I was glad that we had alot of sewer hose as the septic was near the front. Other than that everything was great! I’m sure we’ll be back again and again.

the only problem we had with the stay was that my wife is handicapped and she had no way of getting into the pool because she can't use ladders and she really enjoys getting in the pool it is good for her therapy everything else was nice owners are very good and friendly

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We just installed a new open type step-in platform to the pool. This may help some folks that are more challenged with using a side ladder.

The staff was the greatest from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. They had activities all day Saturday for both the kids and adults and the place was kept very clean. A must stay when visiting middle Tennessee, we will go back again.

I highly recommend this Koa. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. This is an amazing place for kids. They offer so much more than most campgrounds for kids. The entire campground is super clean and well maintained.

Stayed here 4 nights with our grandchildren. There were so many activities for them they were not able to do them all. The grounds were clean and well kept. The camp store was fully stocked. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We really hated that we had to leave. I would recommend this KOA to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay.
