Walt Disney World
Conveniently located approximately 7 miles away from the campground is the famous Walt Disney World Resort. Spend a day or two at one of the 4 Theme Parks located within the grounds. Adventure the wet and wild fun at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach.
There is also Downtown Disney which offers several unique themed restaurants as well as many unique stores to fill shopping needs.
Opened in the fall of 2011, Legoland Florida has brought a different type of theme park to the area. With more than 50 rides as well as the addition of the Legoland Water Park, Legoland can quickly turn into more than just a one day experience. You can take a tour through Miniland USA, try one of the pink-knuckle roller coasters or even earn your license at one of the Ford Driving Schools.
Fantasy of Flight
The unique Art Deco facility here offers visitors a unique view of over 100 rare and vintage aircraft located inside. You can partake in one of the tours here, take a spin on the hang glide simulator or climb aboard a real B-17 Flying Fortress for a simulated bombing mission. If you are looking for more of an adventure, take a ride on their 600 ft long zipline or tackle the WingWalker Ropes course.
Sea World & Aquatica
Sea World offers visitors a unique view of some of our world's most amazing marine life. Take a plunge on Journey to Alantins, soar overhead aboard Manta or just sit back and enjoy one of Sea World's amazing animal shows. To have a more immense experience, you can book one of their Up-Close Tours.
Sea World also has Aquatica, their water park, located close by. Aquatica offers guests a variety of ways to enjoy the water including Dolphin Plunge, where you zip down one of the 2 tube slides through a underwater world home to black and white Commerson's Dolphins.
Universal Studios offers its guests the ability to jump into the action of some of their favorite movies and TV shows with rides and attractions for all ages. Immerse yourself in a 3D experience with Transformers: The Ride 3-D or Despicable Me Minion Mayhem. Whether you choose to save Priness Fiona with the aid of Shrek and Donkey or to careen through Krustyland with The Simpsons, the rides here will continue to amaze you. Don't forget to catch Universal's Superstar Parade as well as Universal's Cinematic Spectacular that is put on at night. Make sure to stop by the Wizarding World of Harry Potter too!
Wet N' Wild, Universal's Water Park, is located a short way from the theme park. Some of the famous rides here are the Disco H2O, Brain Wash and Bomb Bay, which drops you 76 ft down its nearly vertical slide.
From thrilling rides to animal encounters and so much more! Even your littlest ones can enjoy Busch Gardens at the Seasame Street Safari of Fun! Here you can dive like a bird of prey on the SheiKra or race like a cheetah on Cheetah Hunt, their triple-launch coaster.
