The office staff were kind and helpful! I liked how the shower/bathrooms were separate and private. My camping experience was especially quiet since the sites were set afar off from the RVs. Hope you all stay warm and in good health! The Lord bless you!

Good for what we needed. Although a large idling truck bus camper towing a jeep out the driveway parked right by our tent for 15 minutes at dawn with the motor idling, while they adjusted their tow hitch. Our campsite was too close to the main driveway. But at least we got a campsite when other local places were mostly full. Restrooms and shower were warm and clean. The Cafe was a treat.

We have stayed at the Holiday KOA each time we are in Colorado and love the facilities, the staff and the attention the employees give to their guests. The Jeep Rubicons are always gassed up and ready to roll. Can't wait to return. Thank you Holiday KOA Ouray Colorado

My group had two campsites, T17 and T34 I believe. T17 was in a beautiful location and was an ideal campsite. T34 smelled very strongly of animal poop so that was obviously not ideal. The bathrooms and showers were kept very clean and were conveniently located. We didn't know there was going to be a hot tub so that was a fun surprise, although it was closed our first night and too full the second.

I enjoyed the clean showers and toilet! The cafe was great and general store was convenient! wish y’all had a bigger hot tube or endless pool though.

Clean well maintained campground. Campers were respectful of others. Restrooms/showers were spotless. Stayed at one of the larger tent spots and had plenty of room for my rooftop tent with attached awning as well as a 10x10 Gazelle gazebo. Staff was friendly and made reserving a spot informative and easy.

It's a KOA, the crowded camping experience, but it was pretty quiet and facilities good. One event that rubbed me the wrong way: on the morning I left, the old couple in a trailer across from was also packing to leave. The gent lacked one hand, but had been packing since shortly after 7am. The "CG patrolman" stopped by before 8:30 asking him when he was leaving. Checkout is at 11:00. Uncalled for.

Great stay , clean rest rooms , male office employee seemed a little grumpy as it was closing time and he had a line when I checked in , but GM walked in , manned the other station and checked me in and he was very pleasant

Great stay. Most campers were very quiet and respectful during the quiet times. As a tent person it can be hard to sleep. Gary the maintenance guy was off duty when I got there but went above and beyond to help me find my spot. The office guy was very nice too. The private bathrooms were also a nice bonus!

We loved our campsite and the campground, and the staff were lovely. But we won't stay there again unless you have the B1G1 night deal for Value Card members. $45 for a plain Jane, no hookup tent site is outrageous.

We just love coming back to this KOA, this was our third visit and we will be back again. Great staff and the facilities are looking better every time.

Great management and beautiful lands. Being to KOAs before and this one before, I recommend more grassy areas for camp spots. It was very dusty. Also, the back bathrooms were always very wet and dirty, recommend placement of more bathrooms and cleaning more often.

I have been going to Ouray and staying at the KOA for most of my life and I love it! We did have some issues with bees that I believe were living in our picnic table. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Store hours during the week needs to be 8 am to 6 pm. Back bathhouse showers need to have larger bench seats to sit on to put shoes & socks on. Showers need to have non slip floor strips on to prevent slipping. Each shower needs at least one grab handle in the shower. I have been tenting at this KOA since the late 70s for 6 to 10 days at a time every other yr & bring other 4 wheelers with me.

Great staff, you can tell they love their jobs and care about their campground. Clean restrooms, very quiet except for the traffic by the office. There were a lot of cars that just drove around the loop and left. The whirlpool was under roof and very hot! Nice!! Enjoyed a five night tent stay and would definitely stay there again!

I had stayed here before and really enjoyed it the first time. I had made my reservations last year and I would have thought that I would have had a better site reserving that far out in advance. The site itself was fine, but it's all about location. We were right next to the dog area, and it was horrible. So bad at times, that we literally had to leave our site to get away from it.

Camping next to the horse paddock with terrible smells, flies and stepping into horse piles I was not what I hoping for. Why would you use that area for tent camping? Nope, won’t return

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
