We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds are well keep. There are lots of options and things to do at the park itself.

The place has potential, but was sadly run down in March of 2024. Our experience with the advertised amenities: unable to play mini-golf (under repair), the game room (broken change machine), eat at the cafe (closed). Swimming was a highlight, but the area needs a fresh coat of paint, and the bathrooms were gross. The aggressive homemade signage adds to the negative vibe. We were disappointed.

I love the proximity to great hiking and the location is scenic and quiet. The park is clean, service is good, staff is great. The sites are primitive, not inexpensive, and all the sewer connections are too tall for my trailer making dumping very difficult even if the sewer isn't backed up and it was. There are not nearly enough garbage cans or laundry machines to accommodate a park of that size.

The views were fantastic. Best view at a campground we’ve ever stayed at. Overall the stay was good and we’d do it again however it is not the most kid friendly park. Very little for my 9 year old to do. Jump pad only operates on the weekend and only a few hours. miniature golf was partially blocked off for repairs. pool was very old and caused the water to look dark and unappealing. Rooms o

Although this visit was only a pull through on dirt, we have stayed here several times and love the mineral tubs, the amenities, the dog park and the area. I did the pre check that was sent to me, however, upon check in I had to provide a drivers license and plate number so had to go back out to the RV to get this. What is the point of pre check if you have to check in anyway??

We especially enjoyed the mineral pools! The only reason we did not rate the KOA PS/JT a 5 is I was nearly severely burned when I was unable to turn off the hot water in the shower in the woman's restroom because the knob was completely striped. Public showers may wear out, but must be properly maintained to keep folks safe. We are planning to return, and expect the shower to be repaired.

This is a nice RV park situated close to Joshua Tree National Park! It has nice amenities such as the pool and jacuzzies and our son loved the basketball court! We will definitely stay here again whenever we decide to visit the area again.

We had a great stay. Everyone was nice. The pool was warm and the sites are clean. The bathrooms are also clean. Quite at night. 45 min away from Joshua Tree & 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. When we went, they were remodeling the mini golf so we only could use half of it.

We had a great stay in our tent site. Having water and electric at the site was very convenient. Restrooms and showers were close by and were nicely appointed and CLEAN. We were only there for two nights so we didn’t get to enjoy as many of the amenities and activities (to the disappointment of our kids!), but really enjoyed what we were able to do. We plan to return and spend more time!

Facilities were nice, pool was large and the hot tubs fed by natural hot springs water was a bonus. Staff were professional and friendly. Shout out to Nicole, who offered excellent suggestions for dog friendly hiking locations. A gem of a location.

We had a nice stay both at the beginning of our vacation and a second time at the end of our vacation. The staff were professional and extremely friendly. Both sites we had were clean and perfect for our travel trailer. We had no problems and would certainly recommend this KOA. Thank you.

THE GOOD: The park was very quiet. Campfires are not allow, so no problems with smoke entering our RV. THE BAD: The park needs updating. The crumbling roads are long overdue for new asphalt, our rusted utility box was propped up with lumber, the water main broke during our stay, trees are overgrown, the RV sites are a hodgepodge of sand and gravel, some new, some old. We won't stay again.

It was a great stay at the glamping tent. The only suggestions I would make would be the following: 1. Pave the road so kids can use their scooters or rollerblades without falling. 2. Include in the glamping tent description that THERE IS a mini fridge and microwave inside and a grill outside. 3. Fix the money/change machine inside the game room or allow the cafe staff to change $

Palm Springs JT was ok but I expected better. The restrooms were clean but in need of facelift. The laundry was clean but only one washer worked per 2 locations. With the guest capacity, I would expect all machines to be operational. The highlight is the pool/hot tube area. Very nice and hot tube was wonderful. The site was mostly level but it should have been raked more evenly. Oh host was grump.

The evening we stayed (3/12/24), we experienced a “windy” (almost turbulent) night of sleeping. The KOA “glamping” tent held up and helped us make it through the night. The hot springs pool made this a very enjoyable stay near Palm Springs. Thank you to the wonderful staff. We love KOA �ϋ�

Friendly staff. Loved the hot tubs and pool. Only 1 of 8 washing machines was working, so that was disappointing. We would stay there again.

The prices went up 150.00 from last year. Don't really see any improvements that is for your guest. They let old not very good looking trailers in for long term stays. Been going there every winter since 2018 Will not be going back there again.

The campground and facilities were great. We stayed in site 29 - it was a tad inconvenient to connect and unconnect with the truck being in the way of other vehicles. But once settled in, the site was great �

My husband and I enjoyed our camp ground for the seating, fire pits, bricks and artificial grass already there when we arrived so, we didn’t really have to set up camp. We also appreciated the hot springs. Very relaxing. Thank you.

We had a great time! The Deluxe Cabins were excellently appointed - the fire pits were a big hit with the kids and adults alike. The cabins are also larger than we anticipated and very clean. From the mineral springs hot tubs, warm pool, bikes, mini golf and pickle ball - there was more than we could even do in the time we were there. Everyone was SUPER friendly too! Can’t wait to return!

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
