The employees were great and the guests were awesome. We were pleased to see all the activities available. We swam everyday! We tried pickleball (loved it) bingo, and dancing. We watched shuffle board, darts and petanque. We even caught fish (catch and release). They have more to do, but our stay wasn't long enough. Definitely a place we'll be visiting again. Thank you

we stayed one night, pull thru site was too small and muddy although bigger sites were available, campground water was turned off for most of the time we were there, their oven was broke so no hot food or pizzas, to have a drink by the pool you have to buy from tiki bar and their selection was very minimal didn't have anything that we drink, prices too high, sites too close, narrows roads

Was disappointed ! Upon checking in I asked if site 154 was available. I received a quick answer no. We were given 162. We had stayed at 152 for 2 years in a row. Well we walked past a vacant 154 for the whole time we were there. ����

I wanted a 50 amp site. When I got there they put me in a 30amp. We were moved to a site where we didn’t fit. The water was shut off while we were there. We’ve been here several times with no issues. This was the worst time we’ve ever had

We never had cable the whole week also we called for WiFi and and they said we could not get it on our site when I told the lady at the office she said I needed to tell the company to fix it but that’s not my problem

Amenities good. Bar is dismal, poor beer selection. Pads are tiny, roads are narrow. No drainage! Storms caused flooding with roads being closed. General store needs better food, drink selection.

Poor service and rates too high. No wifi and the spot we were in had a tree at the front door and red ants on the site and it was too small for our camper. Told us there were no other sites available but there were many that never filled up our entire stay. The place has gone downhill.

Very disappointed. Space’s are way too small. The streets are very narrow and flood during heavy rain. Florida street never drained and was a mess in front of our site. For us to back into our site they to move 3 cars to give us room to get in. This KOA resort should be downgraded to a Holiday at best. By no means is it a resort. We will never ever go back!

we stayed in Site 53 and wish you would put glider chair and canopy over table like site 95 where you put us sometimes. I think all deluxe patio sites should be alike. We return in Feb and March. We come every year for 9 days total our 5th year. We like the park. Thanks, Mrs Flora

This was my first KOA stay so I don't have much reference. I LOVED the very long space and the availability was great. My only complaint would be the poor drainage. I would think for a place that is used to a lot of rain the drainage would have been better in both the roadways and in-between the parking pads.

Checkin was easy. Fellow campers were friendly, bathhouse was very clean. Ate at the snack bar and the fish and chips were good. The lot was perfect for us. I have no complaints …

This place was a bit pricey and when I inquired about a few places for sale, the sellers told me how the prices for the land was going up and being unafforadable

The grounds need some upkeep. Grass was not mowed, branches on rv lots and ant hills were many and BIG. New Years Entertainment was awesome. Staff was awesome.

Very neat, clean and well maintained with excellent facilities/utilities. Only stopped for one night but great for our big rig. Please trim the trees as the branches scrapped the top of our coach.

The park was very beautiful. It was only about 1/3 full snd did not have many activities. The promised pool was only heated about 1/2 the time. Our lot waxs close to the pool as promised. We thought it was too expensive for the few amenities provided. The staff was very helpful but their hands we tied. We will not be back!

We had a good time staying at the KOA. Everyone is nice and the park is clean. The only downside was the playground not being usable.

This is a great campground, but our stay was challenged by two things. First, the cable connection at our campground did not work and the electrical box cover was very degraded and rusty. Both conditions have existed for months with no action and we were not informed of the cable issue upon check in. Second, on our last morning, mowing on the golf course started at 6:30 am, waking us up.

We love this KOA campground and have stayed here several times in the past. However, this was the 1st time we have ever been asked to take down our pet fence. We have 2 small dogs and they love to be outside with us. Not sure why this change was made, but it will make a difference going forward when we are deciding where to stay.

As always, it’s the little things that destroy excellence. Such as the broken handle on the water shutoff. Or the guy edging the pad, who was underfoot while we were trying to get underway. Fix it for five stars.

There was many open sites. We had two sites together two families. On Saturday another camper came in right next to us. Why couldn’t you have put them down a couple more sites. Poor scheduling.

We had an amazing time, very relaxing, loved our site "84" hopefully when we return I'll make reservations in advance and request the same site. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was overwhelmed by the amount of red ants and bites setting up. They did come spray after the fact. Had a patio, furniture is getting old and moldy looking we used ours. Cable is very grainy. Did see warning about construction when making reservation but it was non watchable and not sure where construction was...For $122 a night I expect better from a KOA...

We have visited this KOA twice now, absolutely beautiful, we enjoy the hot tub and sunset views. My only complaint would be locating us directly on top of a extremely large family that had spread themselves out onto the adjacent spaces. The campground was not busy and had numerous other sites available for occupancy.

Super nice campground. Full of awesome amenities. All staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Nicest KOA we have stayed. Loved being able to play golf. Was apprehensive when we had so much try making on line adavance reservations but really glad we were able to make it work!
